Married now

I received compliments from each and every person even my mother was looking with admiring eyes,.... well not towards me but towards her son-in-law. No doubt she liked the way he managed to surprise me and arrange all these things.

It was just a matter of time that we both were standing in front of the officials of marriage registration.

I have tightly sealed my lips from smiling because the way that marriage officer was looking towards Sam again and again was so funny. He was continuously scratching his head and adjusting his big glasses again and again and the most hilarious one was when he just pinched himself to make sure if he is not dreaming.

"Your highness! here is your marriage book. May I request you to please sign here." Both me and Sam rolled our eyes simultaneously, put our signatures, collected our marriage certificate and then turned around just to burst into laughter.

We both were laughing so hard while clutching out stomach.

"Oh God that was funny" He said

"Have you seen his face? He looked so frightened as if he has seen a ghost, not a prince." I replied while wiping my tears that came out because of laughter.

"Well anyone in his situation will ought to act like this you know?" he wiggled his brows by saying that.

I furrowed my brows to show that I quiet didn't understand him.

"Well being the prince I am not allowed to marry like this you know, there are certain rituals that need to be followed properly and certain vows that need to be shared in presence of holy book."

I listened carefully and after a long pause he continued,"Moreover that old fellow will definitely have to face my father's anger for allowing us to get married without his permission."

My eyes went wide open by hearing the second part of his explanation.

"Why the hell you did something like that if you know that this is coming?"

"Don't worry he is getting retirement tomorrow. Most probably, the great king will not be able to find him." he said with a wink, "Even if they found him, he is so corrupt that he needs to get punished." there was a sly smile on his face.

where as I just found myself staring at him without knowing what to say to him.

My mom, Ruby and Joe were waiting for us outside. Ruby hugged me tightly and then they congratulated both of us. My mother gave her blessings to both of us with tears in her eyes. Everything seems so dreamy. It was like I am living in my dreamy world, I don't even remember how many times, I have thought about this moment, but this is no dream, it's real, now we both are together and no one... no one in the whole world can do us a part.

I will not lie by saying that I am the happiest person in the world because I am aware of the things that I need to face because of this marriage but Sam being by my side I am ready to face any danger in the world
