Friday Night Lights Of Hell

Lily was with her friends, in the crowded hallways of the school.

"I'm so excited for the game tonight! I wonder who's gonna win!" Lily said with excitement in her voice.

"Who knows. Both are great teams. I just wanna see my Jackson perform well." Elena said.

"Well…you know he got his ass kicked by the Joey kid." Another girl said with laughter.

Elena rolled her eyes and marched down the hall. Joey didn't beat him…Jackson was just a little sick that day. She said.

Lily looked at the clock and saw it was 2pm. "Only eighteen minutes left. Then we get to wait here for the game to start!" She said happily.

Elizabeth walked over and stood next to Lily. "Have you seen Joey today? I've been calling him but of course, no answer."

He stayed the night at Jackson's house last night. She replied.

Elizabeth scratched her head. "Where the hell is he?" She asked herself.

Just then, Jackson was walking down the hall with his team behind him.

Everyone loves out of the way and stared at him. "Go ahead and give them a team speech, Captain!" One of his buddies said.

Jackson took a couple of steps towards and cleared his throat.

"All of you, each and everyone of you people. Enjoy yourselves tonight and remember tonight is the night we take down our rivals! This time…we're gonna be on top!" Jackson yelled out to the crowd.

Everyone cheered and applaud Jackson as he walked away with his teammates behind him.

(It's almost like these people worship him!) Lily thought to herself.

She grabbed Elizabeth by the arm and pulled her to the side in another hallway.

"Try not to worry yourself,Elizabeth. I know how you are and I know how you'll work yourself up." Lily said.

Yea,yea. It's just…I don't know. I've got a bad feeling about today…I can't exactly put my finger on it. Elizabeth said.

Meanwhile in the football locker room, Jackson was putting on his pants. He stopped when feeling a large pressure on his stomach area.

(What the hell is this feeling?)

He looked up at the ceiling and noticed a glowing purple object.

(Looks like a portal bug. The jinn created portals around the school? If so…it's already here and planned out it's attack!) Jackson started shaking.

(I can't wait…to kill this piece of shit!)

Joey woke up and quickly jumped out of bed. He was breathing heavily and was sweating nonstop.

"Who's memories where those?" He asked himself.

He looked at the clock and read 5:00pm. "I'll head over to the school now. Got to find Jackson."

Joey ran over to the school. It was 5:30 now.

"Only thirty minutes!? Wow I'm fast!" Joey said to himself.

He ran through the doors of the school and walked to the locker room. When he opened the door no one was in it.

"Where the hell are they?"

Joey went up into Mrs. Baker's room and sat down. (No one here either. Shouldn't people be in school waiting for the game to start?" Joey asked himself.

Joey noticed a purple object lightly glowing in the corner of the room. He got up from his chair and took a closer look it the object.

"It's the same thing I saw in the locker room!" He said to himself.

Ahana appeared behind him and taped him on the shoulder.

"Ahana,Ahana, look! It's the same damn thing I've been seeing around the school!"

Yea…I know. And that's not a good thing. She said. "Why is it a bad thing?" Joey asked.

Ahana pulled out a chair from a desk and took a seat. "It means the jinn has been with someone who you or a friend is close to that knows you. It also means…the jinn has a portable here to this school, and can arrive at anytime. I've located a thousands of them around the school." Ahana explained.

"So this person who's close to us or who we know…they're cursed by the jinn and are working with it to kill me? I just wonder one thing." Joey said.

Ahana had a confused look on her face. "Yeah? What's that Joey boy?"

"What deal did the jinn make to want them to work for them? Or at least trust them."

"No. That's not it. I strongly doubt that, Joey boy. I believe whoever is cursed by this jinn really hates you. It's just a theory though. We can't really know who it is until it shows itself." Ahana said to Joey. (But still…what the hell was the kid thinking? Could it be that the jinn threatened them into making a deal? Or does the person simply want to kill him? That's madness! I can't understand these people, why, why do you want to kill someone so innocent and full of life!? People know what he goes through…but yet they all hate him. Why's that?)

