Arc 1 - Chapter 17: Wow, Just Wow
Surprisingly, [Vector Control] wasn't that hard to recreate since it was all about calculations, and [Human Magic] is all about calculations. Didn't even take 20 minutes to do so, making Chikao sweatdrop, that he could have obtained such a powerful ability if he had just decided to look at those small fragment memories. But, he just went for one that has more information. Nonetheless, this wasn't an all-powerful ability, because it requires ALL information to make use of it. Therefore, [Vector Control] might be not make into the ultimate shield and deflect everything coming in his way. Since he still hasn't obtained the equation for the [Light Element], so anyone with the power of the [Light Element] can bypass his defensive easily. Among other things, if it outside of his calculations.
Still, Chikao is a bit baffled, that he manages to figure out the near-perfect equation for [Vector Control] and expects it to take longer like with [Chakra]. In fact, Chikao honestly wouldn't be surprised it will take months or so before he could use the [Magic Circle] made for [Vector Control].
In fact, now that Chikao thinks about it. Things are getting easier for him to understand with [Numercial Precision]. But, right now isn't the best time to think about this as he arrived at the front door of the abandoned church.
"So this is the place, huh?" Momoyo looks at the building, then uses [Ki-Sense] to see if there anyone inside and detected a few people. "There are some people inside. I'm betting it's the Stray Exorcists."
"Can you sense the Fallen Angels?" Chikao asks Momoyo while putting the thoughts of using [Vector Control] on the side since he hasn't used it yet and he rather not used an untested [Magic] in live combat.
"Yeah, they're in the basement. I sense 4 in total." Momoyo said to Chikao, then look at Asia. "Remember, make sure not to stray too off from Chikao. You have no means to defend yourself and I would rather have you stay at the house, but that would be kinda stupid of us to leave you alone for too long." Momoyo rather not find out when they return, only to find that Asia is missing and the main culprit would likely be that Devil.
"I understand, Momoyo." Asia smile, then wrap her arms together and place them near her chest and begin her prayer, even if she been kicked out of the church. She loves to pray to God whenever she can.
"I'll fight inside and you support me from the distance." Momoyo look at the building for a few more seconds and came to a decision. "Try to stay out here and help me. I have no idea if I might bring the building down on us by accident or not."
"Will do." Chikao placed down multiple [Magic Circles] to use [17th Period Math Time] at any moment. Along with [Flying Thunder God], but invisible. While drawing out his [Modified Handgun], but left the [Modified Katana] sheathed, and insert a magazine with regular bullets. Which still won't be normal since it still is changed upon being fired by this [Modified Handgun].
Momoyo exhale and kick the doors with enough force to shatter it completely, then she rushes straight inside to deal with all the Stray Exorcists, where all of them are shocked to see Momoyo and before they realized what's going on. They were blown to pieces, literally as Momoyo punched with enough force to cause a pressurized air cannon straight at them with her punch been enhanced with [Ki] and even caused the back wall of the church to collapse under pressure as well, making a big hole in the back of the building.
"Knew it." Chikao expected Momoyo to one-shot those Stray Exorcists and just shoot down the lucky one that was far away enough to not catch up in the blast. Sadly, they weren't lucky enough to survive tonight as Chikao puts them down without any mercy.
"Do-Do we really have to kill everyone?" Asia asks in a small voice and looking very pale with all the deaths happen before her eyes.
"We're technically doing the public a favor by killing them, since if I know about Stray Exorcists correctly. They'll go out of their way to kill anyone, even if they are innocent by summoning a Devil by accident or whatever. In fact, they would even kill for any reason, just for the sake of killing." Chikao said to Asia. Plus, he has partnered up with someone like Freed, who was nearly reaching his canon's insanity and had reached by then before Chikao had to call it quits, then leave town.
"I see." Asia looks down, sad that lives are taken and she didn't know how to feel about this. So, the only thing she could do is pray for these people's journeys to the afterlife.
"Okay, I'm heading to the basement-never mind." Momoyo was about to do as she says before detecting the [Ki] down below quickly rushing above ground. Then, from the back of the altar, 4 Fallen Angels appear just near to the ceiling, floating in midair with their wings out. Each of them only has a pair of wings, showing that they are at the lowest rank of being a Fallen Angel.
Before any of the 4 Fallen Angels could even say a single word. Momoyo smashes two to their deaths with a fist to their heads, with one fist per head while the other two had their heads shot by Chikao and their body collapse into ashes.
