Number One was actually happy with the additional information as Cherry Blossom Flowers were one of the main ingredients for three of his Legendary Pills. To make it better, locations that have such rare herbs usually contain many others that could be useful to him. 

That reveal also helped Number One confirm one guess which was the mysterious lady being imprisoned in the golden crystal. She only helped him the moment he mentioned her being stuck and that gave him a new perspective. 

"Thank you! If you have any suggestions in the future, make sure to tell me," Number One acknowledged the help. "Hopefully I can get you out of here in the future." 

It didn't matter if the lady was imprisoned or not, Number One didn't need to worry about it for now. He could always stop at the ninth door if she turned out to be dangerous but that was still far in the future.
