"But why do you need life essence?" asked Noah in a puzzled manner

"For my evolution " said Sophia revealing her intentions as to why she asked for life essence and more than that accepted this quest.

"Woah, that's some new news so does you or all angels require life essence for evolution ?" Noah asked seemingly curious about their evolution

"Only after Four wings does angels require life essence , though we get that through fulfilling System's quest and in wars" Sophia said to which Noah replied "Hmm , let me guess the quantity and quality you get must be the problem isn't it?" guessed Noah as to why she is interested in Kronos life essence

"Yes, it take so much time that there are only four angels who have reached that plane of sixteen wings they are called Archangels" said Sophia revealing how tough it is to get life essence

"Then wouldn't I also need it? " asked Noah finally understanding the importance of life essence.

"Depends on your race" said Sophia and further added "Each race has unique way of improving themselves , some are born strong but takes long amount of time and resources to reach the apex and some are born weak but with infinite potential and then their are blessings associated with each race also.."

"Dammit! again new words , I am already forgetting things and you keep adding new things to the plot" said Noah ("or did he? ^-^ -Author")

"Well its for your own good if you don't want to know I can skip it!" said Sophia in irritated tone as she was trying her best to help him ,

Seemingly understanding her words and meaning behind them Noah replied "Oh! sorry for that please keep talking my beautiful bir.." , "Say that and this time I will seriously kill you" said Sophia with a threating look on her face while rending light and creating a ball of light on her fingers.

Noah who didn't wanted to get showered in light swiftly changed the topic and said "So , if I accept this deal you will evolve into something like a main boss of a game?" said Noah trying to lighten up the mood

Sophia who was tired of arguing with him said "Yeah , but that positions comes with many restriction" , "Like?" , "I won't be able to help you in anything that isn't involving beings of SSS or above classes " answered Sophia with a serious look on her face.

Noah thought about it for a while and after coming to a conclusion said "It's alright I guess if I won't be able to solve such problems then what type of investment will I be?" Noah said as their was no other option.

"So, how much do you want?" asked Noah to which Sophia replied "5%"

"Huh? with 5% you will be close to being a last boss of the game? no doubt you had such a reaction when I spent 30% on creating "Pearl"" said Noah and then added "Pearl transfer 5% of life essence to her after we finish our deal"

"Cautious as ever huh, " said Sophia but was inside relieved that he was not that naive to trust her so fast .

"Well that's the only way weak can survive you know" said Noah as he clearly understood his position in food chain and then added "Though I am curious what stage you will reach after evolution?"

"Well that's good that you have realistic view of the world and as for the level I will reach the beginning of Z rank , I wouldn't be as strong as other Archangels but yeah I would be quite the force to be reckoned with" said Sophia with a smile on her face.

"hmm that's understandable , so how do we seal this deal?" asked Noah as he didn't know how he was supposed to seal the deal.

"Oh for that we can use a contract I do have some transcend grade scrolls in my inventory" said Sophia to which Noah replied "Ang-e-l" with some veins popping on his head

"Huh what happened? " asked Sophia due to his weird behaviour , and after a moment of silence realized "Oh! items are graded in order of -> Normal , Rare , Transcendent , Mythical. Though like rank , skills they also have upper , middle and lower ranks like Normal(+) , Normal, Normal(-) " explained Sophia

"Oi! aren't you telling me this upper medium and lower rank thing now aren't you" said Noah anger visibly spreading over his face and to add oil over that anger , Sophia replied "Huh? I thought I told you may be I forgot about it" , "Hey! don't maybe me you damn birdie!!"

("Again got smacked even though this time it wasn't his mistake")

"Don't worry angel once I become stronger then I promise I will return all this smacks with interest" thought Noah as he was too scared to get another beating from Sophia

"So, should we start the process" said Sophia shrugging the matter,

to which Noah said "Yeah let's get this thing get done I have to choose my species and skills too"
