" Tell me kregg, why do you serve someone like thragg?" Clark asked the general.

" Because he is regent. He is the leader and strongest of our people. So, until the heir of Argall is found my loyalty is to him." Kregg answered.

" But why? From what you've told me he cares very little for his people. He seems to only care about himself and his position of power within the empire. He would gladly sacrifice his men if it meant victory. I don't get the same feeling from you kregg. In the month we've been here you've shown more courage and leadership than any other viltrumite I've met. Why does a man like you choose to willingly follow Thragg?" Clark again asked.

" Because he is loyal to our empire. Where we come from strength rules above all else. Thragg is the strongest of us, so until the heir of Argall is found we follow his strength." Anissa said joining the two men

" It is exactly as anissa says Clark. Even if we disliked thragg, he is the strongest amongst us. So, until Argall's heir is found we follow him." Kregg said in agreement.

" Why not join me?" Clark asked

" WHAT?!" They both yelled

" Join me, not as my followers, but as my brothers and sisters. We've proven this past month that while begrudgingly, we could overcome anything thrown at us if we worked together. My strength rivals if not surpasses that of thragg. And I could use two warriors I trust to fight at my side." Clark said trying to sway the two. ' I can see Kregg is honestly considering it, but it seems Anissa has fallen on deaf ears.'

" We are proud warriors of the viltrum empire. Why would we work with you?" Anissa asked

" You said it yourselves your people value strength above all else. Anissa, I bested you, a warrior who has had years more experience than I, in hand-to-hand combat without my powers. With them it wouldn't even be fair. And to be honest I've come to enjoy your company." Clark replied

" I'm afraid we must humbly decline that offer. We remain allies so long as we are trapped here, but once we return home, we will be enemies again." Kregg said declining the offer.

" I see. Well, that is a shame, but know that my offer will always stand my friend." Clark said extending his arm from the man to take.

Kregg stared at the man for a few seconds before returning the gesture. Grabbing his forearm with strength.

" I see. Well, my friends it would seem our time trapped here has come to an end." Clark said.

" Finally, let's go back. I need to kill something." Anissa spoke.

" I am going to miss you anissa. You crazy, bitch!" Clark joked.

" Let's go and kregg, remember what I said." Clark said as the three walked through the portal. Stepping back on talescria. " What the hell?! We're back where we were before. You mean to tell me a whole month there was less than a day here?! That's crazy!" Clark was saying before a fist appeared next to his face. ' Damn this wom.' Clark was cursing himself before Anissa's fist knocked him into a building.

" No! Anissa." Kregg yelled

" What do you mean general kregg?!" Anissa asked

" We've already completed our mission here. We need to report back to emperor thragg. And keep what happened on that island a secret. I doubt the emperor would like one of his elites mating with someone from earth." Kregg warned.

" Very well. Let us go!" Anissa said in agreement, flying off towards the empire with the man.

" You're welcome, Anissa, I didn't save you guys or nothing." Clark said as he dusted himself off. " Guess I better see to the wounded." Clark said before launching off to the council.

After spending some time cleaning up the rubble from the city, Clark made his way to the council's chambers.

" I see some of you didn't make it. That is sad to hear." Clark admitted

" Where were you brat?!" The female council asked

" I was busy making sure my planet wasn't taken over or destroyed by a mad man. I'm sorry I'm not around 24/7 to clean up your messes." Clark replied

" You mouthy brat!" She yelled

" Now, isn't the time for this do you guys have any updates on the viltrum empire?" Clark asked

" One of their fighters has recently returned from earth." Thadeus spoke.

" What? There's no way everyone who was on earth was killed. I know the two who were here a few hours ago might have made it back to the empire, but there's no way anyone else could have come from earth." Clark said

" Yeah, maybe I can answer that for you clark." Mark said as he oliver and nolan all descended down into the ruined city.

" Mark?! What are you doing here?" Clark asked the man

" We're here to stop the viltrumites. All of us clark." Mark said gesturing to his father.

" Clark, I have had time to reflect on my actions since I left earth and I'm sorry." Omniman said

" You're sorry, you almost kill my parents and you're sorry!" Clark yelled " Urrhh! This isn't the time, we'll take all the help we can get for now, but I still don't trust you." Clark said

" Good, the more the better. Now, everyone come we have more guests to meet. The time has come for us to finish this war." Thadeus said as he led the group away.

' Who else is crazy enough to join us on a frontal assault on their home planet.' Clark thought.

Soon tech jacket and Allan the alien landed in the docking bay.

" Allan, it's good to see you again my friend." Clark exclaimed

" Superman! It has been a while. Have you been lifting? Because you are jacked." Allan asked

" I could ask you the same thing old friend. Are you the last to join us?" Clark asked

" No, we have one more fiercesome ally." Allan said

" Oh yeah? Who?" Clark asked

" Rahhh! Me!" Battle beast said as he stepped off the ship

" Battle beast! It has been a while. Did you come here for a rematch?" Clark asked

" No, but I'd be more than happy to oblige." Battle beast said as he raised his club for battle.

" Not today, for now we have a common enemy in viltrum. Afterwards, You and I are gonna settle the score." Clark said

" Hm, gladly." Battle beast smiled back.

" Enough, we are here for one reason and one reason alone. To deal with the viltrumite threat. As of today, the viltrumite war is over. Over the last twenty-four hours we've received word from nearly eighty percent of the worlds counted as part of the viltrum empire. They've been abandoned by their viltrumite overlords. Seeing viltrumites on our side has turned them to our favor. They see the coalition as being stringer than the empire and without their bosses watching over them, they've switched sides. But where have these viltrumites gone? Their recent disappearance seems to corroborate my assistant's intel about the viltrumites regrouping on viltrum, staging one final strike against us. This is their last gasp, and it will not succeed. We will launch a counterattack. We will strike before they have time to do any planning. We will meet them on their home turf and destroy what little hope they have of succeeding. Are you ready to finish this?" Thadeus asked

" HELL YEAH!" Oliver yelled, everyone else agreeing with him.

' Guess I'll get see just how string this thragg is. Maybe we can finish this once and for all.' Clark thought as the group boarded their spaceship, ready to launch into battle
