Outcasts: The Followers Of Iblis

The earth bore witness to the plight of Adam and Hawwa as they embarked on their separate earthly journeys. Their hearts were heavy with the weight of their past, and the world around them seemed starkly different from the paradise they had once called home.

As they traversed unfamiliar landscapes, a profound sense of longing for what was lost filled their souls. The lush gardens of paradise were now but a distant memory, and they yearned for the innocence and peace they had once known.

As time unfolded, Adam and Hawwa found each other once more. Together, they built their homes amid the majestic mountains of Earth. Their destiny, guided by the Supreme One's plan, was to procreate and populate the vast expanse of this new world. They understood that their descendants would inherit their legacy and continue the human story.

....

Elsewhere in Barzakh(Limbo), excitement rippled through the souls of the descendants of Adam. They had just made a momentous deal with the Supreme One, and the first chosen twenty to enter this simulated earthly realm for the challenge were filled with eager anticipation. These souls were selected to be the first to descend to Earth, inhabiting mortal bodies and experiencing worldly life in hopes of conquering the Supreme One's challenge.

Though they lacked physical eyes, one could sense the excitement in their very essence. Those who were not chosen watched with joyous encouragement, urging the selected souls to hasten their journey to Earth and procreate so more souls can also come and reap great rewards from the earth. The concept of time held a different meaning for these beings who existed outside its constraints. To them, the great reward seemed to be achievable in just a day, or perhaps a mere fraction of it, as a celestial day could stretch for a thousand earthly years.

Yet, in their excitement, they were unaware of the stringent conditions and qualifications required by the Supreme One for such a test. Soon, they would come to understand the gravity of their choices and the path they had willingly embarked upon.

...

Blessings showered upon them, Adam and Hawwa were gifted with twenty pairs of twins. Each pair was a unique blend of male and female with unique complexions, one more beautiful than the other, carrying within them the potential for diversity and the promise of great potential. Among the eldest twins were Qabil, known as Qabil, and his sister. As time flowed on, Eve gave birth to a second set of twins, Habil, called Habil, and his sister, and they were followed by 18 more pairs.

As Adam and Hawwa's descendants multiplied on Earth, they were made aware of the complex world of jinn that existed alongside them.

Meanwhile, in the eyes of Iblis, the fallen one who once inhabited the lofty heavens, the Earth was both a battleground and a sanctuary. After his expulsion from divine grace, he returned to the planet he had once transcended, seeing the remnant jinn upon the waters of the Earth, Iblis, in his malevolent cunning, fathered various races of jinn, each with their unique traits and abilities, perpetuating his legacy of defiance and deception.

As the Earth's first generations flourished, humanity was far from alone in the dominion of existence. The veil that concealed the hidden world of the jinn remained, but Adam and Hawwa were acutely aware of their invisible neighbours. The world they shared was both fascinating and perilous, a realm where deception and reality entwined.

Long before the descent of humankind, the believing jinn inhabited the Earth, their existence etched into the annals of history even before the birth of Adam's children. Their duty to worship the Supreme One, unadulterated and without associates. This purpose, already bestowed since before the ascension of Iblis, was the essence of their existence.

And so, this world unfurled with its myriad inhabitants, diverse jinns, their essence fashioned from smokeless flames of fire moving with the grace of winged creatures, soared like the winds themselves, and rested upon the lands as the traveller upon a respite. Among them were those who took on forms akin to earthly animals – dogs and serpents.

From the fiery origins of the jinn, the Divine crafted their existence, endowing them with powers beyond human capabilities. The swift ifreet among them were said to capable of fetching from afar before a mortal man could even rise from their sitting positions. These jinn traverse distances inconceivable to men, with swiftness bestowed upon them by the Supreme Creator.

Despite their extraordinary nature, the jinn remained tied to the very essence of life – they ate and drank, their sustenance dictated by divine decree. Bones from the meat eaten by men, bearing the name of the Supreme One, provided them meat, while their droppings served as nourishment for the animals among the jinn.

Iblis spun tales of his audacious act of breaching the heavens and dragging celestial beings down to the earthly realm. He boasted of his defiance and cunning, relishing in the admiration of his fellow gullible jinn. In his arrogance, he believed himself superior to all, unaware that he was merely a pawn on a cosmic chessboard.

