The 3rd princess
"Master do you know her?" Lilith asked trying to understand my attitude till the Princesses voice arrived again this time in all our heads as both Lilith and Aria flinched.
"It seems you've started finding girls dammit I wanted to be the first."
"Dear what is she talking about?" Arias confusion radiated as she tried to decide if the princess was an enemy or not. The simple fact she could talk to our minds was strange enough for them but less to me as the ability was called telepathy, mother had used it enough times. I couldn't escape this without something biting me in the ass later so I pointed to an old bakery hoping the princess knew I wanted to talk then started walking away grabbing both girls arms and giving a quick explanation.
"So I kinda saved her from bandits while on my way to school so yeah."
"And she saw what you were master that's just stupid you should have killed her so you're secret was safe." Lilith growled.
"I disagree Lilith this choice to save and let go would have been one of the things that made him pure when I judged him. Especially if he forced himself to trust a stranger." Aria countered.
"How does trusting strangers make you pure I thought it was all about being nice and caring so when you took them as a mate they'd still care about you."
"It is but more than that as well, I'd hate to be with someone that is kind to me but horrible to everyone else." I groaned as they continued to bicker this was soppose to be a peaceful day. Finding an allyway I asked Lilith to cast an illusion to make us look churchy so it would look like the princess was speaking with an angel and her worshippers. She mumbled slightly as she cast her spell but I pretend not to hear. With our cover clear and Aria leading making sure her wings were out and flapping slightly we made our way towards the bakery. I watched with facination as everyone moved around us some even bowing or muttering prayers, Aria had to stop a few times and bless children to keep up the act but her smile felt strained when others started asking to be judged I almost felt myself wanting to strangle those men but held back till we entered the bakery.
Once out of view I grabbed Aria kissing her deeply till the tention drained from her body.
"No one else will have you." I whispered holding her close.
"So your the leviathan?" Breaking our embrace a woman in light armor with two swords strapped to her hips marched up to us. Stepping forward I reply.
"Yes but your not who I wanted to meet." Before I could even blink her sword flashed out cutting halfway through my neck as her 2nd one peirced my heart.
"No!" From behind her I noticed the princess being held back by a few of her guards yelling at them to stop while behind me Aria was casting healing spells in an attempt to save me as Lilith tried to find something to fight with.
"Just die monster." The twin bladed girl spat. Blinking at her I waited for my throat to heal bringing everything back into this world enjoying her confusion.
"Nice try but you can't kill me." Grabbing her shoulders I threw my head at hers feeling my horns collide with a nice crunch causing her to fall backwards letting go of the blade inside me. Staggering backwards Aria grabbed me pulling the blade out quickly and healing the wound using her wings as a shield from the other soldiers who were drawing their weapons.
Feeling the wound close I pulled myself to my feel, with a little help from Aria then snapped my fingers I wasn't giving them a chance. Desicration took effect immediately making my snappers glow bule and red as all the guards collapse, enjoying the pain in each of their expressions I faltered when I saw the princess clutching her head as blood ran out of her eyes. With my attention faltering desicration cancelled but had been active long enough to down everyone. Walking over to the princess I lifted her up.
"Explain now!" Her chin lifted slightly but nothing came out. "Aria heal her!" I growled watching as Lilith slowly cut into the twin bladed girls arms with her own dagger muttering about the true meaning of pain. Aria was beside me in a flash healing the princess but making sure she was still in pain.
"Explain!" I yelled again.
"I'm sorry." She winced apparently something in her mouth was broken. Dropping her to the ground Aria continued to heal till she was fine but still stood between us. Letting the princess recover we waited Arias calm face was long gone replaced with anger enough to freeze hell.
"I'm sorry Mr leviathan I didn't mean for this to happen."
"Bullshit." The words left my mouth on reflex but Arias hand came up.
"She speaks the truth dear." Anger was flowing out of me but I trusted Aria enough.
"Continue."
"I'm sorry I truly meant what I said. I want to be your wife but after you saved me some of my guards told my father what happened and he ordered Kat to follow me and harvest your blood if I ever found you." She indicated to twin blades as she said this. Lilith still cutting but finding it amusing she was slowly healing, must be wearing an artifact.
"And that makes it ok? You could have warned Lazuris." Aria growled.
"I'm sorry I didn't think she was this close."
"Whats your name?" I sighed this was becoming difficult.
"Mia Mr Leviathan."
"The names Lazuris Mia please call me that. Aria are you sure she wants to be my mate?" Aria flinched.
"Yes dear she was telling the truth but dear your not thinking of taking her she tried to attack you."
"She didn't attack me Kat did and I can't take her for two reasons." Lilith was beside me in a second.
"No master I forbid it I will now allow her under any circumstances."
