Tom's Office.

Tom and Greg both said in unison. Catherine looked at both Tom and Greg confused.

"Yes Sarah... she gave me the pills saying Kelvin demanded I take them, Catherine said.

But sir has no idea about it ….. Greg said.

Tom picked up his phone and dialed Kelvin's number and the phone was answered after three rings, he then put it on speaker.

"What?," Came a deep voice from the other

end.

Kelvin, do you know about the contraceptives Catherine was using?...Tom asked.

"Is that what you called me for? Kelvin said irritated and was about to hang up.

Wait!... Wait!, Tom said making Kelvin stop in his actions. Please just answer me, Tom said desperately. Would I have asked you to run a test on the pills if I knew about it. What's the need of such useless questions now?, Kelvin asked in a rude and insensitive manner.

"We found o..."

Catherine immediately gestured to Tom to keep quiet.

What did you find?, Kelvin asked.

Hmm.... We found out that, Catherine's placenta is very weak and won't be able to carry a baby, all she needs is plenty of rest and vitamins... Tom said nervously.

"Ok, is she still at the hospital? …, Kelvin asked.

Are you okay? Kelvin asked. Yes, I'm good. "Ok, Kelvin said and hung up.

Catherine sighs as Kelvin Hangs up.Why don't you want me to inform him?, Tom

asked.

I want us to find out who sent Sarah... She can't just

be on her own. There should be someone behind her, Catherine said.

"I think I have a solution to that, Greg said. What is it?, Tom asked.

"Her cell phone," Greg said.

Her cell phone?, Catherine was confused.

Yes, we could get it hacked, all the messages and

the phone call she receives will get to us, Greg explained.

"It's impossible, Hacker's work for the underworld. There is no way we can hire a hacker without

Kelvin's knowledge, Tom said.

I have someone in mind, Greg said knowingly at Tom.

"No....no...no...we can't meet him for help, Tom said shaking his head. We don't have a say in this, there is no other way

out, Greg said helplessly.

Who should we not seek help from?, Catherine asked confused.

Greg looked at Tom and then said "FELIX

BLACK", Kelvin's step-brother…. Tom said simply.

Kelvin has a step-brother? …Catherine asked shocked.

"Yes, His father married his mistress after

Kelvin's mother's death. Kelvin is two years

younger than Felix. His mother died of cancer after finding out about her husband's illicit affair. Kelvin has always hated his father since then and blamed him for his mother's death…Kelvin can't stand the sight of his step-mother, Janet Black, talk less of his step-brother Felix… Tom narrated.

just a family doctor?, Catherine asked confused.

I'm not just your family doctor, I'm Kelvin's childhood best friend he said grinning from ear to ear.

"How old is Kelvin if he is already an uncle?,

Catherine asked curious. 29, Tom answered.

You married an old man, Tom said laughing. He's not old, she said.

"Do you now agree to seeking Felix for help?, Greg asked looking at both Tom and Catherine. Yes, we just have to make sure Kelvin doesn't find out, Catherine suggested. That should do it, Greg answered.

I should call him up if we all agree, Greg said as he brought out his phone and dialled Felix's number. The phone was then answered after 5 rings.

" Good afternoon Mr Felix, he greeted. What's up Greg?, Came a cheerful voice from the other end. I'm great Mr Felix, Greg greeted with a bright smile as if the person on the other end of the call could see him. Stop with the "MR", it's Felix not Mr Felix, he said.

"I'm sorry sir..... I need your help with something, Greg said nervously. How may I be of use to you, Felix asked. I need you to help hack into a phone, Greg said with fingers crossed. "Does Kelvin know about this?". No he has no idea, that's why it needs to be kept a secret., Greg said.

"Ok send me the details," Felix said with a sigh. Thank you very much sir, Greg said with happiness back in his voice and hung up. Greg immediately sends Sarah's information to Felix.

"Done," Greg said looking at both Catherine and Tom. I think we should get going Madam, Greg said staring at his wrist watch. Thank you very much Doctor, Catherine said as she stretched her hand forward for a hand shake. Just call me "Tom," he said as he shakes Catherine's hand.

"Bye," Catherine said as she walked towards the door, when she suddenly stopped in her steps and turned back around.

"Hmmm..... Tom ....I wasn't feeling dizzy but about Three days ago I felt something similar to dizziness. Some blurry images played in front of my eye, I felt like it had happened before but I'm sure it hasn't. It felt so surreal, Catherine said In a confused state. Blurry images?...can you pin point anything you saw?, Tom asked with hope in his eyes.

"Yeah.... A warehouse.... hmmm..... in the warehouse I wasn't alone..... I was with someone, but the person's face was unclear and blurry, Catherine said.

"I also remember an explosion 💥"
