Chapter 14
"Now I will focus in developing myself more. When the time comes I am powerful and rich enough to protect what I have. Having a lot of beautiful and handsome men to accompany me is not bad instead of obsessing to someone who didn't give a damn" Shera said to herself before she fall asleep.
After resting for some time….
"Shera, this is your first day of formal schooling after your training. Are you going to attend to your class?" asked Sheriah while they are eating their breakfast.
Shera and her brother Shiro are ready to go to school.
"Yes mother I already have my rest for this past few days" Shera replied.
Sheriah sigh "I thought you will attend school tomorrow" she said.
"I need to follow rules and not to get excessive attention" Shera replied while smiling warmly at her mother.
After they eat their breakfast, Shera and Shiro go to school together with their driver while their father directly goes in the company.
In school Shera together with Shiro is looking for their classroom.
"See you later sis" Shiro said when he see his classroom.
"Ok see you" Shera replied while waving her hand to his brother.
Her classroom is located at the second floor, second room near the stairs of the building.
When Shera entered the classroom all her classmates are busy chatting with each other when she heard someone called her name.
"Shera sit beside me" said the teenage girl and the teenage boy at the same time.
Shera see Ezrah and Laurence approach her at the same time. Shera look at the two who seems like competing for attention.
"Hey are you seriously attracting my attention" Laurence said to Ezrah proudly.
"What nonsense are you spouting?" asked Ezrah disgustedly. "For your information Shera is my friend and you who are you to her?" she added while her lips twitch with irritation.
"Hey girl, she my boss so we are much closer than you are. I am his loyal subordinate and I earn money for her. You are just a common friend" said Laurence smugly.
Ezrah gets mad to Laurence words "If I remember correctly you are bullying her in the past. So where did you get the guts to tell me that I am just an ordinary friend" Ezrah replied.
"Shera, let's go to my seat I still have one vacant seat beside me" Ezrah said while grabbing Shera's arm and guide her to her seat.
Shera passively followed Ezrah to her seat while leaving Laurence with guilt visible in his face. He still continued to follow the two teenage girls and sit beside Ezrah.
"Hey what are you doing here?" asked Ezrah with disgust on her face.
"What's for your expression? I'm her loyal subordinate so I have to follow her no matter what" Laurence said shamelessly.
Shera smiled at the two who kept arguing beside her. Ever since the two fight during the upcoming assessment ranking last time the two's relationship becomes like this. Fighting over for the smallest things.
Shera just scratch her head while listening to the bickering of the two teenagers.
After ten minutes a middle age woman entered the classroom. The students return to their respective seats.
"Good morning, Class by the way I am your teacher in English for this year. I am Ms. Kathleen Nguyen I am hoping of your cooperation to my subjects for the entire year" said the middle aged woman at the center of the classroom.
Shera looks at her first new teacher and she remember her past life. This teacher is one of those who treats her kindly. After she married in the Voltaire family, they let them finished her high school. The people around her abused and beat her but this teacher treats her kindly. One of her classmate is Lera Sebastian's cousin and subordinate Eliza Mizelli. Eliza always report her to Lera for everything that transpire in school. Which Lera also tells to Zander's family especially his mother and sister. Eliza is seating in front with other socialite.
During break time Ezrah and Laurence brought her in the canteen to eat.
"Guys have you heard, someone from the Voltaire family will transfer here in our school" Ezrah said to Shera and Laurence.
"You mean the top 1 family's child will enter here in our school?" asked Laurence curiously.
"I heard he comes from the branch family" Ezrah replied.
Shera is eating silently while listening to the conversation between the two people in front of her.
In her past life Zander's cousin transferred in their school after one from the opening of classes because he was kick out for beating his classmate to a pulp. Just like Zander, this cousin of him is also attractive and Eliza is one of those who fantasize about him. That is why she always berate her in order to gain positive points on the Voltaire family.
"I think he is also handsome like his well-known cousin Zander" Ezrah said while day dreaming.
Shera choke on the water she is drinking when she heard Ezrah's words.
"Shera are you ok?" asked Ezrah worriedly.
"Yes I'm fine may be someone is missing me" Shera replied while smiling.
"Oh! That's nice to hear and who could be the lucky person" asked Ezrah teasingly.
"Hey shut up, you didn't know anything other than handsome boys" Laurence said.
"Hmmmmp you're just envious because girls don't find you attractive" said Ezrah sarcastically.
Then the two bicker again to each other. Shera didn't know what to think about the two.
The entire day goes by smoothly. Ezrah and Laurence have other things to do so she left alone walking to the gate. But before she could pass one of the classroom she heard voices of people talking. Shera hides herself and listen carefully to the two talking inside the classroom. When she looks at the two she was shocked when she saw Eliza with Lera.
"Lera help me I want Zehir to be mine. I will do anything you asked" said Eliza desperately.
"Really? You will do anything?" asked Lera sarcastically.
"Yes, just help me to make Zehir mine" Eliza replied.
Lera smiled wickedly "I want you to make Shera Maximillian's life a living hell" she said plainly.
Shera was stunned when she heard what she said.
"Shera Maximillian, but sis what did she do to you?" asked Eliza with confusion.
"She dares to covet my man. I want her to know the consequences of asking for someone who didn't belong to her" Lera replied sarcastically.
Shera was stunned with what she heard. She gritted her teeth and closed her fist tightly.
"This is her picture, this ugly woman dares to covet my man. I will never let her live peacefully" Lera said viciously.
"But cousin I didn't see any one who has green hair and has a lot of piercing" said Eliza confusedly.
Shera smiled at herself when she heard Eliza's words. No one knows her real face without heavy makeup, dyed green hair and three piercing in her right ear. There is enough time for her to know her real appearance.
"Make friends with her then drugged her after you drugged her call me. I will prepare a lot of men for her" said Lera viciously.
"But cousin after I did what you've told me don't let them know that I am involved in this" Eliza said with fear.
"Don't worry I won't let you get involved in this. Just follow what I tell you" Lera said seriously.
"Here is the drug, put this in her food or drinks then wait until the drug takes its effect before calling me here. The effect of this drug is one hour before its effect disappear" said Lera while giving Eliza a white paper that contains a powdery drug.
In her past life she was drugged by Eliza and when she woke up she was raped by four men in a hotel room. During that time she felt her body being paralyzed, she didn't have any strength to fight back while the men were doing whatever they want to her. If she remembers correctly that thing will happen tomorrow. After she was raped, her husband Zander also never returned and remained in the US.
She also wasn't aware of what really happens during that time because of bitterness she felt in her heart.
"So this two heartless woman is the reason" Shera said to herself angrily. "I will let this two pay the price of plotting against me" she added.
"Eliza don't tell anyone what I order you to do or else you know what's going to happen" said Lera viciously.
"Don't worry cousin that stupid girl is nothing. Just help me marry Zehir Voltaire" Eliza replied fearfully.
Lera wear her dark shades and left in the exit of the school. They are not aware that the person involved is aware of what they are planning.
When the two disappears from her sight Shera goes out of the place where she hides.
