Chapter 48 King George part 2

The tri-head quaker charged at some of the soldiers who previously chained it, but they weren't fazed. About three of them stomped the ground, causing the ground to rumble slightly. Underneath the beast, a boulder lifted the beast and with a uniform movement from the soldiers, the boulder smacked the rhino back to the ground.

The mouths of Kara, Iris and Levi were wide open while cheering was heard from the top of the walls. They turned around and were left in awe by the amount of people on the walls watching from above.

"Step aside let me have some fun" king George said. He took a step forward, with his hands balled up and his arms placed at his side, he sqaut down preparing for a jump while watching the two headed rhino shake off the previous attack. The rhino's eyes where redder than before and it charged again. The others felt the Qi build up around king George at a steady pace. It was calm, but heavy.

When the rhino was only a few meters away from him, he raised a leg and stomped the ground in frontof him, creating a long log-like construct, the rhino was lifted up in the air but it wasn't fazed, it cocked its head abd its horns elongated. It aimed both its horns and dives directly at king George.

King George braces himself. Causing Levi to frown.

"He's not going to try and catch that is he?" Kara asked a bit worried, but master Dimas only smiled, "don't underestimate the strength of the king of Jordan."

King George waved his hands causing dust to swirl around him and in a few seconds two elbow length stone gauntlets were formed, and on his feet, boots made of stone were formed. They felt his energy rise a bit and almost immediately the rhino came crashing down on him. But with his two arms stretched out, he caught the tri-head quaker by both horns protruding from both heads. When he made contact with it he was pushed back a few feet, causing his feet to dig deep into the ground. King George grunted and the rhino roared sending it's saliva all over the king's face. King George used his strength and pushed the rhino to the side, stepped back and did a roundhouse to the rhino's right head sending it flying a few meters away.

The people cheered at their king's almost effortless battle against the tri-head quaker.

The beast started stomping and it's body started shaking making the beast seem like its going crazy.

"What's happening, is it an ability or is it convulsing?" Levi asked,

"Just enjoy the show, it's always entertaining watching the king fight."

The beast started to vibrate, and it's very steps caused tremors that were felt by those in close proximity to the beast.

Be beast took a step forward and roared form both mouths. It's roar produced a shockwave so strong it ripped the ground apart, sending the debris toward the king at great speed.

King George jumped back and placed both hands on the ground creating a thick abd tall wall around him to protect him from the debris. The beast seeing this charged at the wall causing even more tremors.

"I see why it's called a bi-head quaker" Iris said with folded arms.

The beast burst through the wall and knocked back the king a few feet causing him to roll away, but he didn't stay down for long. Not that he had a chance to.

The beast lunged at him but he propelled him self upward with a piller of earth, spun in the air causing dust and rocks to rise rapidly to his hand. A gigantic stone hand as wide as the beast was made. The king cocked his hand back and pushed ....BOOM.. the hand slammed onto the body of the beast causing a small crater slighty wider than the beast's width.

The king landed with his fist on the ground. His people cheered, his soldiers cheered. He spread his hand up causing even louder cheers. Two men came forward with a robe and he put it on. He walked towards Dimas and the trio and led them back inside.

"What you ask of me is to interfere in another continent's conflict. It is something I can not do child" he said to Kara.

"I only ask for a small number of men. I've seen your men and with your help I can take back my kingdom .." kara said desperately,

But king George shook his head, "you take back your kingdom and then what? Who will help you defend it when the tyrant attacks again, will come and ask for a few more men to help you take on an army that could bring an entire continent to its knees?" King George sighed,

"I know it's harsh but you should give up, this is bigger than you. I do wish I could help but, I have an entire kingdom to run. I can't just start taking soldiers to another continent to fight it's wars ."

Kara was dumbstruck. She stood, frozen. King George turned around to face her. "I can offer you a chance to grow stronger. You can join my military and train and build your Qi and skill set. You can become formidable. Independent. That is what I can offer you."

He then turned to Dimas, "please escort them out. When ever you're ready you can come there is a place for you."

They were escorted out of the palace by master Dimas. After exchanging a few words they parted ways. The trio headed back to their place. Kara was still frozen she sat down absentmindedly after a few moments tears fell down her eyes. It hurt her.

"After everything I thought it wouldn't hurt this much but it did. I half expected it but it still hurt."

Levi walked up to her, brought her up and gave her a hug.

She cried.
