While Nyle and Jaiden were busy talking about something Ethan entered the picture dressed in his blue office suit climbing down the stairs adjusting his wristwatch "This early to office??" Jaiden asked making Nyle turn his head to look at Ethan.

"Yeah. Bye I'm running out of time" Ethan marched towards the door ."Drop me back home" with a gruffy voice Nyle said. "Alright I will also leave then" Jaiden following Nyle exited Ethan's resident.

They all headed to their respective destination.

In Zoey's office

Everyone were impatiently waiting for Andrews final word in the meeting.

"So taking the planning efficiency and alignity towards the objective, I considered Rachael, Zoey and Selena from our end" Looking towards them he continued "I'm counting on you guys"

'Finally the long meeting got over with a futile thing' thought Zoey. Caroline was walking the length of the room waiting like a desperate kid eager to know the result.

"Didyougotselected" in a single go she said her thoughts which ultimately understood by Zoey.

Just to tease her Zoey shook her head masking a sad face. But her colleagues didn't go by her idea and happily congratulated her. One by one everyone wished her best last came Lilly giving her a hug "Congrats girl" she said. Zoey flashing a smile said "I really need to Thank you Lilly I know it must be you who convinced Andrews to pick me"

"It's your work that convinced him" " She's right" the bearer of the voice is Rachael. "all the best both of you.do well" Lilly walked away. Seeing Zoey alone Carol came and glared Zoey "I was just teasing you Babes" "Seriously I'm was so tensed for you" Zoey quickly displayed a puppy face "Anyway Congratulation mu big old friend, I'm so happy for you" Hugging her Carol said "Don't forget about the treat" she reminded Zoey's promise last night "Yeah I remember that"

After work Zoey decided to take Carol and few more of her colleagues to a nearby French restaurant. Out of the corner of her eye, she got a glimpse of Selena 'her heart sank seeing that petite figure. Selena joined LivLif as a assistant graphic designer after a year Zoey got a transfer to this branch. The girl has zero friends here ,outside too if her guess is right.

Thinking for a second she decided to call Selena to join the dinner. "Selena" she called slowly grabbing the girl's attention "We all are going for dinner would you mind to join with us?"

"Me??" she asked pointing herself her question startled Zoey 'Did I ask something wrong' but ignoring her inner thought she said "Yess" hesitating a bit she accepted the invitation. "Okay after work sharp seven" she earned a happy nod from Selena.

Everyone together stepped out of LivLif who don't love free food. They reached the restaurant with much discussion they settled "Everyone order whatever you want it's completely on this two" he directed towards Zoey and Rachael. "Yeah order as much as you all want I brought my asset paper's too" Zoey joked. They started ordering the dish,.... and Salmon wellington for me a voiced came "Did you guys starved for a month"- Rachael said

"it's rare that you girls treat us so why waste the opportunity"- John said The food was served in less than ten minutes they chit chatted while enjoying the food. With the noise they were making it's impossible to not grab attention.

And at last Rachael and Zoey split the bill, a small hand interrupted them "can I too share the expense??"Selena asked. Zoey and Rachael looked at eachother "Yeah we completely forgot her even she was also selected right" another one said "So we have three to pay for us Guys some wine don't hurt"

"Give me your phone let's call up and ask your wife" Elise threat made him shut up.

As asked by Selena they split the bill into three. After paying, reluctantly each one retreated to their home. So Zoey asked Selena "how do you go" to which the latter replied "I have booked a cab" turning towards Carol she said "can we leave after sending her" "yeah" hearing their conversation Selena hurriedly said "the cab will come in sometime you both can leave" Zoey smiled and said "we'll wait no issue"

When the cab reached Selena plopped inside and thanked both of them for accompanying her. "Come let's go" Zoey called Caroline. "She's looks so young" Zoey faced Carol knitting her brows asked "who, Selena"when her friend nodded "Yes hardly 20 or 21 but believe me her work is amazing"

"I can see that if not, it's hard for her to work under Liam" " That's true but jokes apart her work is truly appreciable" Carol nodded agreeing, they gossiped fir a while and came Carol's home getting down she asked "When are you leaving" "Im leaving tomorrow maybe in mid afternoon"

"Okay enjoy the holiday I think you really need that after staying away from them. Is Noah coming"

"I have no idea heard that he's busy with studies, So I guess he will not come"

"Just call him, he'll fly back to his sister like a dragonfly" she said dramatically with her fingers

"Did you just call him a dragonfly"Zoey can never compare her brother with such thing never.

"Dont you remember he stick to you like a tick,with him by your side we can't even enjoy playing" Carol really missed that bond with her own brother though Zoey is elder it's always Noah who takes care of his sister's mainly Zoey just a sound from her and he goes all panic and ready to break bones of whoever made his sister scream."Okay have a safe journey I'm gonna miss you so much" she said draging Zoey for a hug. Breaking the bond

"Carol stop it I'm going for a week or less not for years" Zoey complained

"Without seeing your glowing face how Am I gonna survive"when she extended her hand to touch Zoey she slapped it "Stop it silly, I'm leaving Bye"
