Amara shrugged. "Eh, he'll get over it. And if not, maybe we'll get a few more juicy scenes written in as a result."
Elara, who was finally starting to relax, laughed softly. "Only you would think of that as a solution."
Amara was about to respond with something cheeky when her phone buzzed. She glanced down, expecting a text from Marisol about their schedule, but instead, it was a news alert one that had her raising an eyebrow.
"Breaking news: Lyselle Media Heiress and New Actress Spotted in Scandalous Kiss!" was the headline. Underneath, a blurry but unmistakable photo of her and Elara in a passionate embrace stared back at her, plastered across her screen.
"Oh," Amara said, tilting her phone toward Elara with a wry grin. "Looks like we're internet famous."
Elara's eyes went wide. "What? How did that get out?"