Gathering his forces and armies, Iblis sought to build his kingdom upon the waters, and placing his throne upon the waters of the earth as an imitation the Supreme One, whose Mighty Throne is said to rest above the supreme water. From this vantage point, he and his jinn cohorts plotted and hatched diabolical machinations against mankind. Their sinister designs aimed to sow discord, chaos, and temptation among humanity, leading them astray from the path of righteousness.

And so it was that the followers of Iblis, the malevolent jinn, were granted respite each day to roam the world of men, their sinister intentions concealed beneath cloaks of invisibility. These mischievous creatures sought out moments of vulnerability, whispering doubts, desires, and temptations into the hearts of humanity. Yet, despite their relentless efforts, they found the children of Adam to be resilient, for Adam, in his wisdom, had imparted upon them the knowledge of the world and the ways of the jinn.

Among the offspring of Adam, two notable figures emerged, each following a distinct path in the pursuit of a righteous life. Qabil, a tiller of the earth, cultivated crops that flourished under his diligent care. His toil under the sun, tilling the fertile soil, was a testament to the legacy of his father, Adam, who had been taught by the Absolute Truth Himself the secrets of agriculture and the cultivation of sustenance.

On the other hand, Habil, known as Habil among the children of Adam, was a skilled herdsman. He tended to cattle, guiding them to lush pastures and clear waters. His gentle and compassionate nature resonated with the teachings of his forefather Adam, who had been given the knowledge to care for all creatures of the Earth.

Both Qabil and Habil embraced their roles as stewards of the land, following the guidance bestowed upon them by the Absolute Truth through their forefather Adam. They recognized the significance of their work, not merely as a means of sustenance but as a divine trust to be fulfilled with care and gratitude.

The followers of Iblis, ever watchful, observed these two brothers and recognized that, unlike their predecessors, they could not easily sway them towards wickedness. Adam's enlightenment had instilled in his children a profound understanding of the ways of the world and the traps set by the malevolent devil jinn. This knowledge served as a protective shield, rendering the whispers of Iblis and his ilk ineffective against the determined hearts of Qabil and Habil.

The devils, frustrated by their inability to lead these righteous men astray, would return to the flimsy throne of Iblis each day. There, they would reluctantly give an account of their endeavors, confessing their failure to afflict the children of Adam. Iblis, in his relentless pursuit of evil, would plot new schemes and deceptions, determined to break the unyielding spirit of humanity.

And so, the saga continued, with the descendants of Iblis scheming in the shadows, and the children of Adam, armed with knowledge and guided by righteousness, standing resolute in the face of temptation.

Many years passed, and the sons and daughters of Adam grew into adulthood, as commanded by the Supreme One. The divine decree had ordained that they should marry between their twin pairs, ensuring the harmony and balance of creation.

Among the descendants of Adam, Qabil had become a respected figure, admired for his diligent work as a farmer and his commitment to the knowledge passed down by their father. He was known for his wisdom and his understanding of the natural world, which he had cultivated under the guidance of Adam.

However, as time passed and the second generation of humans came of marriageable age, Qabil found himself being compared to his siblings in a different light. The beauty and grace of his twin sister, became apparent. It was as if fate had chosen to test Qabil's resolve.

Qabil, despite his virtues and wisdom, was less appealing when compared to his own sister. The thought of his beautiful twin sister marrying Habil while he, Qabil, would be united with the less attractive twin sister of Habil filled his heart with jealousy and resentment. He felt a growing aversion to the divine decree and the path set by the Supreme One.

These thoughts, driven by the flames of greed and envy, acted like a barrier between Qabil and the angels who surrounded him. Even the celestial beings who once admired his dedication now found themselves distanced by the negative energy that emanated from his heart. Unbeknownst to Qabil, invisible devils, instigated by his Qareen, his constant jinn companion, began to weave their insidious web around his soul.

The devils whispered deceitful promises into Qabil's ears, sowing the seeds of rebellion against the divine command. They played upon his fears and desires, stoking the flames of discontent and leading him astray from the righteous path. It was a battle between his inner demons and the guidance bestowed upon him by his guardian angel, a battle that would test the very essence of his character and the strength of his faith.