Joey noticed Ahana staring at the floor with her eye. "What's wrong, Ahana?" Joey asked with a smile.

Ahana changed her glance and stared at Joey with her beautiful blue eye.

Joey started turning red in the face. (She's so beautiful! But I can tell something's on her mind.)

"Whatcha think In' about?" Joey asked.

Ahana's smile disappeared from her face. She looked at Joey with a straight face. "You really are a good kid, Joey boy. Keep your head high and live, boy." She said with a smile.

She got up and padded Joey on the head. She stopped at the entrance of the room and turned around. "Be carful tonight. And the person that comes to my mind with the jinn is, Elizabeth. Just be careful. I'll be around, thought." She said before disappearing.

Joey looked out the window to see Jackson and the others getting off of a bus. "Ahhh. They went to go eat. The games gonna start in a hour or so. I'll head to the field now."

Joey went outside and could see thousands of people already packing the stadium. "Holy-I thought everyone just wasn't in school! Half the damn town is here already, and more people are gonna be coming after this. This is-damn it." Joey rolled his and spotted Jackson.

Jackson walked over and stood beside Joey at the gate. "Jackson…why didn't you tell these people to go back-"

"They have nothing to fear, because I'm gonna protect everyone…and I mean everyone,Castle."

Joey said nothing and stared at the large crowd. "Your risking all these lives. You don't have eyes like me, Jackson. You won't see the jinn coming! And most of all, you have to go all the way to the locker room for your jinn equipment. What your doing is stupid and selfish!" Joey said.

Jackson grabbed Joey by his jacket. "I don't make mistakes, Castle! I have a whole plan to kill the damn jinn!"

"How? Do you know what powers it has? What it looks like? Who it's working with?" Joey asked.

Jackson looked around and put Joey down. "I'm not gonna let a stupid jinn and a couple of people's lives ruin my chances to get a scholar ship and leave this town! It's nothing personal, just business!" Jackson said as he was getting ready to walk away.

"Your damn coward." Joey whispered.

Jackson stopped in his tracks and turned around. "What did you say?"

I said your a damn coward! You little Jack ass. If anyone dies today…I'll personally handle you myself. Joey threatened.

Jackson let out a loud laugh over the crowd of people. "You handling me? You haven't even unlocked your jinn weapon yet! Your a weak, helpless boy, Castle! I want the spotlight on that field tonight! You and that jinn ain't gonna ruin that!" Jackson said as he walked off.

Joey's body tensed up from anger. "If it comes down to it…I'll probably be the one to fight off the jinn. Until then, I need to get Lily out of here and fast." Joey said to himself.

He pulled out his phone and started calling her. "Joey?" He heard in the phone.

"Lily! Where the hell are you!? I just arrived to school and I can find you anywhere! We need to meet so I can get you home, it's dangerous to be here!" Joey yelled in the phone.

Joey held the phone closer to his ear as the crowd grew louder and louder.

"Meet me at the game!" Joey yelled before the signal ran out.

"Shit, she need to hurry!" The sun began to set as the game started. Joey watched as Jackson caught the kickoff ball and took it to the house.

"I can do better.." Joey muffled too himself.

He looked up at the orange sky. (Nothing weird has happened yet…maybe the jinn won't-Joey can you help me?"

Joey turned around to see Jackson's girlfriend stoning behind him.

"What do you want, Elena? To talk about Jackson? Oh wait…your makeup?" Joey guessed.

Elena rolled her eyes. "No you idiot! I need your help to find Lily. She disappeared the last time I saw her in the hallways." Elena explained.

"Who was she with, Elena?"

"Well…it was me,three friends, and Elizabeth came over for a sec. That's all."

(If I go with Elena to find Lily…the people outside might run-no! I can't think like that! I'll find Lily quickly and come back here. If the jinn did capture her though…it means I need to talk to Elena's friend group.)