"We are way beyond these Fallen Angels' level." Chikao looks at this in disbelief, for he expected at least one of the Fallen Angels to be able to dodge either his shots or Momoyo; well, he honestly would be more surprised if they manage to dodge Momoyo's fist while it's more believable by avoiding a bullet instead.
"Well, of course, we're beyond these Fallen Angels' levels. They only have a single pair of wings. At 5 pairs or more wings would make us take a bit more serious approach." Momoyo look offended a bit, for being treated on the same level as these Fallen Angels. Though, Momoyo knows Chikao wasn't talking about her and guess he was talking about himself going by the look of surprise on his face.
"I guess. This is the first time I've faced a Fallen Angel." Chikao said truthfully. "Well, I don't know if it's really a real fight when we just outright attack them when one of them was about to say something." Chikao noticed one of the Fallen Angels had open their mouth to say something. Maybe demanding who they are and how dare some random humans would dare challenge them. Something on that line. "I guess we can just go back home now."
"Yup. I get to punch some Fallen Angels, so I'm good." Momoyo happily moves over to hug Chikao's left arm after rubbing the top of Asia's head, causing the said girl to smile subconsciously of having her head pat.
An hour later*
Upon returning to the haunted house. After sending Asia off to her own room to sleep since it's late at night; however, neither Chikao nor Momoyo slept, not even having sex. Because there is one person with them in the living room. Appear after Asia went upstairs.
"I must say, Chikao. It was kinda unexpected for you to leave town without saying anything, not even a goodbye." Nyx smile at Chikao, who put on a blank face while Momoyo just smiles in return, but anyone could tell it was a smile filled with the urge for a good fight.
Chikao continues to mentally curse on how his [Numeromancy] being so useless right now, but can't really blame it due to Momoyo's presence. Plus, Chikao has already expected Nyx to show up at some point. Chikao just didn't think Nyx would show up so soon and on the second night back in Kuoh Town.
"And why would I need to say goodbye to you? Plus, you were gone at the time and I really couldn't just go to where I last saw you, and ask for you." Chikao said in a monotone. Thinking about many ways of dealing with Nyx, for [Numeromancy] is not an option right now. So back to the old method of thinking out his plans carefully while randomly thinking of anything is possible of happening.
"True, but I'm surprised to see you with the Goddess of Battle here." Nyx's smile became cold as she looks directly at Chikao's eyes.
"I thought you're human." Chikao looks at Momoyo in shock.
"I am human. People just call me that, after a while." Momoyo didn't deny her title as the Goddess of Battle.
"Yes. A human for now." Nyx's smile widen. "After all, it's very rare these days, where a human is close to ascending into godhood. If what I can tell is right, then she just a step away from reaching godhood." Nyx seriously did not expect Chikao to gain a powerful ally. Especially the Goddess of Battle, with no factions, not even the Shinto Faction has any say about Momoyo being under their faction. Making Momoyo one of those very few rare powerful beings without the need of joining any factions for protection.
"Seriously?!" Chikao is now even more shocked, to learn that Momoyo is close to becoming an actual Goddess, and what's more shocking is to see the surprised look on Momoyo's face. Showing that she didn't know she was that close to godhood either.
"Back to the topic at hand." Nyx claps her hands, to get their attention. "I would like to say one thing, to one Goddess to another, even if you're not one yet. I've already claimed Chikao here to be mine. And I did not like it when another come out of nowhere to claim what's rightly mine." Nyx slowly releases her [Divine Aura] and cause heavy pressure in the area, but neither Chikao nor Momoyo seems to feel it; well, more like Nyx was trying more to pressure Momoyo down more than trying to show how 'annoy' she is at Chikao for leaving her for another Goddess.
Chikao snap his fingers, dispelling the [Divine Aura] Nyx is releasing and secretly shock to understand all the numbers, formulas, even the equations around Nyx. Something he shouldn't have been possible without ending up with major headaches and being injured from looking at Nyx too long with [Numerical Precision]. Yet, here he is being able to and no problem whatsoever and used [17th Period Math Time] to dispel Nyx's [Divine Aura].
"Well, now. This is interesting." Nyx looks at Chikao with wide eyes. "It hasn't been that long since I last saw you and you've made so much progress in your [Magic]." Nyx starts smiling widely. "Now, I was right to want you for myself."
"Back off. He's mine." Momoyo stands in front of Chikao, and now glaring at Nyx, for thinking she could take Chikao, who she sees as a man that has defeated her and gave her firsts to.
"Oh, don't be like that." Nyx didn't put Momoyo in her eyes, even if she just a step away from godhood, even if Momoyo became a true Goddess of Battle. She still will be a lesser-known Goddess compare to the other major Gods. "Besides, I met him first."
