Wen Chi took the shoes and went to the cashier to pay for them.
Gu Huanhuan watched him from the side with a smile and a melted heart.
When they arrived home, Wen Chi asked Gu Huanhuan to relax while he made dinner. As Gu Huanhuan was pregnant, they seldom ate out. After all, outside food were neither the healthiest nor the most sanitary.
Gu Huanhuan stayed home after filming wrapped for her last project. She had been waiting for news from the production team to attend press conferences or go on promotion tour for the show. As she wasn't too far along in her pregnancy and could still move around easily, she wanted to finish her work as soon as possible.
A few days passed in the blink of an eye.
The drama series, "Liancheng Consort", had been confirmed to go on air exclusively on Bin City TV's evening prime time over the summer holidays. Per Director Zheng's usual practice, intensive publicity tours would take place shortly after filming wrapped.
