The meeting in the northern star commerce

The two knights on the top of the staircase glanced at one another before the other man, clearly older by the sound of his voice, asked, "Prove it! How are we to know you are not lying."

His words immediately brought back the tense atmosphere when the butler tried reaching into his robe. "Whoa! Wait, just let me get the proof," he explained, his hands slowing down until he rummaged about a bit before pulling it back out.

A bronze-looking medallion was pulled out, and the butler threw it to one of the men, who caught it warily. He raised the medallion to observe it before he raised his arm, "Leave us. Go back to your guard duty. They are who they say they are." The older man dismissed the knights at the bottom of the stairs.