As the conflict within him intensified, Qabil found himself at a crossroads, torn between his envy-fueled desires and the teachings of his father.

Despite his deep knowledge of the ways of the devils, he had become lax in cautiousness., Qabil's overwhelming wrath clouded his rationality to the point of blatant disregard for what was right or wrong. He stormed away in a fit of anger, with the malevolent whispers of the devils still echoing in his ears. His heart had become a battlefield, torn between righteous guidance and the corrosive influence of envy.

Adam, the venerable patriarch, watched with concern as his children grappled with their emotions and desires. He knew that a rift had formed between Habil and Qabil due to the marriage conditions, driven by envy and the whispers of malevolent forces. Adam, in his wisdom, saw the need to intervene, to guide them back to the path of righteousness and unity.

Approaching his two sons, Adam shared his divine wisdom with them, his voice carrying the weight of centuries of experience and the knowledge passed down by the Supreme One. He spoke of the importance of obedience to the divine commandments, of the tests that life presented, and the need to trust in the wisdom of the Absolute Truth.

With a calm and gentle demeanor, Adam proposed a solution that would resolve the growing discord between Habil and Qabil. He suggested that both of them should make offerings to the Supreme One, and the one whose sacrifice was accepted would be deemed in the right. It was a fair and impartial way to seek the favor of the Divine and settle their dispute.

Cabil, who had initially been dissatisfied with the divine command, reluctantly agreed to this proposition. He knew that the Supreme One's judgment was just, and this was an opportunity to demonstrate his sincerity and obedience.

As the day of sacrifice approached, both Habil and Qabil prepared their offerings. Habil chose the best of his flock, a lamb without blemish, and offered it with a heart full of sincerity and devotion. He understood that his sacrifice was an act of submission to the will of the Absolute Truth.

Qabil, on the other hand, allowed his unchecked anger and envy to cloud his judgment once more. In his arrogance, he offered a measly portion of his crops, displaying a lack of humility and sincerity in his actions. His heart remained tainted by resentment and rebellion.

When the offerings were presented, a divine sign was revealed. The fire descended from the heavens and consumed Habil's sacrifice, leaving it utterly consumed by the flames. It was a clear and unequivocal sign of the Supreme One's acceptance.

Qabil's offering, however, remained untouched by the heavenly fire. It stood as a stark testament to his lack of genuine submission and the darkness that had enveloped his heart in the disobedience of the Supreme Ones commands. The malevolent forces that had whispered in his ear had led him astray, and he had succumbed to their deceit.

The moment of truth had arrived, and indeed, the Supreme One accepts only from those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious). Habil, in his humility and obedience, had been favored by the Absolute Truth, while Qabil, in his rebellion and envy, had been rejected.

Qabil's dissatisfaction with the outcome of the divine judgment continued to gnaw at him, fanning the flames of envy and rebellion within his heart. The relentless whispers of the malevolent jinn had already clouded his judgment, and he was determined to find a way to achieve his desires, even if it meant going against the Supreme One's command.

As he brooded and plotted, Qabil devised a cunning plan to remove his rival, Habil, from the equation. He saw this as a way to eliminate any obstacle to his intentions, intending to manipulate Habil into marrying his twin sister. It was a devious plot, driven by the seductive promise of worldly gain, the very temptation that the devils had implanted in his heart.

One day, Qabil approached Habil with an air of secrecy, requesting a private conversation. Habil, who had developed a keen sense of discernment, immediately sensed trouble in the offing, he had always been a thoughtful and introspective individual.. Yet, his nobility and rationality overcame his suspicions, and he agreed to meet with his elder brother since he was filled with the pursuit of virtue and devotion to the Supreme One.

They walked together to a secluded spot, and Qabil began to lay out his sinister proposition. He attempted to persuade Habil to disregard the Supreme One's command, offering him the enticing prospect of worldly benefits and temporal power. He insinuated that such disobedience might lead to greater prosperity and a more advantageous marital arrangement. However, Habil's innate wisdom immediately sensed the brewing trouble. His brother's unease and the persuasive tone of their conversation hinted at sinister intentions and immediately rejected the treacherous proposal.

