"Though her friends were sad she was staying, the parents rushed home with their children. The children didn't know what was going on, but some of the parents talked to the day care workers about what was happening."
"You would think logically they would group up, since power in numbers. But everyone thought the children who weren't theirs would be too much of a burden so they wanted to leave before they were asked to be good people."
"It was getting closer to closing time and there were still a lot of children still there. The adults moved them to the arts and crafts room to keep them distracted with cutting paper. However, the truth was most of the workers did this so they could run. Almost all of them left, leaving only a few teenagers with the children to protect them."
