CHAPTER 5 - INTRODUCING PARENTS TO PRIMORDIALS

[1659 words]

*POP*

"Hello there!" Jonah spoke, waving his hand.

"Jonah!" His mother turned around to see Jonah and ran up to him.

"What's up, son?" Jack only turned his head and waved at Jonah. It seemed that he was focused on doing something at the moment. He was only sitting on the sofa and watching some TV...

Hugging his dear mother, Jonah explained why he was here. "Not much. I just wanted to see you guys. How's your universe doing?"

He was currently inside what seemed to be a suburban home. Just from the looks of it, he could tell that his parents had gotten better at controlling their abilities.

"It's going well. We've already created this nice home for us, and I'm starting to be able to create a planet the size of the moon." Jack said, "It's progress, at least."

"Yep! I'm a little ahead of your father, so I can already create an Earth-sized planet, but we still haven't created anything of the sort yet. How about you?" Amanda inquired.

Walking around their home for a little bit, he thought it was beautiful. They really created a comfortable house for themselves.

"It's great! It's already a functioning universe with galaxies and planets. Vita will be creating some life over there, so it'll be filled with all sorts of intelligent life very soon." He filled them in on what was happening in his universe.

"That's amazing, son! But who's Vita?" Jonah's mother asked.

"Oh yeah, I didn't tell you about them, did I?" Jonah then went ahead and told them about all of the Primordials and what they were.

"So they're our grandkids?" Jack asked after hearing everything.

"Yeah, you can think of it like that. Although they didn't come from my own flesh and blood, they treat me as their father, so I treat them as my kids."

"Congratulations, my boy!" Jack excitedly got up from the couch and slapped his son on the back. With love, of course.

"This calls for a celebration!" His cheery mother added.

.

After a couple of hours of eating, talking, and drinking, they all sat on the living room's main couch and turned on the TV.

"So, when are you going to show us our grandkids?" Amanda asked.

"I'll be returning there in a few days. I can take you there with me. Oh yeah, can I stay here for a few days?" Jonah asked with a hint of embarrassment from not asking this before.

"Of course you can stay here, silly. Everything that's ours is also yours." Replied Amanda while Jack agreed, nodding his head.

And that's how Jonah spent his 5 day-stay with his parents. Talking, eating, drinking, relaxing, and helping them with their powers.

It was relaxing for him to stay with his parents for a little bit. Being God and being a father thing tired him out a little, so just chilling with his mom and dad for a few days really worked well.

After these 5 days, Jonah called his parents to the living room since he'd be returning now and would take them along by their request.

'I spent about 5 days and 8 hours here, so that's like... 5x24=120+8=128 hours.' Jonah spent some time calculating everything, '533 million years, give or take! Jonah, you're a genius!'

'With this much time, I'm sure that some planets will already have working civilizations... I'll visit some of them when I return. I'm getting excited!' He concluded just as his parents came to the living room.

"Ready?" He asked them.

"Yes, sir! Let's go!" Jack jokingly saluted to Jonah and grabbed his hand along with Amanda's hand.

Teleporting the 3 of them to Jonah's universe, they arrived at the Primordials' Palace.

.

~With Vita,~

Instantly feeling that someone had appeared at their home, Vita hurriedly got up.

Running out of her room and quickly going towards the place she felt people; she recognized one of the signatures she felt.

'PAPA IS BACK!' She happily thought.

Before meeting him, she called all of her brothers and sisters as fast as she could, letting them know that Papa was back!

She was the first to arrive at the room Jonah and his parents appeared, so she was madly running in his direction.

"PAAAAPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

.

~Back to Jonah,~

"PAAAAPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Jonah heard Vita's cute voice calling him.

Finally arriving at Jonah, Vita jumped up and did her classic hug with the force to crush a planet to dust.

She was so excited to see her Papa again that she even forgot to kneel in his presence. Jonah really doesn't like them kneeling before him, but all of the other Primordials did it. Even Vita did it once or twice.

"My little Vita! Missed me?" Jonah asked. When he was with the Primordials, he really tried to act as a father.

"A looooot!" She replied without breaking the hug.

Breaking her hug with some effort and setting her down, Jonah started introducing her to his parents, who were just standing there, filled with pride for their son.

"Vita, these are my parents and your grandparents!" he said next to her, "That big guy over there is my dad, Jack. And that beautiful woman there is my mom, Amanda. Go and introduce yourself."

