Buff Neet: Well, in a sense yes. The workout set if for those who don't have the mental energy to workout. So when you touch the workout set, it takes control of your body and you end up doing the workout without stopping.

While Lich was thinking of a good place for the workout set, he heard the door close. Turning around he noticed that the workout set was already set up for him.
"I guess even though I don't have a lot of stuff, the room is still kind of small. Oh wait, there is still instructions left behind. Let's see....oh it sets up and puts itself away by itself? Cool so I just place my hand here?"
