He clicked on one of the contact numbers in front of him. 

*"Lucas, what a good timing! I was just going to call you!"*

Lucas heard the voice that came just after the voice connected with surprise.

"Haha, I haven't heard you this excited since Dad left so abruptly… Wait, is he back!?"

*"Yes! Here, talk to him. Say hello! Ahhh wait, you can't from my call. Lucas, Call him on your own right now, quick!"* 

Lucas's mother cut the phone on his face and he couldn't help but start giggling and smiling from the interaction. 

His father had returned! And by the way his mother was talking, his father was fine too.
