A mythical beast (1)

The sound was mesmerizing but it also sounded like a plea. The sound was crying for her help. She was startled. But judging from the sound she could tell it was one of the mythical beast or a extremely rare beast. It was rare to find such beast who had a conscience of its own in this lowly region.

She wanted to go inside and search the source of the sound as it would be very beneficial for her if she managed to tame the beast. Even though she was stuck inside this puny body, with her years of battle experience she could easily kill anyone as long as she wants to.

But the condition was different this time, she could barely lift her finger due to her injuries, forget about fighting a beast that too a mythical beast. Also she did not want to kill it but to tame it.

The only problem now is that the sound contains some mystical power that she was completely unable to dispel .She was so much attracted to the sound. She could feel that she was loosing her conscience. It seemed like the beast was slowly taking control of her mind. She was so suprised that in a lowly place like this there was a beast that had the abiity to control her mind.

She had to bite her tongue to gain her conscience. She then contacted Blacky to tell her to come back this instant without delay. But she also clearly knew that she needed herbs to heal herself and even if Blacky was here, to build a contract with the beast she needs to use her mental energy which was limitless in her case. She could only wait for Blacky to bring the medical herbs so that she could use the herbs to heal her injury and regain her powers. She again started to urge Blacky to find the herbs fast by using her mental energy. Both of them could clearly talk with each other even if they are located in the two ends of the world.

As soon as Blacky got the message, she increased her speed to find the medicinal herbs. While looking at the herbs, she was completely disappointed. If this was the time where her mistress was at the peak of the powers she would not even look at the high grade herbs much less this low grade herbs.

She had searched the entire mountain but she couldn't even find a single high grade herbs. She only found the low grade herbs and luckily one middle grade herb.

Even if someone had beaten her to death, she would never imagine that there will be a day when she will be the person looking for this low grade herbs.

Blacky quickly threw this thoughts at the back of her head and went to the cave where the girl was located afte locating all the herbs.But to her surprise she could not find the cave at all. She flew and searched the whole mountain thrice but she couldn't find the cave. She was so afraid that her heart nearly flew out of her chest. When she thought about the devil, her legs turned jelly. If he found out that she completely lost her mistress, he would make her life worse than death. She could defy the heavens and the hell at the same time and then stroll in the garden comfortably but defying the two figures only meant a life thousand times worse than death.

Then the girl's voice echoed in her brain to again urge her to find the herbs fast. Then she truly felt like an idiot. Since she was the girl's soul beast , she can easily contact her but she was so afraid that she forgot.

For a moment she had truly suspected that there was something in the air that would turn a highly intellectual, skilled and intelligent person like herself into an idiot.
