In case you are wondering, why Yuki knew she was a Beta and not an Omega, it's actually very simple.

Anyway, Yuki's anatomy was similar to a 'female', it was visible that, she was not an Alpha, once the Duchess saw that she was not an Alpha, she directly forced the doctors to change her gender on the report after hearing that she was a 'normal'...

It wasn't possible for her to fake as an Omega in case she didn't grow up o be a frail beauty with soft features, plus the Alphas could instinctively know if she was an Omega, but in case she faked as an Alpha, it was possible to fake her visuals... she could just say she was taking suppressants for her unstable pheromones and incase in the future she was found out to be a Beta, it will be a slap on everyone who treated a 'norma' as a 'chosen' one, the humiliation the people of the country will face would be the panacea for the Duchess' wounded heart...

Though it was easy to distinguish the Betas through the test, the Omegas who had similar anatomy to their Beta counterparts, mainly the females who couldn't be differentiated from the Beta females just from outward appearance at birth were sometimes mistaken...even with the Beta antigen, the test wasn't universal after all, plus that, the test at birth was very expensive.

It may be possible for some rich nobles to conduct the test at birth both more than 90 per cent of the population still waiting for the free test from the government on the onset of their children's puberty.

So, the real division started when the children were at the most sensitive period of their life, just a single test was responsible to wreck their entire lives.

The test result was actually confidential and one could hide it for their own sakes, it only became mandatory to disclose it during employment.

The Duchess and her shared the normal black hair, though it was a glistening black as if inlaid with diamonds still, she thought of it as normal, but contrary to them, the Duke had light blue hair, some maids had hair colour ranging from orange, neon green, forest green etc.

Well, if they had dyed them, then it won't be something unusual, but it seems it was natural in this world for such colours to exist; as born in this world Yuki shouldn't feel that it was wrong, but she just couldn't think of it as natural...

Anyways, this boy had Rose Gold hair, 'What the hell happened to genetics?', a weird thought crossed her brain.

Well, she had accepted this 'weirdness' of the world a long time ago and she, who could remember everything since before she was even born, didn't actually have the right to call anyone 'weird', because she would definitely take the first place in terms of that!!
