Please check out my WSA 2022 Novel (Titan Rising Online: World Breaker ) A winner in the first Webnovel Writing Contest PS: The earlier 3 to 4 dozen chapters are a little choppy, inconsistent and filled with grammatical errors. But that's because I was still learning how to write(I still am) then. But please do stick around longer, it gets better. Check out my other novels. The Sealing Array (V): Breaking The Final Enchantment, Skeletons!

In the end I still chose go first, moving slowly and picking my steps as I walked into the hallway. Unlike the other tunnels, the hallway after the enchantment was made of concrete, and there were steel beams lining the walls as some sort of support.

The second enchantment was almost a hundred meters away, and the sheer distance of that one from the first, made me suspect that this hallway was probably lined with traps. So without a doubt, caution was advised.

I used soul sight again, and what I saw almost scared the crap out of me: because underneath the ground, within the walls and the ceiling, I could see spikes with serrated edges, and each of those edges seemed to be coated with silver.

Sure this place seems to be booby trapped against intruders of the vampiric nature, but any other person would also be skewered and sliced apart by those spikes. This was not a pretty sight, not one bit.
