A quick announcement: Starting next month, I will be adjusting the checkpoint system to a weekly schedule. This means that there will be a certain number of extra chapters every week, depending on the total amount of Patreon earnings.
For 50 Dollars: 1 extra chapter every week (8 weekly chapters instead of 7, with an extra 4 chapters per month).
For 150 Dollars: 2 extra chapters every week (9 weekly chapters instead of 7, with an extra 8 chapters per month).
For 300 Dollars: 3 extra chapters every week (10 weekly chapters instead of 7, with an extra 12 chapters per month).
For 500 Dollars: 4 extra chapters every week (11 weekly chapters instead of 7, with an extra 16 chapters per month).
You can still subscribe to different tiers on my Patreon page to read up to 20 advanced chapters ahead. The extra chapters will not affect the 20 chapter gap between this site and my Patreon page.

The next few weeks were quiet. I mean we took the big boss before we reached the end, so although Gato would try something to kill the Bridge Builder and demolish the unfinished Bridge, it was still fine. As far as I remember, only cannon fodders left to kill.
Of course, things were different this time, since I staged it as such. I made a deal with Tsunade before we took the mission. Because unlike Hiruzen, Tsunade wouldn't succumb to Naruto's whims to take a C-Rank mission so early, so why did I stage it? To take the mission so the plot would be the same? Fuck no! Fuck the plot! I destroyed it long ago by only existing, then I pulverized it by killing Sasuke, making Itachi kill Danzo.
I did it so I can have a high-ranking mission in my chart. Like my first mission really. After all, completing higher-level missions were giving us better Merit Points. The said points could be exchanged to learn high-rank Jutsu.
So, I exploited Tsunade's weakness. When Naruto threw a tantrum, I nudged her to not trust her underlings. She was of course furious. After all, who would like to hear that their underlings were slacking off, or they weren't competent enough to notice it?
After using my Speech Skill to the max, I tricked her to accept the bet. If I could prove to her that there was a mission much harder than it was recorded and ANBU screwed up the grading of the missions correctly, my team would be allowed to take it, and the mission would earn Konoha a big amount of money.
How so? Of course through Gato. Konoha wants Gato to attack the bridge. We were all ready to take him down as soon as he attacked, because if he didn't, Konoha couldn't go and take his base down. It would look bad if Konoha ANBU invaded another country and stole the money of the people of Wave Country. But if Gato attacked Konoha Shinobi, as the defender, Konoha could infiltrate and assassinate the threat.
Of course Tsunade, as a good-natured person, decided to use most of the money on Wave Country and let her stand on her feet once again, but Gato was filthy rich. The rest of the money was still enough to earn Konoha a lot. And as the person suggested all of this, my contribution to this mission was massive. No, of course, I wouldn't get any monetary reward, but the merit points alone were satisfying enough.
There were some small risks but even the Team 7 in Anime could handle Zabuza and Haku. Now with me, better Naruto and Hinata over useless Sakura, we could destroy them. And destroy we did.
"How is the training going?" Kakashi asked over his book. He was following Tazuna to the bridge over the weeks while I was following his instructions to train the team. Of course, a Naruto Clone was following him just in case.
"It is going great, Sensei!" I nodded excitedly. "They are learning their Jutsu just fine."
"Great, I trust you don't delay your own training!" He said while looking at me with one eye.
"No, sir. I am learning both Jutsu while teaching them." I smiled sheepishly.
"Great, I shall take my leave once again," Kakashi said as if he was doing us a great favor while he was just being lazy.
Kakashi was a lazy individual after all, and after he saw how I could train the team, he ditched his responsibilities on me and read his perverted books all the time in the name of protecting the bridge.
I wasn't complaining though. No offense, but Kakashi was a shitty teacher. The man was a fine Shinobi, one of the best, but when it came to teaching, he had no idea. Not his fault, no. He was a genius, years ahead of his team. So when he was in a team of his own, he already knew everything his Sensei would teach. So naturally, he missed the learning period.
I, on the other hand, am a great teacher. I know every detail about the anime and saw the teaching method of many different people shown in the show. Other than that, I know Naruto and Hinata better than themselves. I saw their past, present, and future. I know what they can and can't do. I can prepare them for their fated selves.
"Kou, are you sure this will work?" Naruto asked with the rubber balloon in his hand. He already completed the water balloon training.
