Behind a huge false(Dark Forest)

The Largest Lake named Holon situated near the edge of Dark Forest was because of the many smaller lakes on top of the surrounding mountains. And just a few kilometers from the lake is a huge waterfall that hid the construction of the Power Reactor that would serve as their energy source for many projects.

"Initiate the start up." Zion Commanded inside a control room overviewing the sphere reactor below.

Laser mana guns inside the sphere bombarded in synchrony the the empty area of inside the sphere. It slowly produced a very small object then it grow slowly while it heated. It then glowed red and become a small sun. As it hovered inside the center of the sphere, it produced extreme heat that will be turn into energy.

"For now, this is the only thing we can produce." The Sun Reactor produces electricity that would provide them for many years, it's fuel is hydrogen. And the machine itself that is responsible on absorbing the heat of the small sun inside fuel the sun with Mana converted into hydrogen. They put up solar farm that absorb not only the suns heat but also the mana it emits. From this gathered mana they convert to Hydrogen to create the suns fuel and in return create more electricity. What Zion was dreaming was to produce a sun that could emit mana just like the sun they have in this solar system.

"Azraelle, we can finally begin the next step. Commence a cyber meeting with everyone." After a few minutes all were connected to the meeting including military officials, sultans and department heads.

"Greetings, everyone. We finally was able to finish our source of energy thanks to all of your efforts and cooperation, and with this we can finally initiate to build our own city. This will be the first smart city we will build, it will be created without disrupting nature, cater most if not all races and ethnicity, and we will welcome everyone in accordance to our current rules and regulations. Through time, we will update the system that would not only benefit the subjects but also our surroundings. And lastly I present to you Atlantis."

The City that was projected in the hologram was build at the center of a lake, It's design was out of this world and majestic. It features the blue shiny glasses of the building, that highlighted it's blue themed concept. The cities theme complimented the clear bluish Lake Holon with its emerald colored plants under the lake. It was a site to behold.

"Majestic" Exclaimed one sultan, as the sultans were nature lovers, the cities design and them and were it was located fascinated them, and the fact that the city will not only benefit the people but also does not disturb the nature is a big factor to them.

"But your highness, this cities size would be impossible to build." Rygorn was concerned of the implications of man power and the effect of such a huge undertaking to the people working on it.

"I already know of the commanders sentiments. We currently lacks man power and even the resources, but worry not. The reactor we just made, would store more than enough energy and we will start to produce Cybernetic Drones that would aid in the construction. I have here some design that will help you understand." Zion then showed a variety of design from cylindrical, sphere, some looks like an insect or an beast, and some even humanoid. It displayed their capabilities in the hologram, and some even have presentation of their capabilities like lifting heavy objects and welding.

After seeing the designs they nodded in agreement, they have no choice after all. They already know that their Lord was not ordinary and it seems there is nothing impossible to him.

"But even with this, human intervention is still critical. Most of you will be the overseer of this project, and while the Cybernetic Drones are still on process the first phase of the project will be difficult. And so I need all your full cooperation."

"Sire, what about the sultanate we currently have right now? Do we abandon them? And what will happen to our people after the city is build? Do we need to transfer homes?" An old sultan asked as he was worried that they would have difficulty adapting to city life as they are forest people. And even if the city was themed to be in connection with nature it was still a city after all.

"It will depend on your people, but the current sultanate will be developed accordingly to your needs and culture. The old culture will remain while your settlements will be improved slowly, in that regard there will be no conflicts. But in case there will be conflicts of culture and rules, we will prioritize civil and will amend such conflicts." Zion explained as there are old cultures that may clash with the current rules and regulations of his rule.

"Also this city is not the only place we will build, in fact we are now designing more cities around the Dark forest. Every large or small city will cater the needs of the people around them. The miners need a city that can accommodate their jobs, the farmers also needs a place and many more. Atlantis will become the center that will link all the cities around the dark forest. In short this will be no ones city, instead it will be open to anyone eligible.

"This venture will be long and arduous, but one thing I can promise. That not only the next generation but all of us here right now will reap the benefits soon."

As they understood slowly their lords goal, they nodded in agreement. For them it was noble to cater all the needs of different race and culture, It was more difficult in term of policies but they were hopeful as they also dreamt of peace and prosperity in the future.
