Gaining Power!

It's been about a month since i've become friends with the X-men group and things have been going quite well honestly, the thing is though, although i had made some money through websites i haven't really made enough money, so i had been using my [Hacking Lv5] which only got to that level thanks to [Technokinesis Lv3] as it basically allows me to be one with the computer, but let me tell you, level 5 skills are insane, like i mean insane, if i had to say i could now easily hack into Tony stark and shield, as i had actually done that and i was able to learn a few things. So yeah, level 5 is OP, and with this skill I had decided I have an idea on how to earn legit money, because I can, and that is by getting a job. Yes I know that's obvious, but I decided I wanted to get a job with shields. Although it sounds stupid because of hydra, but hear me out, so when i was hacking into shield i had discovered the hydra agents that were planted and was able to get some information about hydra agents, along with proof, but there is some stuff i would need to go to the local servers to get more information.

But i want to join shield as a 'IT' guy, and it's actually rather easy as, when i was looking through shield i realised they have various recruitment tests that are anonymous, and you could find randomly, and that's how they would hire some people, so well i found one of these sites, and hacked it and fixed it, and well now i was under some more testing for a company called SPO which is shield protection online which is a subsidiary, where they train more people and eventually decide if they want to let them in on the whole spy organisation.

And now thanks to this I have a solid income, and I'm on a protection list, so it's all good. I don't have to worry about hydra because I'm just an 'Ordinary' IT guy and they aren't interested. Although I've read a lot of fanfics in my old life where people would never do this, well, I can and I will, because now I have free healthcare, and a good salary along with protection services. So to them I'm just a young student who is pretty good at IT and possibly a potential hire for the real deal.

Anyways enough of that, besides from that i have been training in fighting and i did try some martial arts and after i had learned 5 of them to the same level the 5 different martial arts formed the skill [Martial Arts Lv1] which i was able to learn so many martial arts it's not even funny, so yeah i have been doing actual training saving money and getting a job, i also went and hung out with Rouge and Kitty as the whole group and myself haven't hung out yet. Also during this time i was able to see this world's spiderman AKA Peter Parker, and he looks almost exactly like Tom Holland, and well he has a friend called Ned and i can also hang out with MJ from the recent movies, i wonder if there is another mj in this world?

I wasn't able to actually meet him but I did see him during lunch at the cafeteria. I honestly also want to go out there and try and fight the criminals, but I'm kinda nervous not going to lie. Like I don't even have a name for myself yet, I also need to actually make a costume. But for now I'm content with training my powers and Meta Abilities. Jean seems to also joined us of late, when i say us i mean Kitty Rogue and myself, as i'm pretty sure she is interested why she can't read my mind, and honestly it's a good thing for 2 reasons, first well i don't want her to get my secrets and second, if she were to see that she killed My parents, then i'm not sure what would happen, as i'm pretty sure Baldy had sealed her memories, and if i'm not wrong i think she accidently killed her mother? And that her ad didnt want her or something.

Do you know how nice it feels when you realise you don't have to worry about money? And you can just love your life they way you want? It's a really amazing feeling realising I would never have to worry about money again, although this world has countless threats, it just feels good that there is something I don't have to worry about after always worrying about it in my previous life. 

"Looking forward to going to oscorp today?" Kitty asked me excitedly, and well i honestly was as, i didn't realise that some of our grade went to the Baxter building while some of us are going to tour oscorp, and i know exactly what i want to do. "Yeah it should be pretty fun" as i said that she grabs my arm and pulls me and Anna along with her as we enter the building. Not long after we started the tour there were some really cool things, but what really got me excited was, as you could guess, it was the spider exhibit. And it was really cool to feel the strength of the silk the spiders were producing.

When we were finished on this part of the tour, I excused myself and told them I wasn't feeling well, so if they couldn't find me I probably went home. And when they had left, I used my Technomany and played a loop on all the cameras, and deactivated the security systems. From there i went to the spider exhibit and did a bit of tinkering, what i did with the spiders, was i chose one as a base, and used my biokinesis to copy all the traits of the other spiders and place it all onto the one spider, after that i made the spider bite me, from there i isolated the poison before putting everything back where it should be and undoing my enhancements on the spiders and also making the one i picked go back to normal, yes i also enhanced the spider before i mixed the genes, because of course i wanted the best outcome.

