A forced marriage

As Giselle entered the living room and saw her mother, a memory flashed in her mind. Now she knew why her mother was restless when her father didn't arrive at time.

Finally she was able to made a decision.

"Mom, dad, I am going to mansion." She informed them and picked a flashlight.

"But you were going to stay with us and the weather is really bad outside. It's going to rain soon."

She smiled at her parents who looked worried.

"Don't worry, I will be alright."

"I will go with you." Her father was about to stand up from his chair but she stopped him.

"Dad, don't worry. You know I am strong." After saying this, she didn't stop and quickly left the house while her parents looked at each other.

It was hard for Giselle to walk in such bad weather but finally she somehow reached the mansion.

The whole mansion was engulfed with darkness. She saw light coming from kitchen and hoping that it would be Simon she walked towards it.
