Hunting

After walking into the forest I immediately begin searching for dire wolves to test my strength on.

Since I remember the place where I came from when I arrived in this world I decided to search in that area in hopes of finding wolves to hunt down while also testing my strength.

I searched the perimeter of the area and it took me a while before I found signs of any beasts in the area.

But after a while I heard a noise coming from behind a bush, so I dashed towards that area and hid in the bush to see what it was.

It seemed that luck was in my favor because what I saw was a Dire Wolf eating on a corpse of what seemed like a red fox.

The dire wolf guard was completely down and that was in my favor because I could kill it in my strike with all my strength too see just how strong I have gotten.

I readied my right fist and clenched my hand and dashed forward with all my leg strength and aimed for its head.

The wolf had no idea it was being attacked as it was too focused enjoying it's meal.

As soon as my fist connected with the wolf it's whole body exploded into pieces instantly, all the blood gushed on me and I had a strong metallic smell on me that would turn anyone's stomach upside down.

I looked at my hand and clenched it and said in my head "I have gotten considerably stronger but I am more than sure I need more experience, in order to kill it safely I had to perform a sneak attack at it."

I pulled myself back together and started pulling out the claws of the wolf and placed them in my pocket, I thought of buying some sort of pouch to use so i can store things more easily but I didn't have money right now.

I started looking for more dire wolves again and it seemed that luck was on my side because not too far away from where I was at another dire wolf was near but this one was on its guard hunting for food.

It sensed my presence and looked my way and attacked me first. I dodged to the right and casted {Arcane Poison Chains] and 6 huge purple chains that was leaking poison from it's end pierced the wolf in it's stomach and it fell to the ground with foam coming out of its mouth.

The poison slowly started to spread into its body corroding its skin and melting its blood on it's body. After a few seconds all that was left was a bag of bones.

Luckily for me it's bones didn't corrode away like the rest of its body so I went to pick that up.

After I did I wasted no time and went searching for another wolf to kill and be able to go back and collect my reward. This time though it took quite a bit of time before I found a wolf but not forever.

This wolf was sleeping by a tree and it looked like it had blood on its self. I guessed that it just got out of a battle and was tired and needed to rest. I smiled menacingly and used my raw strength and rushed at it.

It's guard was completely down so it had no idea what was coming to it.

My punch just like the other one blew its head off into pieces and it died helplessly in that same second.

I collected its claws and dashed out of the area in case some beast I'm not strong enough to fight yet smelled the blood and appeared here.

I started traveling out of the forest while making sure there was no threats around me that would be ready to attack me while I wasn't looking.

Eventually I made it out of the forest and walked into the gates of the city and showed the guards my badge and went inside.

I ignored everything else and went straight towards the guild hall, then went to the front desk to collect my reward.

After I handed her the claws she gave me 10 silver coins and smiled at me. I said thank you and walked off outside of the guild hall.

I decided to buy a pouch for the next time I decided to go on a mission that required me to collect things.

I quickly found a hunting gear store to buy things I needed. When I walked in the place had a strong leather smell to it.

I went searching to find a pouch or bag of some sorts and I found a section that had one.

I picked up a medium sized pouch that could hang from your waist and took it to the counter to pay. The guy that was behind it was a fairly old man with his hands behind his back and he said "That will be 3 silver coins sir."

I nodded and brought out 3 silver coins and gave it to him, I took the pouch and headed out the door.

The old man said "Have a nice day" and I just waved my hand upwards while still walking towards the door. I headed back to the inn because it started to get dark and I didn't want to waste a second of cultivation.

...

When I reached walked inside my room I quickly took a shower and washed my clothes inside the sink just before nightfall came.

I then thought to myself "I have been wearing this cloak for a day straight so I should take it off for right now and let it breathe.

As soon as I did I looked at the moon and it seemed like my eyes illuminated with the moon light and my purple eyes stood out like a sore thumb because it was glowing.

For some reason I felt saddened and also felt like the moon was my home or that something on the moon was mine that was waiting for me to come.

A few tears flowed out my eyes and I quickly brought myself together.

I then had a thought of "There's no way this specific moon just made me cry" It had to be every moon in every universe and and world that I needed to sought after.

Maybe if I reach enough power one day I will go to each and every moon in every galaxy and find out just what is making me this saddened that I want and need to go there.

I set those thoughts aside and sat in a cross legged positon and started pulling in Moon energy with my Arcane energy and let it flow into my outer shell of a core and started reinforcing it.

*8 Hours later*

*BOOM*

*BOOM*

This time it was only twice I said in my head, and I got up to inspect my core. I looked at it and I had 7 lines on my core meaning that I was at the 7th layer of "Energy Gathering Realm".

Once again my body had gotten tougher and I have gotten taller too. But no impurities came out. My strength had also increase too as well as my senses.

I looked outside and once again sighed of not being able to cultivate. But then I thought of a problem. Would sun and moon energy even correlate together even if I did get a cultivation technique for the sun?

Their both like water and fire they just cant coexist with each other without one of them going out. But that was a problem I would have to figure out in the future as I get more information for cultivators and even a technique for the sun.

Today though I had no plans for anything and I had no missions I needed to do.

But I decided to leave the inn and just go looking around the city and do anything for the day.

So I did as my thoughts said and walked out the inn.
