See? My MC is around, he just...needs to wait a bit longer. Because explaining things is hard, especially with Gojo.

As Yaga turned to leave the room, Yuji began to relax, thinking the ordeal was over. He opened his mouth to reintroduce himself properly when, suddenly, the small cursed doll from earlier sprang back to life, its limbs jerking with a renewed energy. Yaga had forgotten to deactivate his incantation, and now the doll was back with a vengeance.
Before Yuji could react, the doll leaped at him, aiming a swift kick at his shin. "Ouch!" Yuji yelped, hopping back and clutching his leg. The doll didn't stop there, launching a flurry of tiny, painful strikes at Yuji, who frantically tried to defend himself. "Hey, Principal Yaga, I think you forgot something!" Yuji called out, trying to catch the doll as it darted around him like an annoying mosquito.
Yaga, already halfway out the door, turned around with a start. "Ah, I forgot to shut it off," he muttered, clearly a bit embarrassed. With a wave of his hand and a brief incantation, the cursed energy dissipated, and the doll collapsed once more, lifeless in a heap on the floor.
"Sorry about that," Yaga said, though his tone was more matter-of-fact than apologetic. "You'll need to stay on your toes around here. Curses can strike at any moment, and you need to be ready."
Yuji rubbed his shin, grimacing slightly. "Yeah, I'm starting to get that..."
After the unexpected second round of attacks, Yaga escorted Yuji to his dorm. The room was modest, with a simple bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, but it was more than enough for Yuji. As he looked around, trying to take in his new surroundings, Gojo sensei suddenly appeared in the doorway, his presence as casual as ever.
"Well, Itadori, this is it," Gojo said, leaning against the doorframe with a playful grin. "Your new home away from home. How do you like it?"
Yuji turned to face his teacher, still processing everything that had happened. "It's... nice, I guess. A little plain, but I'm not complaining."
Gojo chuckled. "Don't get too comfortable just yet. I've got a question for you." He stepped further into the room, his tone shifting to something more serious. "Do you want to stay behind while the other shamans do the fighting? You know, play it safe and leave the dangerous stuff to the pros?"
Yuji's eyes widened in surprise. He hadn't expected this question, especially after all he'd been through. But before he could answer, Gojo's grin returned, and he added, "Just kidding. That was never an option."
Yuji blinked, taken aback by Gojo's sudden shift in tone. "Wait, what?"
"See, Yuji," Gojo continued, "your new body isn't just tough—it's special. It can track Sukuna's fingers like a radar. Wherever those cursed objects are, you'll be able to sense them. That means you're not just going to sit on the sidelines. You're going to be right in the thick of things, helping us find and collect all twenty of Sukuna's fingers."
Yuji nodded slowly, understanding the gravity of his new role. There would be no backing out, no playing it safe. He was in this for the long haul, and there was no turning back. "I get it," he said, determination flickering in his eyes. "I'm ready."
Gojo smiled, clearly pleased with Yuji's response. "Good to hear. You've got potential, Yuji. Don't waste it."
As Gojo prepared to leave, Megumi's voice echoed from the room next door. "You've got to be kidding me! Why do I have to share a dorm with him?" Megumi's irritation was palpable, his tone dripping with exasperation.
Gojo peeked back into Yuji's room, clearly amused. "Sounds like Fushiguro isn't too thrilled about the arrangements."
Yuji chuckled awkwardly. "Uh, is he mad at me?"
"Don't worry about it," Gojo waved off Megumi's complaints with a carefree gesture. "Fushiguro just likes to grumble. He'll get used to it."
Gojo then called out to Megumi. "Hey, cheer up, Fushiguro! We've got something to look forward to tomorrow."
Megumi appeared in Yuji's doorway, still looking less than pleased. "What now, Sensei?"
Gojo's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Tomorrow, we're going to meet the third first-year student: Nobara Kugisaki."
Megumi sighed, rubbing his temples as if he already had a headache. "Another one? Great..."
Yuji, on the other hand, felt a spark of curiosity. "Nobara Kugisaki? What's she like?"
Gojo just grinned, his expression full of mystery. "You'll see soon enough. Let's just say, she's... unique. Get some rest, both of you. Tomorrow's going to be interesting."
As Gojo left, Yuji and Megumi exchanged glances. Despite Megumi's grumbling, there was a sense of anticipation in the air. This was just the beginning of their journey, and Yuji felt a mixture of nerves and excitement bubbling up inside him.
"Tomorrow's going to be epic!"
"SHUT UP!"
...
Night, JJK Technical Highschool
Yuji Itadori was sleeping as he usually does, though the faint expressions on his face, showed something was amiss.
"So, mind running that by me again?" In a school-like environment, Yuji was sitting in class, as a very similar person to him, was explaining cursed energy once again. "Jeez, you're dumb, anyways, Cursed Energy is all the negative things and thoughts you can think of, use that as a crutch to get the hang of it, okay?"
"Like that time I vomited on ice cream-"
"No, like the time you broke your bike by kicking it too hard."
"Oooooh...Nope, still doesn't work."
With a sigh, class started once again.

[Auther: See? He was here.
1. Once Yuji gets the hang of it, it'll never be a problem again.
2. Megumi Fushiguro...it does sound female.]
