Ryu and Yuki walked down the empty street, the sound of a dog barking echoing through the neighborhood, shattering the evening's tranquility as they made their way back to the old mansion, coffee cups cradled in their hands. The sun was slowly sinking below the horizon, painting the sky with a breathtaking gradient of fiery reds and soft pinks. Its last rays stretched across the city.
A cool, gentle breeze rustled the leaves, adding a refreshing crispness to the air as day transitioned into night slowly.
"It's so tiring. If it weren't for Gojin, I'd be at the café right now," Yuki complained, exhaling dramatically as she took another sip of her coffee.
"We should consider the others, though. It's exhausting, but we have to do it," Ryu replied, trying to encourage both her and himself.