"And we had sex first, so I have a bigger claim over Chikao." Momoyo thinking about if she uses her own family's martial arts or uses the [Root Martial Art of Raging Flame Eruption] instead. Both would cause damage to the house either way but one cause bigger damage than the other.
"True. I even watched it last night. I must say, I've missed out big time." Nyx smile at Chikao, who looks very awkward upon finding out that Nyx was watching from the shadow while he had sex with Momoyo.
Even Momoyo herself is put off by this reveals. "You were watching us?!"
"Oh, honey. Of course, I was. After all, I have placed this building under my territory, that even those little Devils that watch over this town have no say in it." Nyx giggles a little. "Now, be a dear and go take that little nun and leave. Chikao and I have some unfinished business, private business, to take care of." Nyx paused for a moment to see the clueless look on Chikao's face. "We're going to have sex, Chikao."
"Like hell you are!" Momoyo releases her [Ki], causing the wooden floor to crack and a wave of heat appears, causing Nyx to look at Momoyo with shock.
Chikao snap his finger, to dispel the heatwave. "Careful, I rather not have the house collapse on us and Asia is asleep upstairs." He beginning to wonder if he should have pushed Momoyo and Asia into leaving Kuoh Town after dealing with those Fallen Angels and Stray Exorcists.
"You're getting interesting by the second, Chikao. I knew I was right about you being someone very special." Nyx look at Chikao, eager to take him right there and then. "Now, how about you come along with me so I can show much I value you."
"And like I said before, the hell you are! He has already agreed to be in a relationship with me and don't even think of using your powers to manipulate Chikao to fall for you, because the moment you do, I'll do my absolute best to show the world I can even take on the Primordial Goddess too." Momoyo is close to throwing cautious out the window and uses all her strength to kill Nyx.
"Hmm. I think I have a better idea of how for us to solve this problem." Nyx rather not face Momoyo, because after feeling that heatwave, which contains a hint of ancient [Divine Aura]. Nyx became extremely cautious with Momoyo and wonder what did Momoyo learn or obtained to make it so she can produce such heatwave, that many other Gods and Goddesses with the domain over the [Fire Element] wouldn't be able to match it.
"To let Chikao decide who to be with?" Momoyo asks Nyx, still ready for a big fight with the Primordial Goddess of the Night.
"Kinda." Nyx isn't going to like this, but this is something she could think that would allow her to take Chikao from Momoyo. "The bet is whoever can make Chikao here orgasm the most by sunrise, win." Yup, have a sex battle, something many other Gods and Goddesses would do in their own territory when they didn't want to lower their numbers by battling to the death and for those that don't have any domain-related to combat in some way. Of course, there are many other methods to use instead of sex, but many Gods would rather have a sex battle really.
"I feel like I blank out for a few seconds. What did you say?" Chikao digs into his right ear, trying to get rid of the earwax before paying more attention to hear Nyx repeat her words from before.
"Momoyo and I will have our way with you and do our best to make you orgasm multiple times the most, to decide which one of us win the bet. Plus, this is a win-win for you, who gets to have sex with two hot girls at the same time." Nyx had a few men in the past, but they didn't last that long nor did she feel like keeping them. Even then, most of them are just a one-night stand before she kills them off after finding out how they tried to brag about it. Yeah, she isn't going to let anyone brag about having sex with her.
"Why would I agree to this-"
"I agree, Chikao is man enough to take both of us on and I will show you, that the time Chikao and I spent together will show that I'll win this bet." Momoyo didn't back off from this battle, even if it wasn't a battle she had done before and hopefully never with anyone else after this. Especially with any other male, but Chikao.
"Do I even get a say in this?" Chikao starting to wonder what is going on with Momoyo's head, for her to agree with this. Not that he didn't mind having a threesome with Momoyo and Nyx, but damn, this wasn't something he would think would happen and pause for a moment to bring up his status window right away.

Chikao finally found out why this whole ordeal happens. His [Fortune] ability must have activated.
What. The. Fuck.
This is too lucky! Chikao tries not to show it on his face, but he wonders if this lucky moment is the result of just having a low rank of [Fortune]. He is now curious about what higher ranks would happen.
However, Chikao thinks that this isn't the best time for a level up, so Chikao close the status window down and finally pay attention to his surroundings again. Only to blink a couple of times, for both Momoyo and Nyx have already stripped of their clothes. Showing off their naked bodies before him and kneeling in front of him, with Momoyo already reaching to unzip his zipper.
This is going to be a long night.
