'True Friend's'

I started driving again "If you want to show your gratitude then please concentrate on your studies, resolve your issue with Carol. Just think about all the good things that she did to you. Give her a chance she deserves that,.. don't she?" When he was lost in his world I let my last word "I can't see her suffer more"

"I heard you don't stay home at night do you wish to be with Mateo?" I asked raising my eyebrow "Staying with him will be my worst nightmare"

"See don't let others take benefit of your problems the case is still valid any mistake from our side then you will end up with him. Be careful with your action"

"I will" I don't know if he will behave properly with Carol but least he will not make things worse for her.

We came to their home I parked my and went upstairs it's 500sq. feet compact size home, selling her previous flat she bought this as this is very close to Lucus school and our office after getting a job in LivLif.

"Hey you both came in perfect time come I made mango chess cake" Carol literally dragged us "Hey I have a something important to do" my words didn't have any effect "You rarely come here Sister Zoey please stay a little longer and have a bite" "Yes wait I will bring it here"she left a flabbergasted me ,"Are you sibling planning to kill me" " Why alone I should suffer" He winked at me Carol came back "Taste it and let me know how it is" Carol is a decent cook but her baking skills are disaster it's always me and Lucus who are test rat for her.

Me and Lucus exchanged looks and accepted our fate "How is it" she impatiently asked "Nice" Lucus replied. "Yesss" while I was finding difficult to gulp Lucus had finished his half slice "Get checked your taste buds" I said slowly. "Carol Sister Zoey is asking for another slice".

"Yeah bringing" I hurriedly said "pack it for me I will take home" Lucus chuckled "It's not that bad she did showed some improvement"

"Yeah its just burned and little too sweet like you sister otherwise the best cake I ever had" I said jokingly "I think you got good practice now see you already completed your share" I pointed towards his plate.

After completing my piece of cake Lucus went to his room Carol didn't ask anything related to my talk with Lucus instead informed that before Christmas we should complete all previous work and submit the feedback note of our clients to our head. 'Don't worry our work is almost finished we gonna get a long leave'

"HMM I'm going home do you wanna join me with Lucus"

"I will ask him if he wishes then I will join you"

"Okay then Bye"I said "its late already stay tonight here"

"I have to few works to do at home I better go"

I left their place not to forget the cake all packed and settled in my bag.

In Nyle's place

"Stop it Nyle, are out of mind look at yourself get up if your parents get to know this they will kill me" Jaiden pulled the man lying heavily drunk.

"Hey dumbass come and help me" he shouted at a

man of about some 5.8 feet tall dressed in blue suit, gelled hair with a smirk enjoying his drink.

" I think we have saved him enough let him get caught today" he casually said.

"Did you lost your senses if his mom sees him in this state she will not only kill him but us too so just shut up and help me to carry him to the car"

"How many bottles" Jaiden asked throwing Nyle's hand around his neck to support his body. "When I came it's almost one and half"answered Ethan They reached Ethan's car stuffed Nyle in backseat "Drive to your place I will clean the place and join"

When Nyle's mom called Jaiden ,as the former didn't pick the call she's asked to find if he's at home as she will be coming there.Jaiden covered that he's in a session with him and assured that he will bring Nyle to his place.

He called Ethan to check on Nyle.

When Jaiden reached Nyle place after finishing his meeting with his patient. He was astonished by the scene in front of his eyes instead of stopping Nyle from drinking the rest this stupid moron winded up giving company to him. 'Hoo God why do you bring such useless idiot's to me' he thought.

Sending them out he quickly tidied his best friend's home disposed the bottles, grabbed one of Nyle's cloth and headed to Ethan's home.
