"If I had been open with you from the start, and looked you in the eyes and told you the truth, I wouldn't have to stand before you now, as a failure, telling you all this. So this time I want to impart this truth with you, you don't even have to forgive me, and no matter what you do from here on out, I will love you always," were Itachi Uchiha's final words to Sasuke, believing in the ninja code that a ninja's life is not defined by how he lives but rather how he dies.
As Itachi's soul left his body while he was saying goodbye, he finally realized the weight of all the choices that he made for his entire life: massacre of his clan, taking away his beloved's life, and, while doing that, making his brother hate the world system of the ninjas.
Even in death, his thoughts lingered on his brother. "I hope Naruto doesn't give up on Sasuke but guides him onto the right path. Looking back now, I realize I've never truly been a good brother to Sasuke."
"I thought I gave up on my life long ago after killing my clan, but only now do I realize the many regrets I carry," he reflected. "Not giving Izumi a real family, denying Mom and Dad the chance to become grandparents, preventing Dad from retiring and taking over as clan head..."
While Itachi was thi nking about his regrets his ancestor, the Sage of Six Paths, intervened. Observing Itachi, the sage decided to grant him a chance for a simple and happy life which he could not enjoy here
"My choices may have been unable to bring peace to the ninja world in my time," the Sage thought, "but perhaps for your help I can assist you now let me take responsibility as an adult and offer you a new life free from the bloodshed you endured. May you live a better life next time."
Acknowledging that he had received from Itachi in the past, after all, without much to give back, the Sage of Six Paths decided to transfer a gift. He used the essence of each of the tailed beasts to fill the soul of Itachi with a part of their chakra.
"To the void," the Sage addressed, "I entrust his care. He has suffered greatly, and I wish for him to find peace. Though life may not grant our wishes, I hope he is spared further hardship."
In response, a pair of eyes briefly flickered in the void, conveying understanding and acceptance of the Sage's words before closing once more. Thus, a new chapter began for Itachi, guided by the hope of a different destiny in a distant world.
On an entirely new planet, a woman in the was in pain due to labor despite her swollen belly she still looked beautiful. Her oval face was framed by silver eyes and cascades of golden-brown hair. She had labored breathes within the confines of a simple tower. Three women attended to her: two maids provided physical support, while a seasoned midwife guided the birth.
The midwife's wrinkled hand offered reassurance as she whispered, "My lady, I have sanitized this place with darkness magic and have tier 3 light spells ready. Only you can bring this child into the world now."
Summoning all her strength, the mother pushed with unwavering determination. Finally, through sheer willpower, she gave birth to the child.
The newborn appeared small and wrinkled, with a hint of golden and black hair adorning his head. Though the boy was small seeing the genes he inherited, it was sure that in future, he would be a grow into a beautiful boy.
However, the joy was short-lived as the boy was not crying at all. Concern gripped the midwife as she quickly cast a diagnostic spell, which revealed —the child showed no signs of breathing or life.
Turning to the mother, who was already weakened by excessive bleeding, the midwife's heart sank. Despite the grave circumstances, the midwife remained calm, she first focused on the mother and then the child.
As experienced midwife, she knew that delivering news of the child's stillbirth could plunge the mother into stree, the midwife made a fateful decision.
When the mother's eyes just opened, she asked, "How is the baby?"
"My lady," the midwife announced with a feigned smile, "Congratulations! You have given birth to a healthy baby boy."
Using a Tier 3 light spell to stabilize the noblewoman's condition, the midwife shifted her attention to the lifeless child.
She knew the impact if word spread that the a nobel gave birth borne a child out of wedlock. It would invite scandal and threaten the family's reputation.
Unbeknownst to anyone, the child's deceased body became a peculiar beacon to a soul from beyond the planet. This soul belonged to none other than Itachi.
As Itachi's soul entered the infant's body, a subtle movement caught the midwife's attention. Instinctively, one of the maids whose responsibility was to ensure that the child didn't live past sunrise moved to fulfil her duty, but this time her action was intercepted by the other maid.
With a belief in the blessings of the Great Mother, the maid swiftly brought the child to the mother's side.
The midwife, torn between her mission and birth of a new life, watched as the mother embraced the child, her expression a mix of relief and exhaustion.
Itachi, now inhabiting this fragile new form, felt an unfamiliar surge of life.
As the mother [Josephine] was cradling the newborn in her arms, felt a hint of dount at the baby's lack of cries, but her newfound maternal love eclipsed any doubts. The joy of motherhood enveloped her.
Turning to Judi, the wet nurse, Josephine inquired about the absence of the baby's cries.
Judi, who was still thinking about failure of mission, hastily replied, "Lady Josephine, this child is yours. How can he be ordinary? He is destined for greatness, so how can he cry?"
Josephine found the response unexpected but decided to ignore the same of her child as she considered the absence of the father during the birth.
Meanwhile, the newborn, held by Josephine in a moment of maternal instinct, was grappling with an existential crisis of his own. He had thought which no one should be expecting from a few minutes old child,
The first thought the child had, was that the world around him to an elaborate genjutsu created after Madara successfully completed his plan by the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He struggled in vain to break free from this illusion.
Just as the child contemplated these thoughts, Josephine was startled by the entrance of a female knight into the chamber of the tower.
The knight, adressed Josephine "My lady," the knight began, "you have given birth, and I did not interrupt. Now, it is time for you to uphold your end of the bargain and allow me to take the child to an orphanage."
Josephine was taken aback, vehemently refusing the knight's demand. "No, this is my child," she protested, her voice betraying the exhaustion of childbirth. "He has just been born, and you cannot take him away. He will not survive without proper care."
Despite his reluctance to separate mother and child, the knight's expression hardened. With a swift strike to Josephine's neck, he rendered her unconscious, his actions efficient and precise. Just before falling unconscious Josphine softly said, "Samuel". Simultaneously, the knight asked midwife to invok darkness magic, cleansing the baby and the room once more.
For Samuel, caught in the midst of unfamiliar magic and a language he did not comprehend, the situation was troubling to say the least.
He witnessed the knight's demeanor and attire reminding him of samurai from the Land of Iron.
Exhausted from the events unfolding around him and the tumultuous emotions within, Samuel succumbed to sleep.
