Lich showered but didn't change into the new clothes since his robe could just absorb the blood rain. When he got out and went back to the entrance, he found the woman and started up on signing for some buildings.
"Doncha' feel better with a shower sweetie? Also to thank you for coming to my store, I will throw in a free umbrella to help you get around. Anyways, what buildings are you looking to sign up for today?"
"Workshop, Castle, and Warehouse. Do you have these properties at this place?" The older woman smiled and said. "Our realtor store has all types of buildings that you can sign up for. Okay then let's get started, oh but before you put down your signature I will explain what you are getting into."
Hearing this, Lich blanked out for a bit. "Getting into?" The woman seemed to not notice the look on his and answered his question.
