Chapter 2- a surprise visit

Just like every other day, Alex woke up before his alarm it's so fucked up on how someone couldn't even get 5 hrs of complete sleep. Ever since his family died in front of him, he lost his sleep. Alexander Cheng an half Chinese and half Canadian diamond bachelor sat on his bed lost in thoughts.he is one of the country's most eligible men his wealth alone is enough to help Canada's economy, he holds different companies that occupy most of Eastern Asia, Africa,Europe and North America.however, he is a ruthless mafia don and is feared by even politicians .

" boss you need to visit ***** casino there some weeds that needs to be uprooted " Ezekiel said making Alex purse before taking a drag from his cigarette again " what's the status?" He asked Zeke. " boss we found traces of money laundering from manager Moses, he seems to be stealing your money and is currently meeting with Don spike your enemy" as zeke explained Alex face turn ashen." That asswipe, has been stealing from me all this while" Alex asked calmly but his calm voice is enough to send chills down a person's spine. He knew that the casino's manager had been embezzling his money but the left him but the manager meeting up with his enemy to bring him down was a betrayal that he can never ever forget. As Alex walked all other of his subordinate were scared the look in their bosses eyes was scary, Alex suddenly paused his walking " how about we pay Moses a surprise visit now " Alex said his voice filled with blood lost he wanted to kill now and Moses happened to be his new prey . " copy that boss, and we just found out that shadow is visiting the casino today" zeke reported to Alex who had resumed working again." Lay low for now let's see what the prematured mafia ticker is up too" Alex instructed before entering his car that took him straight to the casino " copy that boss " zeke nodes his head in understanding.

Meanwhile,Kimberly who just had an impromptu flight back to Canada, had to keep asking her mom not to get mad at her flying back,"" Kimberly Sarah Foster " Kimberly flinched at the sound of her full name from her mom, whenever her mom is mad she calls her her full name . " mom com'on I'm not a kid you know, something just came up that's why" she explained to her mom who seemed to calm down because of her explanation." But you've been working so hard Kim you have to rest how can your boss suddenly call you back?" Mrs Jonas was getting mad. Yep that right she had to lie that an emergency came up in the restaurant she could never tell her mother that criminals were looking for her since she only had to convince them that she wasn't who they were looking for.

" But big sis you promised that we will travel back together, so why are you going without us ?" Reese her kid sister asked. Kimberly wanted her family to relocate to Canada to start life afresh. She ruffled her sister's hair " kiddo I promise, I'll come pick you up at the airport on Friday okay, I already bought you and mom a new house" only after hearing this did her sister accept it , as a popular and international chef she is able to earn a Lillian especially when she had to cook for events for high class people, but all this money she earned was so that her mom and sister would have a good life. After bidding bye Kim flew back to Canada she is going to pay a surprise visit to the dude in **** casino tonight.

Kimberly stood in front of the casino, she kept rehearsing how to turn down this offer without being rude or else these criminals might go for her family. She kept her identity of being Alien codes a secret from everyone not until a guy who claimed to be a mafia discovered it , although she was able to cover up but few people already found out about her.

Kimberly check her wrist watch she was who hours early she was suppose to meet the person by 6 but this is 4 however, she decided to just stick around till then .

Meanwhile, Alex who just finished paying his manager a surprise visit handed Moses to one of his guys to keep till he comes, although he was in the mood to kill but he didn't want to stain his hand today that would be till tomorrow. He sat upstairs in the glass office in his casino, his transparent glass gave him the opportunity to see the outside but people outside couldn't see him. He stood in front of the glass sipping his whiskey when he spotted a particular petite figure.

He saw the figure of a girl entering into his casino, she was putting on a black hood, white trousers pants, black sneakers accompanied with a black nose mask, her sense of dressing reminds him of girls in the mafia without loosing focus he kept staring at the girl from upstairs.her brunette hair is tied into a cute ponytail, he couldn't help but wonder how her face would be behind the mask on her face.

For unknown reason, he was paying attention to her which sounds odd this is something he had not done before in his life, naturally it was women who throw themselves at him.with a grin on his lips he sat down see what she is up to.

Entering the casino, she spotted a couple of men playing without interest she walked up to the bartender to get a drink her drink tolerance isn't very high with alcohol so she could only order for cocktail . " pls could you get me an orange cocktail no alcohol" she requested from the bartender