Habil's refusal to compromise his principles angered Qabil, who was already consumed by jealousy and ambition. He had expected his brother's cooperation and found himself infuriated by Habil's steadfastness. In contrast, Habil remained calm and composed, undeterred by Qabil's outburst, he understood that Cabil's motive was rooted in his envy, greed, and impatience for worldly gain.

The scene depicted a stark contrast between the two brothers. Qabil, being physically weaker, was further weakened by his moral deviation, arrogance, and the corrupting influence of the devils. Habil, while appearing physically stronger, also possessed an inner strength derived from his unwavering faith and obedience to the Supreme One.

Habil contemplated the numerous plots and schemes that ran through his mind. Qabil's obsession with the whisperings of the spiteful devils had taken its toll on his sanity. He had lost the ability to think rationally and was consumed by his desire for worldly benefits, driven by envy, ambition, and his growing rebellion against the Supreme One's command. This inner turmoil reached a breaking point when he decided to launch a sneak attack on Habil, his own brother, even though he was acutely aware of Habil's physical superiority. It was a moment where reason had given way to the unbridled passions that the devils had skillfully exploited.

As the sudden assault unfolded, Qabil managed to overpower Habil who had chosen to not retalieate against his brother and pinned him to the ground. One might wonder at the sheer audacity of Qabil, attacking someone who was evidently stronger. However, his unrelenting obsession with the temporal benefits he hoped to attain had rendered him irrational and desperate.

Remarkably, Habil, despite being caught off guard by the unprovoked attack, maintained his characteristic calm demeanor. To him, this may have initially seemed like another one of the sibling wrestling matches they occasionally engaged in during their quarrels. Yet, the situation took a sinister turn as Qabil's aggression escalated beyond the bounds of their usual quarrels.

In a moment of desperation and aggression, Qabil was attempting to enforce his ill-conceived plan by ending Habil. However, Habil remained composed, sensing that something was amiss with his brother's actions. It was as though he had a premonition, a heightened perception that saw through the crude scheme Qabil had hatched.

Habil, with remarkable poise, began to recount a fundamental principle, one of the laws of the earthly realm that their father, Adam, had imparted to them. He reminded Qabil that if a believer is unjustly killed, the sins of that innocent soul would be transferred to the unjust killer. This wisdom s was a profound truth that Habil invoked in an effort to restrain Qabil's impulsive and destructive actions. Habil's measured words and steadfastness were a stark contrast to Cabil's impulsive aggression.

As the tension between the two brothers reached its breaking point, Habil's steadfast and unwavering faith shone through. He spoke with a calm and resolute demeanor, addressing Qabil with a wisdom that transcended the turmoil of the moment. His words were not those of anger or vengeance but rather of deep concern for the consequences of their actions.

Habil's words carried a profound message. He made it clear that he would not retaliate or seek vengeance, for he feared the Lord of all worlds, acknowledging that only the Supreme One had the right to judge and recompense their deeds. With remarkable poise, he said, "If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you."

Habil's intention was clear; he would not engage in a violent struggle, even though he was physically stronger and tougher than Qabil. Instead, he chose a path of patience, forgiveness, and submission to the will of the Supreme One. In his wisdom, he understood that taking revenge or inflicting harm upon his brother would only lead to more bloodshed and sin.

He continued, "Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin (on yourself) as well as yours, then you will be one of the denizens of the Fire; and that is the recompense of the wrong-doers."

Habil's words were a stark reminder of the consequences of wrongdoing and the severe punishment that awaited those who transgressed the bounds set by the Supreme One.

Yet, Qabil remained heedless of his brother's profound words. Instigated by the devils that had clouded his judgment and fueled his greed for worldly benefits, he allowed anger and envy to consume him. In a fit of rage and desperation, he struck Habil in the head with a rock, a fatal blow.

At the moment of his impending death, a peculiar gleam of understanding appeared in Habil's eyes. It was a look that left observers to wonder whether he felt some relief that his sins would be transferred to his brother, a hope for Qabil's redemption, or regret that his own flesh and blood could commit such a heinous act for the sake of worldly gain.

