I've been searching for you for the past three days......
Journey was shocked to see Asher and vice versa
"Wow hot attendant,I didn't expect to see you here"Oliver said while sharing a knowing look with Benjamin
Journey looked under the table as she didn't want to meet Asher's gaze,All that happened that night came crashing back in her head.
She couldn't hold it anymore and stood up to go to the restroom
Only until she left the table did Asher snap out of his dumbfounded state
"You know my friend??"peppa asked Asher
"Huh!....Yes"
"They have an history together"oliver butted in
"You guys dated???"peppa exclaimed
"No we didn't date ,honestly I don't really know her , I've only met her twice before"Asher replied looking down
"Please excuse me.."Asher said again and stood up
He went to direction journey took.
IN THE TOILET
Journey splashed some water on her face as she bent over the toilet sink
"Why does he have to be here now that have decided not to take revenge anymore"she thought to herself "
"Brace yourself journey you can do this ,act like you don't know him and never cross paths with him again"she said to herself with determination
All those determination soon crumbled as fate didn't want her to have a peaceful life obviously
As soon as she got out of the toilet she met Asher by the door
"Hi"she said awkwardly
'Oh gosh !! Why is he looking for me again' journey thought
Asher on the other side didn't know what to say
"Uhmmmn!!!I've been searching for you for the past three days but I couldn't find you "he said
'Dumb a$s you can't even speak to a lady properly' said his inner mind
"Why???"She asked him
"I.....I.....wanted to apologise for what happened, it was not intention and I promise to take responsibility for you if that's what you want"
'Of course I know it wasn't your intention,did I just hear him say he wants to take responsibility for me'
A spark of hope ignited in journey's mind
"And also my parents wants to meet you,they felt sorry for you after I told them what happened" Asher said
Immediately journey was alarmed
'What if they want to keep my mouth shut by killing me after what happened 'She thought to herself
"Okay I'll meet them "she finally said after reconsidering
"Uhmmn....can ...I get your number so that I can text you the address " he asked
"I know where you house is,you don't need to text me the address ,I came to serve at your party days ago remember??" She said in one breath
'Of course she knows your address bird brain' said his inner mind again
"Huh...that reminds me,I went to the company you work for but the manager there didn't know who you are"he asked
And she answered
"I just did the job that day because I needed money ,I don't work for the company ,I have a friend who works there "
"Oh! ok,I'll see you tomorrow then,I guess??"Asher said and journey nodded
They both went back to sit at the table
When journey sat down ,peppa started bombarding her with questions
"Where do you know each other from??"
"Did you date , his he your ex??"
"Wait are you guys still dating"
"PEPPA!!!" Journey exploded ,Everyone was looking at her weirdly ,she stood up and said
"I'll be going back first,you guys should enjoy yourselves " she said and walked out of the place

On her way home ,she dialled Kim's number
"Are you less busy Kim??"She asked
"Yes ,what's wrong ???" Kim asked her back
"I'm fine,Can you come over ,I need some company" she said
"Sure I'll be there in a jiff".
By the time she got back to her apartment,she met Kimberly waiting for her at the entrance
"Hey"she said to her
"My baby girl,what's wrong??why do you look sad??"Kim asked her
"Lets go inside first"journey replied
She took out her key and they both entered
When they got inside she told Kim to sit down ,she went inside her kitchen and took soft drinks from the fridge for both of them and then she sat beside Kim.
"So what I want to tell you right now,is my deep secret that no one knows about Nash,I feel really bad for not telling you from the beginning but I didn't want to put you in any sort of danger."she started
"I'm an orphan you now that ,well the person that killed my father is still out there and I want seek revenge for my father's death by making his son fall in love with me so I can easily break into their defence"she paused and glanced at Kim to see her reaction before continuing
"That other day I told you to come and do make up for me ,his son came to the bar that day and I wanted to seduce him but it didn't work ,so I went to the welcome party that his parents organised for him and I drugged him unfortunately it backfired and I lost my virginity to him" she ended
"WHAT!!!!!!"Kim screamed
The last sentence obviously shocked her to the core
"You lost your virginity to him" she asked and journey nodded slowly
Tears started brimming in journey's eyes
Kim engulfed her in a warm hug
"Its fine,they at not worth your tears"kim said
"Its not his fault,he wouldn't have r@ped me if I had not drugged him" she said
"Its okay ,you stop this revenge thing,they have caused you enough pain"kim said
"I want to stop Kim,I really want to,I want to live like every other girl but I can't sleep or live fine knowing my father's murderer is still alive and kicking"she explained amidst tears .
After crying for a while,journey finally fell asleep on Kim's lap
Kim carefully laid her on the bed and changed her clothes and then she picked up her phone and called Nash.
30 MINS LATER ...
Nash arrived at journey's apartment
"What's wrong ??where's journey??"He asked almost screaming
"Nothing is wrong,journey is fine" Kim said and Nash heaved a sigh of relief
"I just called you over,she needs someone to be with her but I'm on duty tonight ,that's why I called you "she said
"Oh!ok,Thank Goodness ,don't worry you can leave I'll take care of her"
After Kim left
Nash sat down at the end of journey's bed Asher stared at her sleeping face
"Only if I can take you away from all this troubles and take you somewhere far" he said
He knew if she didn't get her revenge she wouldn't have a peace of mind and all he wanted was for her to be happy
"Seems I'll have to do things my own way as from now on "
He went outside the room and dialled his father's number
"Son ,you decided to call your old man today "his father said
"I need your help with something father " He said
"What's that son???"his father asked him in a serious tone
And he replied "I need to your help to destroy the Bennetts"
"You want me to kill Carter Bennett and his whole family,is that what you were asking me ??" His father inquired
"Yes"he answered in one breath
"Is this because of your love interest??" His father said
"How did you know??"He asked
His father chuckled "I know a lot of things son and trust me when I say that girl is the only person that can destroy Carter Bennetts"
And he hung up
Nash kept thinking about what his father just said

Immediately Asher got home from the hang out,he went straight to his father's study
"Father"he called out
"What is it again???"Carter said frustratingly
"I found her "he said
"The girl??"His father asked
"Yes,and I already invited to come meet you and mother tomorrow "Asher explained
"That's great,now that's how to be a responsible young man "his father said
"I know "Asher replied proudly ,An arrogant smirk dancing on his lips.
"Less I forget Jordan and Graham were looking for you a while ago,you should go see them when you are done here " Carter said
"Okay"Asher replied
He left his father study and entered his room when he remembered he was supposed to go meet his assistants
"I'll just see them tomorrow "he said and took off his clothes to go shower
After taking a shower,he went to sleep
THE NEXT DAY.....
Asher woke up and he went downstairs still in his night wears
"Good morning mom,morning dad"He greeted his mother and his father who was sipping on his coffee
"Where's Jordan and Graham??"he asked rubbing his eyes sleepily
"I don't know,I haven't seen them this morning "His mother replied
He then dragged his feet to the direction of Graham's room
He didn't want to go to Jordan's room ,that fella was one scary human being
He opened the door to Graham's room
""Graham I heard you came looking ...."
