The curse

I opened my eyes and a thin light from afar struck my eyes.

"Where am I?" I whispered.

I remained standing at the dark and empty side of this unknown place, staring at the only light I'm seeing.

"Tabitha!"

I looked back when I heard that familiar voice again. I just don't know if it's a voice of a child or a lady! It just sound so soft and calm.

"Who are you?!" I groaned, clenching my fists. "Show yourself!"

"Don't you really know me, Tabitha, or remember my voice?"

"How am I supposed to know?! You won't even show yourself to me!"

"Perhaps this isn't the right time for you to meet me."

That voice said and before I knew it, I'm already standing at the same meadow.

"I ain't your enemy, Tabitha."

That was the last words the voice uttered. I sighed in frustration.

"What the hell is happening?" I hissed. "What is this place?!"

I looked around and saw the same old cabin I saw the last time I was here. That's where the sorcerer's book was!
