A forced marriage

Giselle put the stuff back in the locker and picked her bag. She was about to leave when she heard a voice from her assistant, Ava.

Giselle was the principal of the small school and Therefore she always had a load of work, schedule making, waiting for the stuff from government and most importantly saving school from Cartor. Giselle was national face as she won many scholarships and stood first in every national exam so Cartor was unable to stand against her.

For the school, Giselle was the one who worked hard for establishing this school but all the credit went to Cartor. Giselle was even happy over it as now Cartor can't do anything against the school.

"Let's go together. I also want to go to your father's store."

Only Giselle's father had a small store where villagers can buy everyday goods but still it wasn't enough to make any bigger profit and every year the debt was increasing.

She gave Ava a nod and they both start walking side by side.