Perhaps, in those fleeting moments, he questioned whether Cabil had forgotten the lessons they were taught by their father, Adam, or if he underestimated the gravity of his actions.

Above all, it might have been a realization of the profound nature of death itself, that the gamble he had engaged in was not worth the pain of losing one's life. In his final moments, Habil glimpsed something profound, and it served as a poignant reminderof how sorrowful it was to be led astray by the love of that which death can touch.

Iblis, having successfully misled Qabil into committing such a grave sin, took pleasure in the chaos and division he aimed to sow among the descendants of Adam. In the middle of celebrating his temporal victory, he saw something from the corner of his eyes, noticing something peculiar in the aftermath of his heinous act. It was the Qarin of Habil, the jinn companion that had been tied to the righteous brother. He had initially considered the jinn as a disposable pawn, fated to perish alongside Habil. However, to his surprise, this good jinn, who had been overpowered by Habil's immense willpower, had not only survived but had also chosen to join the righteous faction of the jinn.

Iblis couldn't help but wonder about the nature of these jinn companions. Were their lives not intrinsically tied to their hosts? Did they only come into existence with their human counterparts, and did their fate not necessarily end with the death of their hosts? This revelation was a profound turning point for Iblis, a game-changer in his perspective.

As he gazed at Qabil, the one who had given in to sin and temptation ans his Qarin who had led him astray, Iblis realized the potential before him. He was struck by a sense of excitement. He wished that it had been the powerful jinn of Qabil that had been freed instead so he would have a new chesspiece, rather than the good one.

Nonetheless, as he contemplated the situation, Iblis recognized an opportunity. He understood that the freed jinn was a resource, a tool that could be utilized to further his malevolent cause. Wouldn't the death of every sinful mortal mean the birth of a potential soldier within his ranks? Iblis's ambitions for his unholy faction grew, as he started seeing humans as nothing more than incubators for his unholy soldiers.

 .....

Seeking to further exacerbate the situation, Ibliss approached Hawwa with the intention of sharing the distressing news of what had transpired between the two brothers. However, his nefarious intentions were thwarted, for Hawwa had already experienced the consequences of heeding the devil's whispers. She had learned the hard way that such words only led to discord and disobedience.

When Iblis tried to instigate conflict through his words, Hawwa, now a wiser woman, turned a deaf ear to his poisonous suggestions. She knew that giving in to temptation and discord would only lead to further transgressions and suffering.

In the meantime, Adam, unaware of the tragic events that had unfolded between his two sons, inquired about Habil's whereabouts from Qabil. In response, Qabil, overwhelmed by guilt and anger, reacted with undue hostility. He questioned his father's concern, implying that he was not his brother's keeper and left in a huff, displaying an uncharacteristic attitude. Adam was left behind with a perplexed expression, sensing that something was amiss but attributing it to the restlessness and adventurous spirit of his children, who often roamed the mountains for days on end.

As time passed, Qabil, burdened by the weight of his brother's death, would secretly return to the site of Habil's lifeless body. There, he would engage in moments of reflection and remorse, pondering the profound consequences of his actions and seeking a way to resolve the dreadful situation. However, the days turned into weeks, and the body of Habil began to show signs of decay, leaving Qabil feeling utterly overwhelmed and lost.

Qabil's despair deepened as he grappled with the decomposition of his brother's remains, for he was unsure of what to do next. The gravity of his sin weighed heavily on him, and he found himself trapped in a web of remorse and sorrow. In his solitude, he contemplated his actions and the choices that had led him to this tragic outcome.

Qabil's fear and anxiety escalated as he contemplated the impending discovery of his brother's decaying corpse. The pungent odor began to fill the air, and he could almost feel the walls closing in on him, entangling him in the web of his own actions.

Suddenly, the surroundings underwent a dramatic transformation. The atmosphere turned eerie and unsettling. The usual sounds of nature ceased, and a chilling cold gripped Qabil's spine. In a panic, he sought refuge behind a large boulder, hidden from view. He listened as the unsettling events unfolded.

