Anastasia

~Six months later

The first thing I noticed was the cold. My arms wrap around me as I shiver. I look down, noticing my bare feet, then my bare legs. I am wearing my pajama shorts and a green shirt from Jacob's, which I stole a long time ago.

I look around and notice I'm in the forest. The branches and fresh air help soothe me, and I want to embrace my wild side and let my Omega take control.

My brain is two steps ahead of me, ready to transform and take advantage of this rare opportunity.

Before I transform, something catches my eye. Pale limbs bent unnaturally. The sharp, white dress and blonde hair draped on the body make the creature seem luminous in the moonlight. The bruises along the form's face and body make me stop.

The stark contrast of the bruises on the pale skin makes me take a closer look. Her body doesn't look normal, her left arm is hanging weirdly, her back bent slightly to the side and her head angled in an eerie manner.

I notice the similarity, but my eyes don't want to believe it's her. It couldn't be.

"Gisele, how? - are you okay?" I ask, my feet frozen in place, my eyes glistening with tears.

A bloodcurdling scream pierces the air, her arm raising and pointing in my direction.

Her words soon follow. "Why did you do this to me?"

Her feet carry her forward, in an irregular walk, her one leg able to take a step, as the other drags behind her.

I turn around, ready to run as she advances on me, but the hairs on my neck stand up on end.

The growls behind me make me nervous as I fear what is behind me.

I slowly turn around, not wanting to make any sudden movements. The wolf isn't the biggest I've seen, but the color of the fur and eyes are familiar.

I don't want to believe it. But the wolf standing in front of me is Gisele.

I turn my head away, still seeing her bruised human form standing in front of me.

"Gisele, I don't know what's going on, but I didn't mean to hurt you! You know you are one of the few people I love. Why would I ever put you in harm's way?" I lift my hand out in front of me as I speak.

I watch as the wolf menacingly stalks me, sizing me up. The wolf's stares make me feel small. I'm terrified of the wolf and what it would do to my weak Omega. The wolf maintains my focus as I observe it, trying not to let my fear show. She is snarling at me, showcasing her sharp teeth, a low guttural growl piercing the air.

"You did this, you did this, you killed me, Anastasia!" Gisele says, as she gets closer to me.

"No, I didn't kill you. I would never do anything to hurt you," I reply, trying to keep the fear out of my voice. The wolf's sharp canines are on full display as it snarls at me. The wolf's impatience is clear.

"You should've saved me, but you didn't. You let me fall instead, so you could have Jacob to yourself," she snarls and circles me.

Gisele's words sent shivers down my spine.

Her footsteps have stopped and I can hear her twisted breathing behind me. It's a warning. I realize I have run out of time and I know I have to act quick.

I glance toward the forest on my left, knowing it is my best option. So, I do the only thing I can think of. I run towards the trees, hoping the need to weave around trees could help to slow Gisele down. I know it won't do anything for her wolf.

As I run, I feel my body morphing, changing as my limbs become more powerful. My paws hit the ground hard as soon as I pass the tree line. My legs move at a fast pace as I focus on getting away.

I hear the howl behind me, and my heightened senses allow me to hear the footsteps of the wolf as it chases me through the trees.

I don't let the fear stop me. As the footsteps become faster, the crescendo of them hitting the ground repeatedly drives me to run faster. My muscles are burning as I run. The wolf's snarls of frustration at having to chase me can be heard in the distance. But the sound gets closer, as I weave between trees, hoping to throw it off my trail.

The sound of running water fills the air, drowning out the sound of the wolf's threatening noises. I ran towards it.

I see a ravine ahead, and I slowly stop. I spin around, looking for an escape, but the growl behind me lets me know I'm cornered. Both Gisele's are in front of me. The wolf's snarls as it stalks towards me. The human form creeps towards me.

My back paws slip on the ravine rocks as I move backwards. I am not willing to attack Gisele or whatever it is, so without a second thought, I stop fighting and I let my back paws slip over the cliff's edge, taking me with it.

