Getting married to that lady seemed promising as the king had promised him heaven and Earth.

One of the contentions he had was the fact that he was going with the Duke of Ikpala to Havila, to meet his supposed father and for the marriage alliance to be finalized.

He had wanted to escape but had been caught by one of the guards who definitely mistook his advances.

That had pushed up some doubts about him but he had steered clear of related actions that'd kindle the flame of the doubts.
