Of all the worst possible scenarios, the last thing that Lee expected was for Minho to end up in Renjun's hands. Renjun was careless, and rather ruthless with the way he handled his victims. He had a signature way of doing it because most of them were either found as carcasses burnt beyond recognition in oil drums, or with their heads chopped off.

Lee didn't want to even begin to imagine what would happen to him if Minho suffered such a fate.

"I swear to God if you so much as―"

Lee had barely finished what he wanted to say when the line went dead. That was it. Renjun wanted him to know that they had Minho. He had to act fast because Renjun would handle Minho just the same way Jae Hyun had handled Kinn earlier, or worse.