"Naruto, I promised myself that I wouldn't help you every single time, but I will break this promise once, so listen carefully." I sternly said as his back straightened. "If you can't do it in one sitting, do it in a thousand. And try to look left and right at the same time."
"What is that supposed to mean?" He angrily huffed but I ignored him. He had to learn how to use the brain of his. I wouldn't be there to help him in every stage of his life, after all, I could but I wouldn't.
"Koushin-kun, am I doing it right?" Hinata asked where she was working. I made her start on Gentle Fist and Water Release. She was kind and hated hurting people. So, I made her develop her own Taijutsu that was even softer than Gentle Fist. How? Easy really, adding Water to her fists, she can reduce the damage of the attacks and bound enemies by locking their Tenketsu or just locking them in water prison.
"You are doing great, Hinata. Your Chakra Control is already spectacular. All you have to do is feel the flow. Feel how Chakra is moving inside your body, and try to imitate it without using hand seals similar to how you use Gentle Fist. Hyuga are geniuses when it comes to moving the chakra. You can already use Revolving Heaven, it means you can use your tenketsu to release chakra. Now, when you use the seals, the chakra will move in your body, and when it is near your tenketsu, I want you to release the Water Elemental Chakra to form your Taijutsu with Water Element." I explain slowly.
"Here, let me demonstrate," I said and started to gather Chakra in my hand. In the next second, the chakra started to crack with lightning. It wasn't Chidori, nor any Jutsu of the said element. It was something I came up with, welp, kinda cheated my way to it, but anyway.
[Elemental Body]
This perk cost me 60 Perk Points! 60! It allowed me to change the pure chakra to elemental in/on my body. Kinda similar to Raikage's Lightning Chakra Mode but different. I could do the same with the Fire element as well, but the problem is, I cannot release chakra from my other tenketsu as finessfully as a Hyuuga. After all, I am not a Hyuuga. And I wasn't proficient enough to release enough Chakra to coat my body through releasing from my hands.
But, I still could use a few tricks. For example, like how Raikage did, I could change the nature of my Chakra to enhance my reaction speed. After all, even if I couldn't release it from all my tenketsu, the chakra in my body could be turned as well, unlike Raikage.
I also could release Lightning Elemental Chakra from the sole of my feet to increase my speed. Yes! Lightning Flicker baby! Or Fire Flicker!
"Can you see it?" I asked Hinata. She was looking at my hand with awe. Naruto too appeared by her side and looked at me. My hair was fluttering with the sheer power of my chakra while both of my hands were covered with destructive Lightning Chakra.
The sole of my feet was also cracking. It was loud but fast.
"I am releasing Chakra, and changing it to elemental at the same time. Then…" I said and vanished from where I was standing and appeared in front of Hinata with my fist raised. It was moving like a Lightning Strike moving towards her face. Her pupils constricted to the limit, while panic surfaced on her face.
In a matter of less than a second, her chakra left her body and covered her surroundings. She raised her two hands and started to revolve on her sole. At the same time, my fist clashed with her forming Revolving Heaven and sent both of us flying back. Naruto too, sent flying by her Revolving Heaven.
"I thought you could add Water Element when you are forced to but your instinct still forced you to use Revolving Heaven." I mused as I moved towards them. "We have to work on them."
"Sorry, Koushin-kun." Hinata apologized as she gazed at the ground.
"Don't. It is not your fault." I smiled as I said. "You just have to get comfortable with using it."
"Kou, that was awesome!" Naruto got up from where was blasted off. He looked at me with his eyes shining.
"I will teach you too when you learn Rasengan and increase the Chakra Control," I answered sternly. Despite being able to walk on water, Naruto was still lacking. His control over Chakra was weak. I know Kyubi was influencing his Chakra Coils and preventing him from controlling efficiently, but he has to. He has to find a way around it.
"Aw, man." He whined. "I suck at it."
"That is why you should work over it." I sighed. "Without controlling the flow of Chakra, you cannot form these 'cool' things."
"But you are not helping at all." He pouted. "How can I look right and left at the same time?"
"Would I ask you if I wasn't certain you could?" I asked.
"No, but —"
"No buts. Just think about the Jutsu you can use and their usages." I said with anger as his eyes dilated.
"You mean?" He asked.
"Fucking, finally!"