"That's the first one. But the main reason is because your a princess." All three girls looked at me confused. "I can't get involved in any wars leviathan rules since we're almost unkillable."
"But master a leviathan is already part of this war."
"No she's not."
"She?" Mia cried out. "You know the leviathan in charge of the peace?"
"Yes I do... My mother wanted to see if both races could work together if an enemy stronger than them presented themselves. Long story short both humans and demons tried to find ways around this truths not joining together to get rid of her."
"SHE'S YOUR MOTHER!" Mia screamed while both Aria and Lilith looked stunned.
"Yes now back to why I can't."
"Master your mother is Tatana the legendary leviathan in charge of the peace?"
"Dear are you... But that's impossible... But could it be." Watching them continue on I walked away till I was in front of Kat who was still lying on the ground most of her wounds closed already. Those three would take a while to digest what I'd just said and I needed to sort out another problem. My snappers hissed slightly as I approached her body still healing slowly but I could hear her breathing becoming more rithmic.
"Now Kat right." She flinched enough to know she was listening. "I'm not going to sugar coat it my mother is going to come for you and your not going to like it." I ran my left snapper over my neck showing her the scar my healing was failing to heal it and would continue to fail for a week along with the one on my heart. Kat whimpered slightly.
"Now would you like a way to survive her?" More whimpering but she nodded as well.
"Good now this will hurt and I suggest you don't heal this wound." Biting into her arm with both snappers making sure an imprint of my teeth I left them there as I gave her a warning.
"Remove whatever is healing you because if the marks from my teeth are gone you will die." Moving her other arm slowly Kat pulled a necklace from her neck and threw it away.
"Good now I'm going to do something to the princess it is in your best interest to ignore it and carry on with whatever you normally do, and also don't hunt me or my mates I won't give you a second chance." Another nod. Pulling away and releasing Kat from my snappers and walked back to the three girls.
"Master is a god."
"He is much more than that dear is a hero."
"He is my Knight in shining armour." Lilith looked towards Mia puffing her cheeks slightly.
"Fine master I soppose I can allow her as well." Aria nodded as well.
"I agree she is truthful in her declaration and I think she would be a great addition." Both girls looked between myself and the princess.
"Still can't guys she's a princess."
"But you want her do you not?" I gritted my teeth to Arias question looking at Mia as hope blossomed in her eyes.
"Yes I do. But I still can't."
"But what if I throw away my family? Then I wouldn't be a princess." All of us were taken by surprise at Mias question, true this would mean I could.
"Would you though?" Lilith asked looking down at Mia. "Would you leave your claim to the throne, leave your brothers and sisters? Would you do all that only to have to share this man as he chooses more and more mates?" Mia stood her ground and looked Lilith dead in the eyes.
"I am the 3rd princess, my claim to the throne is almost nonexistent unless I try to kill my siblings and I refuse to do that. I wanted to be left alone to my studies and I was for a long time, but with my control over magic many prince's wanted me as a bride."
"Wouldn't that give you a better claim to a throne if you married right?" Aria asked.
"Yes it would if I was given a choice on who I could marry. But my father is using me to create an alliance."
"I see. But are you just trying to get masters attention to save yourself?"
"No he saved me after I'd accepted death there's no way I'd let those bandits have me. I had planned to kill myself to avoid it all until he arrived. He is my Knight in shining armour." Lilith looked to Aria who nodded Mia was speaking the truth I stepped forward.
"Then we all agree but I'm going to have to ask you to do something."
"I shall attempt it with the best of my abilities."
"I need you to stay as a princess for now." Her shoulders drooped in disappointment.
"If that is what you want. I will stay away."
"No you missunderstand if you started following me around everyone would know what I am."
"But all my guards already saw you." Smiling I sent some mana into my appearance orb changing my hair to a white colour and darkening my skin by two shades. All three of their jaws dropped.
"Not a problem but I'm not denying you I just need you to act as your normal self till I'm done at school." Taking some of my blood I offered it to Mia.
"Only accept this if you want to be mine I want to continue at school so I will call for you when I wish to leave until then I need you to throw off suspicion so your family dosent look for me. Can you do that?" Taking my blood Mia swallowed it all.
"I swear I will make you proud my kni. Aaaaaah." Red veins spread across her body as she collapsed in pain. Lilith moved to knock her out but I stopped her.
"It's cruel but we can't be here when they all wake up." Mia spasmed on the floor so I took her in my arms.
"We have to go. I'm sorry to leave you like this." Her hand reached up but didn't touch me before another spasm took her. I was about to apologise again but Arias fist connected with Mia knocking her out.
"Time to go." Pulling my hand we left the store Aria grabbing Lilith and myself before jumping into the air, carrying us back to the dorms.