I initially didn't want the spider to bite me and wanted to straight up copy the abilities but well that didn't seem to work and I think it's because my biokinesis is too low, so now I will have to deal with being a spider totem I think. Anyways i quickly put everything back to how it was and made my way back to the tour group before saying my farewells as i don't think i could hold the poison back for much longer.

When I got home I ate a ton of food, and drank a lot, and from there I went to my bed, and got undressed, I released the poison and put myself to sleep… The next day I woke up feeling sticky all over, so I went and took a long shower, but as I was turning off the shower the handle broke. "Well damn, i forgot i might break some shit, luckily today is saturday." I very carefully got out of the shower and as I was drying myself and trying not to break the towel, I saw myself in the mirror and damn. "God damn, i didn't look bad before but now, I'm a hunk, no homo tho."

For the rest of the day i spent with eggs in the bathroom, practising not to break anything, Biokenises also helped immensely to help get my strength under control. After the day had ended I had much better control of myself, and I couldn't help myself. That night I went out and did what anyone would do, I went to an abandoned warehouse, and started testing my new powers! I could run stupidly fast, I had super duper strength, like incredible hulk type strength I think at least, or that could be the power that's just coursing through my body. I could climb walls and that was cool, but. "Even with 14 different enhanced mutated spiders, I still don't have organic webbing?? really , damn" anyways i also tested out other abilities and for no surprise at all, i could turn invisible and control my bio electricity receiving [Biokinesis Lv1] from there i could feel i had more but i didn't know what or how to activate it. The next thing I did was test my spider sense which was amazing, like it was practically precognition. I honestly feel like my life is speeding through this process and I'm already this powerful!

On sunday, i just wore some more of my baggy clothes and went out in my invisibility and decided if i come across crime in my neighbourhood i would stop it, and well there was actually quite a bit of crime, so yeah, but it was good to punch someone, but i did think i alamo killed someone, but luckily it just seemed they had a concussion. 'This was actually really good for my stress levels, like damn, who knew it would be so liberating just beating people up?'

The next day was cool and everything was going pretty normally, and i was having a conversation with Anna when kitty snuck up behind her and gave her a fright, and i think out of reflex she jumped and clung to me, but at that moment her skil touched mine and i had received [Absorption Resistance Lv1 Lv2 Lv3] and the skill just kept going up till it reached level 3 and it was amazing to think that her ability was so potent even untrained, but something happen next that shocked both Kitty and myself. "God damn you're hot, maybe we should go on a date hot stuff." she said this before glancing at Kitty and saying "A mighty fine ass, who knew i had a thing for asses." she just blinked before clutching her mouth and locking shocked confused and panicked.

"Wait Anna what was your ability again?" I asked as I had an idea of what happened. She then explained it again before i laughed out loud and it was a belly laugh, i had even a few tears in my eyes. "I think i know what happened to you, foo, it seems that when you touched me, you absorbed parts of myself, which includes my confidence and personality and some of my traits, because i agree, Kitty Definitely has a nice ass, and i'm an ass guy. HAHA "I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. "No offence kitty but i'm sure you know you are hot.'' I said with a wink and my face actually showed behind my hair. Kitty was stumped but just bounced back off of it. "But how come you didn't pass out or even anything!?" Anna asked while she started feeling me up, yes feeling me up as well. I couldn't blame her plus she now has this confidence. "Well, i'm a little special, also i suggest you control your strength" i said this while giving her a can of soda and she accidentally crushed it and looked at it in shock. "So remember when I was feeling ill the other day? Yeah so i was bit by one of those experimentally spiders and i was scared of the poison so i had made a synthesiser of sorts that allowed me to redirect that poison and now i'm practical a super soldier.'' I boasted, as they are my friends and they athletes deserve to know this much.

They were both shocked, but they also knew how smart I was so it wasn't that hard to convince them. "It feels really weird and good being so confident in myself, is that how you always feel?" Anna said rather giddily while clinging to me as she could now after so many years touching another person, I could even see the tears in her eyes. And like I am , I wiped them away while receiving a blush in return. "Okay, enough of this lovely dovey aura, let's go to the arcade and have some fun!" Kitty said before dragging us to said place.