Joey followed Elena into the school.

"We've been walking for ten minutes, Elena." Joey said in a annoyed tone.

"She was literally last seen right here. I don't know where else she could-"

"SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!" Lily screamed from the basement door.

Joey and Elena sprinted down the steps and into the dark and cold basement.

"Lily! Where are you!? Yell again!" Joey yelled out.

There was no answer. "Where did she go?" Elena asked.

Just then, Joey was shocked to see Lily's name pop up on his phone. He slowly answered and said "hello?"

"Joey, oh my gosh! I thought you said to meet you at the field. Where're you? And we need to talk about you not coming home last night, mister!" Lily said in anger.

Joey's heart dropped when hearing his sister speak. He slowly turned his head towards Elena. He noticed her on her knees crying.

"I'll call you back. I love you, Lily." He said in a shaking voice.

"Joey…I had no choice. I had to make a deal with it or else…I can't save my sick brother." Elena explained.

Joey stared at Elena with huge eyes and slowly pulled out the blade Ahana had given too him.

"So please, just do me a favor and die for me Joey!" Elena said while laughing.

Joey backed away slowly. "Elena…your not thinking right. I've known you since the fifth grade. You wouldn't make a deal with such a thing." Joey said.

Elena got up slowly from the ground in a zombie like fashion.

"Joey, I've always hated you anyways! It's gonna be so much fun watching you die!" Elena said as she turned red from laughter.

"ARE YOU READY to die Joey!!" She said as her voice changed into a deep, demonic, and playful voice.

Elena fell to the ground and started shaking rapidly. Joey noticed another body coming out from Elena's back.

Joey quickly lunged at the creature. Joey closed the distance fast. Joey blinked for a moment and noticed blood was coming from his head.

The jinn was gone and Elena was passed out on the ground.

(It slashed my head? That fast?! All I did was blink while running!)

Joey slid across the floor and jumped up quickly. He stared deep in the dark and noticed a bone back facing him.

"Show yourself!" Joey demanded.

"Hey,hey, hey kid. No need to rush your death." The jinn said.

(My bodies shaking! From fear? Or excitement?) Joey thought too himself.

The jinn stood up completely, to reveal its green skin, slim body, and it was well over seven feet tall.

"I don't sense Ahana here…she must be gone." The jinn said to itself.

The jinn turned around to reveal it's yellow glowing eyes,it's sharp teeth, and it's crooked smile.

The jinn grabbed its hair and tied it up in a bun. It's hair was jet black and oily.

Joey noticed the jinn holding a long sword.

"Is that…water?" Joey asked.

The jinn let out a loud laugh and smiled wide. "You really are him! After weeks of searching for you, I can finally kill you and get more power!" The jinn laughed.

Joey gripped the blade tighter.

The jinn put it's pinky finger and pointer finger, to show the number three.

"Ritual:hell rainfall!"

Meanwhile out on the field, Jackson was in the middle of the huddle. "Dive 50 on one,on one, ready break!"

Jackson put his hands beneath the center and froze. Everyone in the crowd stood up and looked at the sky.

Ron started falling. "It's supposed to rain?" Someone said.

"Hey, kids. The plays not over. It's just rain." The ref said.

Jackson felt a burning sensation on his skin. (The rain…it's hot!? Like fire!)

Jackson and everyone took off running as the rain was melting their skins.

Back in the basement, Joey stood face to face with the terrifying jinn.

"Hey kid…what is it like?" It asked.

"What ritual did you just do? And what the hell are you talking about?"

"Tell me…what's it like to be known and cared about by people? What is it like to feel alive!!!" The jinn yelled at it scratched itself.

Blood dripped from the jinn. "I love pain,I want pain,I know pain,I relish pain!!!!"

Joey grabbed Elena and ran upstairs to the school hallways.

"Let the hunt begin, Joey!" The jinn said with a smile.