I sit bolt upright in bed, my breath coming out in quick gasps as I try to, but cannot catch my breath. I look around. I feel fear rising as I look at the shadows cast along the walls and try to orientate myself.

I reach for my phone on the bedside, quick to turn the flashlight on and shine it over my surroundings. As the light casts the shadows away, I calm down as my eyes scan the small bedroom. Knowing I am in my cottage helps to settle my racing heart and makes me feel safe from my nightmares.

A small beep brings my eyes down to the phone in my hand. It's a message from Garett, the only Omega in the pack, who will talk to me.

"I can't sleep. Are you awake?" the message reads.

I go into my messages, ready to reply. My thumb hovers over the chat with Garett, but I locked my eyes on the chat underneath, Jacob's one.

Seeing his name makes me feel disgusted with myself. He must hate me for what I've done and how I hurt him. The thought brings Jacob's twelve-year-old face flashing through my mind, making me remember how excited he was on that fateful day and how I took all of that away in a second. The thought causes bile to rise in my mouth as I imagine how much Jacob must hate me. All it does is make me hate myself more.

I tap on Jacob's chat, reading the last message I sent him a few days ago. .

"I'm so sorry, Jacob. Please, just talk to me." He hasn't even read it.

His avoidance of me makes me hate myself even more. I wish that day never happened, not for my sake, but for his. I can deal with the nightmares and the pain of what I have done. But the idea of me hurting Jacob in the way I did makes me hate myself even more than I normally do.

I exit the chat with him, going into Garett's message. Instead of replying, I decided to call him.

"Hey, why are you up?" he says, answering after the second ring.

"I just couldn't sleep," I replied, not wanting him to know about my nightmare. "Why are you up?" I ask in return.

"I just can't sleep. I'm full of energy and I don't know what to do with it," he speaks.

"You could go for a run, or maybe a walk, or you could do something to get your mind to relax," I say.

"Like what?" he asks.

"You could try meditation- think of something calming, or maybe you could rub one out?" I suggest with a smile on my lips when I hear him cough at my unexpected suggestion.

"I tried, there wasn't anything I was in the mood for," he replies, trying to act cool. As if my words didn't shock him.

"I could help you." I say, my mind flashing to Jacob as I think I'm talking to him instead of Garett.

"What- uh- what would you do?" he stutters.

I focus on the images flashing in my mind. I am on my knees in front of Jacob.

I say, "I would suck you off. My tongue licking along the underside of your cock, my mouth moving over the tip and sucking slightly before licking back down the length of your cock."

I slip my hand into my panties. I rub myself as I use my other hand to put the phone on speaker.

"And then?" he asks, his voice breathless as I hear his groans through the phone.

"I would let you take control, your hand in my hair as you guide me to suck you off," I say, picturing Jacob's hand in my hair as he controls my speed. My eyes staring up at him, as he throws his head back in ecstasy.

His hand pulling my hair as he picks up speed, as he fucks my mouth. My eyes water and the feeling of his cock hitting the back of my throat makes me choke.

"I'd use my fingers to fuck myself as I choke on your hard cock," I say. My fingers picking up speed as I picture Jacob staring at me, groaning when he realizes what I am doing.

"Yes, Anastasia! Damn it!" I hear him say, his voice grave and breathy as I continue to suck him off. I move my hand from between my legs to play with his balls. The feeling caused him to groan.

My other hand is now on my breast. Squeezing my nipple, I get lost in my imagination. My eyes close, as I can feel something stirring inside. I can hear Garett's voice in the background. He is saying my name, repeating it as if it were a mantra.

But my brain doesn't focus on him, instead, it is focusing on my orgasm. The feelings of pleasure cause my back to arch as I ride my fingers through it. The idea of Jacob cumming in my mouth and swallowing his essence is the reason my orgasm climaxes so quickly.

I take a few minutes to catch my breath, hearing Garett do the same. That's all it takes for the hate to come flowing back into my body. I feel disgusted. I should not be thinking of Jacob like that, even though he hates me. I should not picture Jacob in my sexual fantasies instead of Garett.

"Goodnight, Garett," I say.

Needing to be alone, I hang up before he replies.
