Four legged friend

The car took its way to a street that lined up with fewer number of large and graceful mansion, going through they stopped at the entrance of huge luxurious mansion, two guards opened the doors to the main entrance.

With a glance one can feel the amount of dollars one would have spent here as the mansion screamed with genteel elegance and superiority,followed a garden and fountain right in front of the doors that opened to their home. It was a two story mansion painted with yellow and cream in the exterior.

Getting out of the car ,three of them walked through the doors and found themselves in a emarald green living area matched with golden screens for the windows.The tiles are half white marble. The hall showed every face but not Clare's so

"Momm" Eve called hearing her voice Clare appeared from the cooking area hurriedly to see the one who took a long time to come to her own house.

Evelyn shouted with happiness "Momm"

Clare flashed her beautiful smile towards Zoey and asked caressing her head loving "How was the drive,Hope it's not tiring for you"

Zoey scanned the place in search of a particular person though knowing he hasn't reached here. Hearing Clare she replied with most calmness she could bring out in her voice Zoey "Not at all, I loved it".

But her mask didn't help to hide her apprehensive face from Clare. Diverting her thoughts she voiced out her next obvious query.

"Where's Blynn, I couldnt get to see him.Is he not home?"

"If he's here are you expecting him to be be lying there and watching" Eve remarked "he went for grooming"

"OHH and N-Noah is he coming tomorrow?" she herself didn't know if it's a question or statement but who care when she already said it out loud enough for the people around who heard it and answered "Yess" said Clare

"Now I want to show you something come with me " Eve said grabbing Zoey hand .

Louis restrained her movement by saying

"She just came now Eve let her take rest for sometime,you go get some rest we will get you for dinner" and dictated to Zoey .

Though Eve wanted to spend some more time with her beloved sister, she found herself nodding to her father's words and saw her sister obeying her father by carrying herself towards her room not before smiling towards them.

The spiral staircase in the right corner took her to her room.

Zoey was welcomed by her cleaned and maintained room. She went around and saw nothing changed every single thing is perfectly kept in their place that she assigned them to be.

She stood near her cabinet dedicated for the books she noticed that the book orders has been changed so she placed them accordingly and exhaled a satisfactory breathe. She went near her bed to lay on it.Just when her body touched the mattress

"Heaven" she muttered and closed her almond cool gray eyes to take her much needed sleep ,her work, that long drive and the debate she had within her Ufffff didn't helped her to have a peaceful one for couple of weeks. Now that she landed here there's nothing she could think more other than feeling calm and composed.

After a couple of hours

Zoey was jolted by a heavy body over her .Instantly she was able to figure it out who the one was as Blynn started licking her face squirming in happiness to see his savior after a long time.

He jumped and twirled from one side to other in an attempt to express his happiness wagging his tail and barking aloud "woof wouf woouuf"

"Hey Blynn stop stop" Zoey find it unexceptionally difficult to calm down Blynn. Zoey did expect this kind of behavior from her little champ because over the years she got used to him and his way of showing his love.

With all the strength she could muster she sat on the bed holding him in her hand ,cupping his face "wouff wouf woof"

"Blynny,I missed you so much"her voice was hoarse from the sleep.

As if replying to her words Blynn barked "wouf wouf"

"Ahh you too missed me " "wouf wouf" she engulfed him in a tight hug lightly patting his head.

It had been almost six years now

The little friend who she found in the roadway had changed into a healthy dog now.

The traces of him being so weak and fragile was vivid in her memory.

Zoey found little Blynn around the corners of her university road.

It was a showery day, she got to see this four legged puppy drenched in rain, shivering to generate some heat for his small body but badly failing.

As her car got into a breakdown she happen to see trembling figure. Her driver had already started to check th car. That little kitten all alone in the world struggling for life had triggered her own memory.

Thinking something she got down in the rain ,running towards little Blynn

The driver was shocked by action. Why is she going on the otherway. He shouted "Miss" "Miss the car will get ready now" but there was no response from her.

"Miss where are you going.Let me come with you" He shouted

his voice couldn't be heard by Zoey because of the heavy pouring even if,she wouldn't be bothered to respond. He was about to follow her but saw her hurriedly coming back.

Passing him she settled inside the car. Wrapped the one who she happened to meet with the help of her scraf. Getting him back to her arms as if giving her own body heat to save that champ.

Her driver gave a quizzical look "Is the car ready" her question brought him back from his thoughts

"Just five more minutes Miss

I will get it done right".

As if loyal to his words the car got started also Zoey's tension.
