293: Taking Notes

"I vow I will love you till the last day in this world. You are my angel, my hero, and my comforter."

Andrew was saying his vows after Annie had finished hers. He was tearing at the edges of his eyes. Mike quickly gave him a handkerchief to wipe them. This was the happy money that he was allowed to shade as many tears as he wanted. Nothing was hindering him from doing that. Annie was also shedding her tears and they all looked adorable just staring at each other like that. 

Davids and Daniella were standing next to each other. Davids had to hold her because she was also shedding some tears. She knew this was an important day for many people. Weddings are a very important part of people's lives and having someone who supports you up to this moment was amazing.

"Please, tell me what will happen if you are the one in that place? I bet you are going to shed every tear left in you."

Daniella gently hit her chest and chuckled looking at the two newly wedded couples on the podium.

                   "kiss, kiss, kiss"

Everyone was chanting for them to kiss. They wanted to see them kiss and look at the three cheeky monkeys busy staring, Davids watched as they hid their faces with their fingers not wanting anyone to look at them. They didn't want to look at the two adults kissing each other but no one knew how cheeky they were. Their hands were parted and they watched them kiss. 

"Looks at them, are you sure you are not doing that practice on Abrianna because you guys are so— "

"Shut up, you know nothing about it. Maybe you can watch as your crush, Jade is kissing his girlfriend in the school corridors."

Nimo hit Rose on the cheeks and focused on looking at the people standing on the podium 

"Are you sure they didn't see that? I think they saw everything, they are cheeky and can see everything."

Daniella was still unsure about her kids being in the front row watching the kissing time. They were still young,  though the kids are evolving and they didn't want to hide anything from them. The wedding was going on fine and Davids couldn't stop and stare at Daniella once in a while. Sometimes she could just hold her hands even without thinking about it and the other time they were interlocking fingers together without any problem. Daniella felt this was kinda odd given that they are always so romantic in open places but this was something else. 

"Is everything alright because you are acting funny?"

Davids chuckled and nodded while focusing on the couples. The reception was at a fancy hotel and they headed there. The kids didn't want to ride with them and gripped their grandmother's asking if she could ride with them. 

          "Why not your parents?"

Rose, Zeke, and Nimo looked at each other. they didn't know what to say. They knew the way their parents get cozy most of the time and forget that they exist. Plus this was not the time they wanted to be told what to do and what not to do. Their grandmother is always considerate and will give them almost everything that they want without any question.

"They are a big nightmare right now, can we go before they scare to take us?."

Vicky shook her head and couldn't imagine the type of grandkids that she had. They were cheeky and funny at all times. The will make you happy when you are sad and sometimes break something and then turn your happiness into sadness.

The reception was amazing and they got to eat whatever they wanted and even they had some swimming pool around the place. The kids wanted to swim but they were not allowed because they first had to eat and have some swimming costumes before they mess their clothes. 

Davids we taking note of everything that they are doing. She wanted to make sure she makes a very good preparation for Daniella. Though she didn't know what the wedding will look like, she made sure she take note of what not to do and what to do.

She has her observation in check. Don't take Daniella to a beach wedding. Don't cry up before she can cry. Make sure you hire a bigger vehicle to carry her and give space to her wedding gown. Buy her one thousand handkerchiefs so that she can blow her nose and wipe the tears that are fighting their way down her cheeks during that day. Looking at the cake, she reminded herself to buy bigger and extra cakes. Watching the way people were munching on the cake, they needed to come bigger than this one.

She had an endless list and left many more when each activity was presented. Once they were done with the reception. They had a chance to dance.  Davids had been waiting for this money for a while and didn't know what to do. The music hit and first Annie and Andrew were the first on the floor. After their music was over, it was now everyone's turn to make sure that they are having a good day. Everyone had a couple except for Nimo, she was standing looking at how everyone was dancing. She is the unlucky one when it comes to finding her partner. Davids quickly texted Jade asking him to join them if he was done with the work that he was doing for her. 

Nimo was rescued and Jade stood beside her holding his hands out for her to take. The dance took time. Davids danced with Daniella who was smiling at her every time.

         "Did enjoy everything around?"

Daniella nodded and placed her head on Davids' chest. 

        "Well, except for one thing, the other sexy part."

Davids chuckled looking at her. She knew very well, where they were not going to do that today. They might get noticed and this wasn't their House where they can fool around any way they wanted. 

"Calm down, we are going to get there, right now that's not the goal, we are supposed to make sure that we have our place and then, you are going to shout my name all you want."

Daniel nodded and went on placing her head on Davids' chest with the slow music playing

"what were you doing here? Please, don't tell me you are still getting punished by my dad?"

Nimo was enjoying the dance between Jade and her. She didn't know Jade was around and he didn't tell her about any of that instead he kept quiet. Though Davids has been punishing him since he is leaving Nimo on her own with no one to teach her basketball 

"You know very well that your dad won't give me a break until I decide to go where I am supposed to go. Plus I did enjoy today. I got various ideas and it made me realize that I want to do business at my uni. Your dad is great like very great and smart."

Nimo chuckled looking at him while they turned around and around.

"Yeah, they are all smart, have you seen any stupid person among them? Even my grandfather was one hell of a wise person so I come from that lineage."

They nodded and went on to talk about general things like the kids they were. 

"What do you think they are saying? I bet they are going to have that awkward look in their eyes like the movie that Abrianna forced you to watch."

Rose Gave Zeke a scold. As much as he loves Abrianna, he hated it when everyone else is pointing out everything that he was the only one supposed to talk about.

"We love each other and if she suggests a movie and we watch it together, just keep it to yourself, I don't want to be killed that we are watching some adult movies that we are not supposed to look into."

Zeke had to shut his mouth at that point. He didn't want to annoy Rose any further. Though he doesn't get them. 

On the dancing floor, Annie was leaning on Andrew's shoulder. She had danced with lots of people now it was time to call it a day. They were going to Bora Bora for their vacation.  Mike had given them a free trip and Andrew couldn't be any happy.

"You are amazing, I know your parents from up there are excited, your brother and sister adore you. Don't feel bad that you were never there for them, you were there and I know you wanted the best for your life. It's your life, Annie, be happy you need to be, you are a great partner, you don't have to fear anything."

Annie looked at Andrew comforting her. Maybe she has been fighting for so long. She needed to take care of herself too. Maybe she will ask Andrew to take her there when they finalist their vacation. She wants to say a final goodbye and stop beating herself over it. 

"Thank you, you are great too. You have been a good father, and a good partner too. I don't know how much we have left hit what I know, I want this to last as long as it can. I want to make sure that we have everything, not a baby though, it's late."

They both chuckled and Andrew looked at her, pinching her chubby cheeks. 

"if God bless us, who are we to say no, but I know soon my son will get his plus one and they will give us grandkids, right now, let's enjoy the three cheeky people we have here!"
