Let The Hunt begin

Demon Lord Rave sat on his throne eating a roasted chicken while his council creatures bickered around him. Most bickered about how they could attack human towns but they were just empty threats as 3,000 years ago a leviathan appeared out of nowhere killing both the demons army and humans. This leviathan had offered a deal, create an act of peace or she would wipe out both sides completely. Both sides had agreed and over the years if a human town was attacked by demons a same size demon town was wiped out by the leviathan this was also true if the humans attacked a demon town.

This forced peace was driving the demon Lord mad and thus every week a meeting like this was held to try and find a way around it. But every time empty threats were thrown around no one brave enough to do anything themselves. Finishing his chicken the demon Lord gazed around the table not paying to much attention to what was being said before his eyes fell on Casper one of his low level generals maybe a vampire maybe a elf he couldn't remember. Noticing the demon Lords gaze his right hand man Rev spoke as the demon Lord speaking was law and must be done.

"Casper you seem to have been quiet today any reason why?" Casper grinned showing fangs. Vampire, Rave thought he was right.

"I'm just waiting for you all to Finnish before I say something valuable." The table silenced even the demon Lord held interest.

"I advise you pick your words carefully Casper but do carry on I think we're all intreged."

"With all due respect. I have reason to believe Tatana has had a child." Whispers started Bouncing around the room till Rave spoke his voice echoing like thunder.

"Continue."

"Right my scouts recently found a cave carved into the top of a mountain far from anything. This cave possessed battlefields similar to what Tatana leaves behind as well as a rumor that the blood of the creature that dwells there grant's immortality. I have confirmed with survivors that have returned from there that it is in fact Tatana. But what caught my attention the most is some of them said a teenager fought with her welding snappers similar to hers." Everyone's attention turned to Rave. Rev jumped in before any other comment could be made.

"How sure are you that it was her child not another leviathan she took as a mate?" Casper smiled looking across the table at Joe.

"Because I know Tatana has been travelling recently alone and the other leviathan has conveniently disappeared." Joe stayed silent for a minute contemplating what Casper had said. Joe was the only human at the table his only claim that would make him useful was the mark just below his bellybutton of a snapper eating an eye. He'd previously been a leviathans mate and was their go to expert on leviathans. He finally spoke his words having almost the same strength as the demon lords right hand.

"The child they spoke of was male?"

"Yes." Casper replied quickly his smile growing. Joe turned to the demon Lord.

"It's possible, leviathan mothers tend to separate from their male children at a certain age to avoid taking them as mates. It would explain why he disappeared, trying to avoid everyone till he's strong enough to challenge her for either dominance or to take her as his mate."

"But why separate if he's just going to come back? Wouldn't he learn more from her?" Rev asked.

"He risks being taken as a mate himself. He'll want to be lead mate as only they can choose other mates in other words create his own harem. If he stayed he would be part of her harem. Daughter leviathans tend to share harem with their mothers." Rave turned back to Casper.

"Do you know where this child is?" Casper faltered a little.

"To my knowledge she's avoiding the town of Charlog and my best guess and it's only a guess is that he's at the school of Rula learning magic." Joe nodded again.

"This would be the fastest way to get stronger." Rave leaned back contemplating this before he spoke.

"If this child was bound to me and we showed him powerful magic could he rival Tatana?" Joe piped up again.

"Easily. Male leviathans tend to be stronger than female with children growing stronger than parents and buffed with your power he would be unstoppable. But." He froze realising something.

"She would have to have taught him that move she uses or a counter. The leviathan that bound me didn't know anything like that however I believe she would have."

"What makes you so sure?"

"They love power, Tatana hasn't taken any mates that we know about yet she's had a child, there's a chance that she's waiting for him to take her."

"Find him!" Raves voice boomed.

"If he can claim her while being my slave we'll not only get rid of her we can use her against the humans!" Raves elite guards were beside him in seconds planning everything till another voice rose.

"This will have to be a stealth mission, Tatana may be avoiding it but she will be watching the town and I doubt a large group of our people will be let in." The voice belonged to Elinor a child of Rave half dragon with blue scales half demon giving the tips of her scales a red edge. Rave remembered sending her mother to the pits for giving him a daughter but she'd proven to be quite valuable, maybe he'd reconsider her sentence if she could give him a male this time.

"What do you suggest?" Rev spoke everyone frozen from someone standing up to the demon Lord.

"Enrol a few of our best into the school just enough to not be suspicious and find him, trick him into putting on fathers slave collar, done"

"And you wish to be in charge I presume?"

"I'm young enough to get away with it and I want to prove I'm better than a male. This mission would be perfect as I might need to use some feminine charm to persuade him." Rave liked her, he would have to retrieve her mother if she succeeded. Another Elinor would be helpful.

"Agreed but the stakes are to high for just you. Send a team of five." Rev commanded causing everyone to scatter to find someone as this would give them a huge boost in their reputation if their person succeeded. Elinor watched them all leave before she pulled a parcel from her pocket showing Rave a entrance acceptance from the academy.

"Guess I'll be going now." Rev was about to argue before Rave stopped him.

"Succeed in this and your mother is free." Elinor bowed.

"That's all I've ever wanted." And left closing the door with her tail.

Far away Tatana lay in bed with a dragon letting her snappers explore his body.

"Did you come for another child?" The dragons voice deep and gentle.

"No this one was enough."

"Found something you like in this one?" He laughed.

"Yes he's like me." The dragons voice shifted slightly.

"How so, will I be losing you soon?" This time Tatana laughed.

"Maybe, he's a reancarnation like me but I don't think he wants me as a mate." She let her fingers roam to find the spot behind his horn he liked so much.

"Part of me does want him to try and I fear if he doesn't try I might on instinct." He rolled pulling her closer.

"Leviathan thing?" Tatana nodded.

"Yea leviathan thing." He grumbled slightly.

"Is there a chance I can still have you even if he makes claim?" There was a hint of fear in his voice as he said this.

"Maybe." Finding her mark on the dragons body she smiled at the eye being circled by snappers.

"He's not fully leviathan, like me I guess, he might be a little lenient on our rules but the leviathan in me really wants his mark." Finding her belly the dragon started massaging her muscles grinding his claws as this was the only way she could feel them.

"I pray he still got some human in him then." Relaxing in his grip Tatana planted a kiss on his snout.

"I do to his mark and your love are all I want." Placing her hand on her mark Tatana made it turn blue, taking away the dragons fertility briefly as they made love into the night.
