Yandere. A person whose love, admiration, and devotion for others reaches the level of extreme possessiveness.

Koyori Nakamura is an example of that, where she would not let any female besides Coach Mei become close with Hayate.

Of course, if that girl/woman has a negative desire for him, she usually uses a violent yet tame method to make them suffer. Koyori isn't a physically strong girl, so unlike Coach Mei, her bright mind is her most splendid resource.

'It was too late.' Hayate thought while staring at Xia Qingyue.

Xia Qingyue's demeanor changed abruptly, and her usual calmness with a slight innocence has faded, replaced with a stony yet aloof expression.

Since Hayate couldn't reverse Xia Qingyue's yandere, he could at least tame her.

He slowly reached over Xia Qingyue's head and patted her gently, making her melt into his touch. "Big Brother~." She whispered while hugging him.

Xia Qingyue raised her head and asked, "Do you love Qingyue?"

"I'm a good girl, so you must like me, right?"

"Yes," Hayate gently answered, to which Xia Qingyue responded with a bright smile.

"Hehe..." Xia Qingyue giggled, but when Hayate left his gaze off her for a second, her eyes immediately became cold.

Hayate gazed at Hong Guan solemnly, but the red-headed secretary only lifted her shoulders.

"Qingyue, you should listen to me from now on." He looked back at Xia Qingyue and saw her sweet smile. "First, you shouldn't injure anyone close to me in any way possible."

"Or, I'll be mad at you."

Xia Qingyue nodded and answered, "Okay."

"I won't injure them."

Hayate sighed and continued, "Second, I'm sorry for not telling you about Chu Yueli."

"..." Xia Qingyue's lips shivered a little.

She mustered a calmness and replied, "Sure."

"Big brother, it's not your fault that my teacher is such a pervert."

"A liar who got swallowed by her pleasure."

Chu Yueli lowered her head in shame, but Xia Qingyue's harsh comment did make her feel guilty and aroused.

After an enjoyable lunch with everyone, Chu Yueli and Xia Qingyue said goodbye to Hayate and went to the Frozen Cloud Asgard.

Hayate and Hong Guan stayed in the pavilion and stared at each other calmly. They haven't spoken any words for five minutes.

He sipped a glass of water and asked quietly, "Why did you do that?"

"Do what?" Hong Guan returned with a confused tone.

"I only helped Qingyue to become more honest, you know?"

"She has always been like that for two years."

"You might not notice it, but when you were close with a girl/woman, she would stare at them with a cold gaze."

Hong Guan shook her head and continued, "You can rest assured, young master."

"I'm doing all the dirty work for you. That's why you can enjoy your time peacefully without a problem."

"Xia Qingyue, Chu Yueli, and Princess Cang Yue... I make them close to you."

"All of them have their benefits for you."

"You want to conquer this world, no?"

Hong Guan rested her head on Hayate's shoulder and mumbled, "I'll try my best to cover everything from the shadow, even if it was making me suffer."

She giggled and said, "Yet, you were there to save me."

Hayate sighed again and replied, "Fine, we are not innocent..."

"Very well~." Hong Guan kissed Hayate's lips.

Hayate sat in his room and silently stared at Jasmine with a calm expression.

"Let's reintroduce ourselves first." He said, to which Jasmine responded with a nod.

Jasmine crossed her arm and said, "I'm Jasmine."

"I'm Hayate," Hayate replied immediately, leaving an awkwardness between them.

"I assumed you were from the Divine Realm?" Hayate opened his mouth.

Jasmine was surprised and commented, "Oh, you know about the Divine Realm?'

Hayate waved his hand and replied wryly, "Only the surfaces. Since you have seen Xia Qingyue, I'll divulge that her mother is from the divine realm."

"Qingyue possesses Nine Profound Exquisite Body and Heart of Glazed Snow Glass."

"From what I've known, a person can only gain such a constitution if you were lucky or your mother is a woman with Divine..."

"Divine Stainless Body..." Jasmine's expression becomes solemn.

Hayate smirked and said, "Now the question is, do you know anyone with a Divine Stainless Body?"

Jasmine frowned and replied, "No."

"I admitted you are a talented and wise guy, but this princess doesn't know everyone from the Divine Realm."

"Not to mention your current strength is barely enough to know about such information." She sneered, which made Hayate chuckle for a moment.

"Heh, at least you aren't denying that you were from there," He casually commented, causing Jasmine to realize she had fallen into his trickery.

"H-How dare you to trick this princess..." Jasmine's astral body trembled slightly.

Hayate flicked her forehead and continued, "Well, I won't ask anything anymore."

"Let's talk about the poison that invades your body."

The Absolute God Slaying Poison is the venom that invaded Jasmine. It is so toxic that it affects the soul and the area around the poisoned person.

"Of course," Hayate tilted his head with a blatant expression. "How could I let someone live freely inside my inner world?"

"Don't be surprised, but I'm not a saint."

"Fine." Jasmine's mouth twitched by Hayate's irritating statement.

Hayate placed a contract and wrote several conditions Jasmine had to fulfill.

As he passed the paper to Jasmine, she read the contract with a weird expression.

"First, I shouldn't tell anyone about your inner world and ability."

"Second, I should tell you information about the Divine Realm."

"Third, I can't hurt you in any way possible."

"Fourth, I have to be a good girl..."

"Fifth, let's be good (business)partners for each other."

"If I agree with all terms, you will try your best to help me."

Jasmine slammed the contract on the floor and yelled, "IS THIS A JOKE?!"

"No." Hayate shrugged his shoulders.

"It's genuine terms and conditions."

"Of course, it's up to you to agree or not."

"No pressure at all."

"Just hope there is another Sky Poison Pearl out there." He remarked with a smirk.

'What a liar...' Jasmine couldn't believe she wasted Evil God's blood for this guy.

She wondered for a moment because there wasn't a condition where she was at a disadvantage. However, the "be a good partner." part made her blood boil for some reason.

"Six years... No, Five years should be enough." She murmured to herself.

"Hmm?" Hayate stared at her with a confused expression.

Jasmine raised one of her palms and stated, "Five years. This contract will only be valid for five years!"

"After that, we won't have any connection with each other."

Hayate nodded in agreement and replied, "Okay."

A blinding light suddenly burst out of the contract and covered them with a strange sensation.

"Wait, what are these lights?" Jasmine tried to move her body from the light.

"It's a soul pact," Hayate answered while showing a bracelet in his left hand.

He had created an item where two people will be tangled with each other by a soul pact. Of course, it wasn't easy because Hayate had to research everything about soul profound arts.

This profound art is rare because there wasn't much spiritual force cultivator here. Hayate only created one soul contract so far, which he had used with Jasmine.

"Don't worry, the contract also applied to me, so I've to try my best to help you," Hayate stated while shaking his head.

"Princess Jasmine."

Hayate offered his hand to her, to which Jasmine responded with a complicated yet angered expression.

"I don't know how you make me fall into such an obvious trap." Jasmine sighed while reaching Hayate's hand.

"Regardless, I'll be in your care from now on."

As they shook each other's hands, Hayate gave Jasmine a gentle pat on her head.

"Don't pat me!" Jasmine immediately roared like a cute kitten.

Hayate chuckled again and taunted, "Hehe, blame yourself for being adorable and easy to tease."

"I hope we can benefit each other for five years."
