On the hologram, Zion was projected sitting in his throne. They were already instructed on what was about to happen about the communication device but they were all amazed and confused of how the device worked. They were skeptical at first but after a few minor interactions and introductions. Zion could talk to them Realtime which they could not believe or refuse to believe.

"Greeting King Urza." The president respectfully bowed while the others bowed also.

"First we would like to apologize for what happened, we deeply regret our actions and would like to correct our mistakes. In the letter we have proposed of an agreement, if I may be direct, we would like to give you a share instead of the penalty that we will pay as ransom. We could only barely pay for the penalties and we don't have the capacity to liquidate such huge amount. In exchange, we will give you 10 percent of all our earning but we would like request that we are given priority in transactions in anywhere we trade." The president was respectful and detailed his proposal as he saw that Zion was a young man, he dropped the first agreed 20% to 10% and even added a condition.

"That is not possible. Instead, give me the whole control of the company and in return, all of you including all your workers, staff and members will have a citizenship slot in my kingdom. Of course, the process will be applied but I will give you easy leeway to process you citizenship."

All of them were taken aback by Zion's counter proposal, it was obvious that Zion did not give any regard to their company and treated it just like a thing that he liked and without value even if they don't agree.

"Your highness, that would be to huge of a decision to make, and even if we accept the proposal, you are telling us that our citizenship status in your kingdom is equivalent to our company?" The President was irritated but he could not disrespect a monarch that easily, so he explained his sentiment in a very polite way.

"I know your sentiments, you must be thinking that I am merely toying with you, and looking at your company as insignificant. You are mistaken, in fact it was the exact opposite. Your company is huge and established, you have network that even my kingdom would be jealous but our kingdom does not need of any products you currently have, what we need is your influence and network. Mr. Lawrence case was not deliberate and it is only in compliance with the agreement, but I can forego all these penalties and payment as long as you agree with my conditions and proposal."

"Sire, I will not hold anymore. But what benefits is being a citizen of you kingdom instead of our positions right now?" The president was convinced of the reason but not satisfied with the value of trade.

"Your a merchant after all." Zion smiled but he continued. "I will conquer Chiscast soon, and if you are a citizen of Chiscast at that moment, you will undergo all the nuance and requirements, it will be disadvantageous, and at that time, and if you will not like Urza Laws and decide to run, your company will have few places to run to and would cost a lot to transfer another base. The hologram was ended abruptly without them able to react, as they thought of what Zion have proposed. The room suddenly erupted in voices, it was chaos.

"Everyone, I know all of you are confused and skeptical, it is too late for us to conduct an investigation and we have only few choices. We can forfeit our trade with them and find another source of income, Pressure them more which might be a bad idea, or submit and gamble."

The whole room erupted again with disagreement and emotion. The president listened to everyone and he could not hold it anymore.

"From the establishment till now, we have strive to maintain this company, we have fixed many problems but we could not deny that there have been many that still need to be fixed. What we lack is a concrete system that will hold our company, and till now we have not yet find any. We even tried some but failed. Lawrence was one example that our company is flawed, his arrogance have put us in a difficult state but I would not think of it as misfortune. What I am thinking is, this might be an opportunity for our company to reach new heights."

"The president is right, I we will be honest, I am sure that we are not in a good state even if the current issue did not happen, every year our income decrease and we face many problems that we barely solved, our foundation is slowly being chewed by corruption, and it would be a matter of time that this company would be dissolved, if not for our networks backing our company would have already crumbled.