"Hello there, little Vita!" Amanda waved at her.

"What's up, Vita!" Jack said with a big smile.

Energetically walking up to them, Vita introduced herself. "Hello, grandpapa and grandmama. I'm Vita, Papa's favorite of my siblings!"

'Wait, what?' Jonah's brain short-circuited due to her bold statement.

Amanda simply shot a glare towards Jonah, and he understood everything.

'You are not supposed to have a favorite kid!' Was what Amanda meant to say.

'I don't! She's just like that; I can't do anything!' Jonah replied in his mind.

Jack, though, was already in love with Vita's abnormal cuteness, "Hahahaha! Aren't you a cute one!"

"Hehehe..." Vita giggled.

As Jack and Amanda played with Vita, the rest of the Primordials arrived. They were all beside each other, forming a line. From left to right were Locus, Tempus, Ordo, Chao, and Mortem.

"Father!" "Dad!" "Sir!" "Pops!" "Creator!" They all said in unison as they dropped down to one knee.

*sigh*

"I already said you don't need to do this, you guys! You are my children, not my servants. Come here and give me a hug, will you?" Jonah sternly said.

'My little boy is acting like a father!!!' Amanda thought, holding herself from crying due to her happiness.

Looking to her side to see Jack, she only saw a mess of the once glorious man. There was almost a puddle of tears beneath his feet already. 'Ahh, Jack...' she said in her mind.

Locus simply created a portal beneath all of them, and they reappeared right in front of Jonah. Getting up from their position, they all bear-hugged Jonah.

*#internal screams from Jonah*

"Kids, I already told Vita, but you weren't here," Jonah broke the hug, "These are your grandparents. The big handsome crying guy playing with Vita is my dad, Jack. The beautiful woman is my mom, Amanda. Introduce yourselves to them one at a time."

The first to step up was none other than Locus, "Father of my Father, Mother of my Father, it is my greatest pleasure to meet you! I am Locus, and along with my twin sister, Tempus, we are the oldest of the Primordials!"

"Hello, Creator's parents. I am Tempus. Very nice to meet you."

"Madam Amanda, Sir Jack! I am Ordo, one of the middle twins! It is a pleasure to meet you!"

"Grandpa, Grandma, I'm Chao. This muscle-head's twin and the most beautiful of my siblings. By the way, I do love your hair, Grandma!"

"No, you are not. I am the most beautiful." Tempus pridefully argued.

"Oww, thank you, Chao! I love yours too!!" Amanda got all giggidy from the compliment.

*cough* Mortem made his way to the front, "I'm Mortem. Vita's twin brother. Lovely to meet you, Grandfather, Grandmother."

"Perfect!" Jonah clapped, "Let's go to the living room so you can get to know each other better."

With that, all followed him to the living room. Vita was sitting on Jack's shoulder, playing with him as he cleaned his tears, and Amanda was talking to Chao as both admired each others' hair. The rest was just following him in silence.

.

After just an hour, all of the Primordials had bonded very nicely with their Grandparents, and so did Amanda and Jack. They simply loved having grandkids, and seeing that they all loved to talk about Jonah, they knew they all loved him very much.

Sitting on one of the massive livingroom's couch were Jack, Ordo, and Locus.

"Ordo, you're huge!!! What's your workout routine?" Jack asked. He was a personal trainer at a gym back on Earth, so it was a habit to talk about this stuff.

"Thank you, Sir Jack! To start my workout, I do 1.000.000 pushups with a cube on my back every day, th-"

"I'm sorry, a cube?" Jack interrupted.

"Yes."

"How much does it weigh?"

"10 decillion kilograms," Ordo replied as if it wasn't a big deal.

"....." Yeah, Jack's brain blanked out.

.

In another corner of the room was Amanda, Chao, and Tempus talking,

"Tempus, your dress is simply amazing! Where did you get it?" Amanda couldn't help but ask.

Tempus was still wearing the white dress with golden streaks that she was created with. Actually, all of the Primordials were still wearing the clothes they were born with. It came with a bonus to never get dirty, so there wasn't really a reason to change clothes.

"Thank you, Creator's mother. I was born with this dress, and since the Creator's hands made it, I will not remove it because I love it." Tempus replied.

"Temmmmpus, you can call me grandma! Creator's father is a little stiff." Amanda smiled at her.

"Okay, grandma." Tempus smiled back.