The air was filled with the ominous sounds of wings flapping and feathers being ruffled, as if two great avian beings clashed in the heavens. Chaos ensued with the disoriented cries of birds, their natural harmony disrupted.

The birds, with wingspans that seemed to stretch to the very edges of the sky, engaged in a fierce and dramatic aerial battle. Their large, powerful wings beat with tremendous force, creating a whirlwind of air and feathers. The clash was a sight to behold, set against the backdrop of the darkening heavens—well, at least from the perspective of an ant it was.

Their talons, sharp as blades, locked in a deadly embrace, and they circled each other with grace and precision. The feathers of the fallen bird rustled like thunder as the combatants grappled and spiraled through the air. Their piercing cries echoed through the silence that had fallen upon the natural world.

Each bird displayed incredible strength and agility, attempting to gain the upper hand in this struggle for dominance. They wheeled and dived, one moment soaring high into the heavens and the next plummeting toward the earth, only to pull up just before impact. Their wings sliced through the air with incredible speed, producing a cacophony of whistling and whooshing sounds.

The battle between the colossal birds seemed timeless, as if it were a clash of primordial forces. Their dispute was known only to them, and the skies bore witness to their titanic struggle. It was a dance of life and death, a testament to the power and majesty of nature, and Qabil watched in awe and trepidation as the conflict raged on.

In the end, one of the birds emerged victorious, its adversary defeated. The victorious bird's triumphant cries resonated through the air, a declaration of its dominance. It approached the fallen bird, and with a certain solemnity as though performing a holy task given to it by the supreme. With powerful talons, it dug a shallow grave, gently laying the other bird to rest in the earth, covering it with soil. It was a solemn and unexpected burial ritual, a sight that left Qabil both amazed and inspired.

Although it might have been a mere bird's behavior, in Qabil's eyes, it held profound significance. The victorious bird then took flight, but not before casting a penetrating gaze in Qabil's direction. To Qabil, it seemed as though the bird was looking upon him with a sense of scorn, as if mocking his lack of understanding and empathy. Whether real or imagined, this encounter left a lasting impact on him.

With newfound determination, inspired by the avian burial, Qabil began to emulate the bird's actions. He embarked on the somber task of burying his beloved brother who he had so cruelly murdered. The act of laying Habil to rest in the earth became a significant turning point in his life, marking the beginning of his journey toward the path of evil.

A haunting shadow was cast over their family back in the highlands. Days turned into weeks, and there was no sign of Habil's return. His absence weighed heavily on their hearts, and their concern grew with each passing day.

Adam, the wise patriarch of their family, felt a deep sense of unease as he watched the days slip by without any word of his beloved son's whereabouts. Hawwa, who had seen her fair share of trials and tribulations, could sense the distress in her husband's eyes. She knew that the loss of a child, even in ignorance, was a burden too great to bear.

One evening, under the vast expanse of the starlit sky, the family gathered around their humble dwelling. Adam, with a heavy heart, spoke of the uncertainty that had engulfed them. He recounted how Habil had set out one day and never returned, and his voice quivered as he described the void left by his absence.

The family's grief was palpable, and the sorrow seemed to hang in the air like a heavy shroud. Adam's words weighed on their hearts, but no one dared to utter the painful truth that lurked in their thoughts.

Qabil, who had borne the burden of his guilt silently, felt the weight of his actions more intensely as he witnessed his family's grief. His downcast eyes betrayed the guilt that consumed him, and his remorse was etched on his face.

Hawwa, her voice quivering, turned to her husband and said, "My love, we must search for our son. We cannot abandon him to the unknown. Perhaps he has faced hardships and needs our help."

Adam nodded, his resolve unwavering, and thus, their family decided to embark on a journey to find Habil. The burden of their worry and the weight of their grief spurred them into action. Together, they would search the lands far and wide, refusing to surrender to the shadow of despair that had cast its veil upon their family.

In the shadow of the towering mountains where they had spent their lives, Qabil's twin sister carried her own burden of sorrow. She had noticed her brother's restlessness, the haunted look in his eyes, and the way he would sometimes disappear for hours on end. Suspicion gnawed at her, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.

