Consequences.

Every action one took resulted in consequences. It might be something good or something bad, but there was always a consequence. However, Linri didn't think that the consequence this time would be this bad.

He had only wanted to get lucky and the result? Well, his guardian beast almost died and he wasted more than half his prana, so he wouldn't be able to participate in the next fight. Fucking great!

I mean, was it really such a bad thing to want to have a lucky encounter? Yeah, sure. He didn't deny the fact that wanting to see Silfy get naked was something scummy. After all, he would be taking advantage of her when she was vulnerable. But did it warrant this much of a consequence?

He felt like this was unfair to him. What was wrong with just having fun? Did it have to always turn into a great life and death fight? Was the world really so unfair? Of course, it was! No two souls were born equal.
