Memories of Jessy
No one knew it was Jessy who did it. When she did that, not just the people in the bath died. Also the ones who were using the pipe water also got hit by the lightning through the water. Total of 19 people died that day, another two got seriously injured. The investigation didn't get anywhere because no one found how the shock came.
Everything came to her memories. Even the faces of the people who she killed. Among them she saw one specifically staring at her. It was a boy. His name was Charlie. Charlie was a kid in the same class as Jessy's son Peter. Peter was an exact copy of his mother and a bigger bully than her. One day Peter and friends dug a hole in the snow and buried Charlie in it. Some workers from another building saw that and rescued him.