One evening, as the golden hues of the setting sun bathed the mountains in a warm glow, she decided it was time to confront Qabil. She approached him with a gentle but probing gaze, her voice trembling with a mixture of apprehension and concern.

" Qabil," she began, "I see the weight that burdens your heart. You've been distant and tormented. Please, tell me what troubles you. We've always shared our joys and sorrows."

Qabil hesitated, his gaze dropping to the ground. He knew he could no longer bear the heavy secret alone. With a heavy sigh, he began to recount the dreadful events that had transpired. He told her of the argument with Habil, the jealousy that had festered in his heart, and the terrible act that had followed.

His sister listened in stunned silence, tears welling up in her eyes as the truth unfolded. The weight of the revelation hung heavily in the air, and for a moment, neither of them knew what to say.

After a long silence, she finally spoke, her voice filled with empathy. " Qabil, we cannot change the past, but we can decide our future. Our father, Adam, taught us that the Supreme One is Merciful and Forgiving. We must seek His forgiveness and guidance, for it is never too late to repent and make amends."

Qabil's heart felt a glimmer of hope as he looked into his sister's eyes, as to weather he repented...well her words resonated with the wisdom that came from their father's teachings but together, they decided to leave the mountains and start a family.

....

As Adam's direct communication with the Almighty, once his blessing, had been severed. They were in the midst of their uncertainty, as the family's footsteps took them farther from their home in the mountains walking down a winding path from the mountains to the flatlands, the atmosphere began to change. The once calm and serene day took on an aura of divine intervention, the very air seemed to grow thick with anticipation. The sky, which had been clear and blue, now displayed an unusual iridescence. The sunlight itself took on a unique hue, casting an otherworldly glow on the surroundings.

Suddenly, a powerful gust of wind enveloped them, making the trees sway and the leaves rustle in a harmonious dance with nature. The birds, sensing the divine presence, ceased their songs and flew to the highest branches as if offering their respect.

Then, in the midst of this supernatural stillness, a radiant being descended from the heavens. The messenger angel, sent by the Supreme One, appeared as a towering figure, its wings extended and glistening with an ethereal light. The feathers of the angel's wings were like precious gems, each reflecting a different shade of divine radiance. The sheer size of this celestial being was awe-inspiring, casting a shadow upon the earth below, and of course, the devils by then had long since burrowed into their dens like the pesky parasites they were.

As the angel descended, its arrival was marked by a celestial chorus of melodic voices, harmonizing in a way that transcended human understanding. The very ground beneath them seemed to tremble in deference.

The angel's face was both stern and compassionate, with eyes that shone like stars, filled with the wisdom of the ages. Its voice, when it spoke, resonated with a sonorous depth, carrying the weight of a divine message.

This dramatic descent of the messenger angel left the family of Adam in a state of profound awe. They were aware that the celestial visitor brought tidings of great significance, a message from the Supreme One that would change the course of their lives. With bated breath and hearts filled with hope, they awaited the revelation that would guide their journey and offer solace for their sorrow.

It was a messenger angel, sent to convey the truth that had remained hidden in the shadows.

The angel, with a countenance of serenity and a voice that resonated like distant thunder, revealed the hidden truth to Adam and Hawwa. They were told that, by divine decree, they were to be blessed with a child who would stand as a replacement for Habil. This child, named Shith, was destined to be the first and last among their offspring who would not be born as part of a twin pair. A child of unique significance, and that they were to remain unmingled with Qabil and his descendants.

As Qabil and his sister descended from the mountains to the fertile flatlands, they carried with them the heavy burden of their secret, a sin that weighed on their hearts like an unrelenting shadow. The remorse gnawed at Qabil's soul.

In the flatlands, Qabil and his sister began to build a new life together. They cleared the land and sowed the seeds of their sustenance, however, they were unaware of the profound truth that as a race begets a sin without repentance, that sin begets two more, and those two sins beget three more, until the cycle of transgression becomes an ever-expanding web of iniquity.

Qabil's remorse was his constant companion, a silent and relentless accuser. But as the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into years, the weight of their sin continued to grow. The cycle of transgression unfolded in ways they could not have foreseen, and their descendants, too, would grapple with the consequences of that initial sin in being more prone to sin than the earlier generations.
