Her hands were still holding into his suit and he took it away gently and raised it to kiss it. He smiled at her and wiped the tears which were getting dry on her cheeks. "Aizhe, does it matter that life is filled with difficulties? Does it matter that we are all on the same boat yet can't help each other and does it matter if we are different? Because all that matters to me is you are next to me in this journey.." He looked into her eyes deeply as he poured his heart out one by one for her... "Aizhe, you are my only friend and it is not because of your beauty, but because of your heart. I look at you, not towards your eyes but towards the purity that is hidden in those eyes and I like you not because you are different but because I realized how deep my heart and world yearns for you.." °•The book cover is not mine. Stroke Her Hair

In the dimmed room, the sounds of water dripping from inside could be heard.

Aizhe who just took shower emerged from the bathroom and she was drapped in her white bath towel. Just as she set foot outside the toilet, an excited screeching tone reached her and a small body crashed into her.

"Zia, careful honey!" Aizhe who heard the name whipped her head and saw a graceful lady wearing a white silky nightgown. She had a fair cheeks, long nose, sleeky eyes and a black ink hair that reached down her butt. Seeing the similarities between the two, Aizhe was astonished.

As a greeting, the two nodded at each other.

She was somehow suprised to see them in her room. She remembered dropping in her bed dead tired when she arrived home. She thought everyone might be busy chatting or eating thus she didn't go downstairs to greet them at all.

She looked down and saw the little girl who was still hugging her legs tightly. She bent down and picked her chubby body up. "Mm, who do we got here?," Aizhe smiled brightly at her and put her down in the large round bed. She pretended to roll her sleeves and jumped on to the bed-- careful not to hurt her as she tickled her tiny body.

Zia's childish laughter resounded in the room and Aizhe felt a tinge of happiness flowing inside her heart. The love she had for kids was unparalleled. She loved their pure eyes and the lovely and cheerful Innocency they carried with them all the time.

She stopped tickling her so that she could atleast breath. She missed hugging and playin' with her.

She then held the kid in her lap and hugged her tightly. "Oh sweetie, how much I missed you! Did you miss auntie Zhe?" Zia smiled at her brightly and flopped fown from Aizhe's lap. "I love my auntie Ze the most. I was sad I couldn't get loads of kisses from you in London." Aizhe chuckled at her cuteness. Zia looked around and when she saw her mother, she tried to run towards her when suddenly her tiny legs gave out and she held her head in pain.

"Zia! What happened? Where does it hurt?"

"Zia baby, are you okay?" Both of the lady dashed towards the kid and tried to calm her. Upon seeing them too, Zia held out her tiny hands to the closest one and it so happened to be Aizhe. She hugged her tightly instead of her mother and seeing that, Ning Mei looked away and let Aizhe handle her instead.

Aizhe noticed her gloomy expressions and hesitancy. She wanted to let Ning Mei carry her when Zia started to groan by the shiftings. Hesitating, she stood up and laid Zia down in the bed.

Seeing her frowning during her sleep, Aizhe probed herself next to her and she started to stroke her hair gently. She laid like that until she heard the little snore and she stood up to turn off the side lamps.

Turning around, she almost yelped when she saw Ning Mei. "Mei Sister, you are still here?,"

Ning Mei slightly smiled at her and then focused her attention back to her child. She excused herself and went to sit next to Zia and started to stroke her hair just like the way Aizhe was doing.
