Hallucinations?

I am confused and terrified. I do not know what to think. My head hurts too much from so many doubts and so on.

I know that I no longer have my mother or anyone in my family to tell them what is happening to me, that is why recounting it here serves as an outlet. And since things keep happening, I suppose I'll tell them; last night around 4:30 a.m. I woke up because I wanted to go to the bathroom and obviously had a hard time going back to sleep because of insomnia and a strange noise coming from outside my window; it was as if someone or something hit the glass.

I trusted myself thinking that it was one of my cats since sometimes they would go up through the ceiling to my room and that is why I started to open the window, although luckily I first looked at the curtain and what I saw was not the silhouette of a cat ...
