"First time i was sorry, but this time i am not. Wanna take revenge on me Parth? Go ahead. Try me and believe me you will regret messing with me. You will regret that you met me. I'll be your nightmare Parth Maurya." Parth's fist tightened hard. Her eyes were full of anger and with disappointment. After all the worse things he had done to her, this is the only time she showed her hatred towards him. He very well knows that he deserves it. But, at that moment he realised that he can take anyone's loath but her. Even if she had a misunderstanding about him, he is at fault for starting such a thing. *** "You got all the rights to ask me any of your questions Nora. You got all the rights to order me to do anything for you. I want you to exercise such right of yours idiot. That would make me happy." Parth tenderly spoke. "Why? Why do i have such rights on you?" She asked. "Because i know except you no one was there, no one is here and no one ever will be there." ... "Parth i love you." "I already know that idiot." "Don't you ever think of leaving me alone." "I would rather die my love." *** Nora Steave, a big-time aloof, is a sixteen-year-old girl, an heir of Steve enterprises. Parth Maurya, is a nineteen-year-old boy, is known not just for his powerful background but also for his tyrant behaviour. His life either revolved around his studies or business. He never cared about other things because he was left with nothing to love. Until she came into his life. *** Nora came back to her home country with her brother after a half-decade. After all the mishaps she could face in her life, she wanted a peaceful life to move on. However, things didn't go that way from the very first day of her college. Initially, it was all about hatred and bullying, however, one must pay the price of being a dickhead. He had never thought that those words would bite him back this hard. Even if there was no hatred left between them, that girl cared less about his feelings for her. The more he tries to get close to her, the more she expands the meaning of their friendship in her dictionary. After all the push and pull game, Parth understood his assignment. 'Need to strike hard.' #I only like happy stories with lots of dog food and possessiveness. (Not in a toxic way but in cute way). #I don't like stories with revenge, or hatred drama. Neither do I like humiliating stuff much. #The cover page is not mine. #Last but not the least, English is not my first language, so forgive me.
Putting away the file she was reading, she pulled his wrist and made him sit on the coffee table in front of her. Holding both his hands in her's, she patted his head.
"We are staying in a hotel for the next two days. Go wherever you wanna go or do whatever you wanna do with your guards. I won't stop you even if you get late for the dinner. I have some work to attend to. Once I am done you only need to be here with me and we will go back. Everything will go back to its place. Okay?"
Nora tried to give him as much leniency he needed. But not more than that.
"You mean we are going back after two days only?" Krish bewilderedly looked at her. What she was saying was totally different from the plan.
"Hmm."
"What about the week?" He hurriedly asked.
Nora gently smiled and shook her head in denial. "No need for that. It will be done in a week. Then we can go back home."
Krish's eyes dimmed with sadness. He felt like crying. After so many years he was finally able to come back to his home country. He wanted to live with his own people.
When they had planned to go back to their country for a week, he had thought that Carter might be able to convince Nora to stay there for good.
Even if that does not work, Nora herself might want to come back for good. He had dreamed of continuing living there for the future, but now everything again went back to its place.
His dream was shattered completely by her words. Even after coming back, her decision is only going against what he wanted. He isn't getting a week with his dreams. He didn't get the chance to see the house his parents left for them. He got nothing out of it.
He wanted to cry but he didn't want to blackmail his sister emotionally with his tears. He still didn't want to force his sister into doing anything which she didn't want to.
He pursed his lips and nodded obediently.
Nora saw through his emotions. Even if Krish tried his best to hide his tears, his misty eyes betrayed him completely.
Something hard tugged at her heart. She never wants her brother to cry. Even when they lived abroad, she rarely gave any chance for her brother to become sad, let alone cry this easily.
Now even knowing the reason behind his dejection she got nothing to help him. Her decision is final.
Getting up from the crouch she went back to her bedroom to get ready.
While walking away she spoke. "Go and get ready. You don't wanna waste your time uselessly. Uncle has prepared a car for you. Guards will follow you, so do not make any trouble for them."
Saying that she closed the door behind her.
Krish despairingly stared at the closed door. Wiping away the tears from his cheeks, he went to his room too. After an hour both the siblings left for their places.
Even if he was sad, Krish didn't try to waste his chance. Whereas Nora went to the office with Cater. Taking the car from their hotel, they went off.
Last night it was already late and she herself had no time to look around the city. But now, in light, she saw all the developments her city has made in just five years.
She was shocked to see such a change. For once she didn't connect to it as she felt before. It felt all so new, that it kind of scared her. This city doesn't look like her's at all.
Shutting her eyes firmly, she decided not to look. She only opened her eyes when they reached the parking lot. Once they reached, Carter opened the door for her.
Nora smoothly walked towards the lift. Carter used the special card as they entered. Outside the building, everything looked new, but now, here, nothing has changed.
Everything was as before as how her dad had left. When she was a kid, her dad used to take her with him to his company every Friday, to make her familiar with the company, and also to let those company staff be familiar with the heiress.
She knows every corner of the building. It was one of her favourite places to have fun. As being a small cute girl, and their heiress, everyone around in the company pampers her to their fullest.
Wherever she goes would be her palace and she loved it. However now, she does not dare to move around to her own wish. Looking down to her feet she waited for the lift to reach its floor.
Once they reached, Carter showed her the way to the CEO's office. Not for once did Nora look up. All she did was follow in Carter's footsteps.
Arriving at the door, he opened the door for her. Nora walked in and took her seat on the couch without looking at the main desk. She did not mind looking up till now.
Unknown to everyone around her, she was nervous to look at Karan's face. After leaving the country, she did think about Karan a lot, but it was only limited to the thought of him as her father's company CEO and nothing more.
However, she still remembers the only person who stood by her side, when everyone was lusting for her property. Only Karan Gill thought about her well-being and for her future.
She is grateful to him. Very much thankful for everything he had done for her. But in return, she got nothing to give.
Karan Gill is always close to her family. Her dad always used to tell her, that after her parents and brother, she should only trust him, as her own uncle. And that's why she was embarrassed.
Because after what happened, she trusted him but never as her own family. Her family was only her brother and no one. She never desired or wanted Karan as her family. She kept her distance away from them all this time. And if they hadn't been in such a situation, she would have continued doing so.
