Kylo was in a daze, though his naturally stoic disposition would make people think he was thinking of some sort of battleplan.

He simply didn't know how to process it.
It was only with Hugo's next words that he was pulled back to the present, "Besides, we won't stay here."

"Both Khalifa and I have our own bases, I have a mountain fort, she has an island. Both should be better prepared than yours."
Kylo's jaw clenched, he hadn't even formulated some battleplan yet and all his advantages had been broken through.
"We will not be staying here. It's best for you to just think of your… relations as a one night stand." He said, acting cool, but he was uttering every word with gritted teeth. "That'll be easier for you."
